The Cerberus was once a decorated Colonial Battlestar destroyed in an attack meant as the Colonials last stand but when the Colonials made it to Terra; the SFD, SFC and Terran Intelligence saw the Colonials as a threat thus decided to bring back an old beast. 10 years, billions of credits, building in neutral territory and in return they had the most powerful rebuilt Battlestar...built with Terran\Gondawan technology with original intentions to wipe out the Colonial fleet.

Glancing up at the Dradis screens, Michael was surprised yet at the same time he knew they would be docked for awhile till they got a new drive, the engines kicked on with the pods extending outward. The plan was simple now, get as many systems back online and then show the A.I that they weren't the enemy...pausing as he suddenly felt sleepy. Turning to Daniel, the man injected another tranquilizer as he tried to stop him till he laid down on the deck unsure why Daniel had injected him of even why now though it didn't matter since he was asleep before his head touched the deck.

Pulling off her helmet after the room had been pressurized, Evanna grabbed onto the bar for support as she felt the ship shake, and she could feel the slightly sickness in her stomach that came as she felt the ship jump. It was something she couldn't get used to. Watching Jonathan pour out a shot, she was surprised that they had managed to find anything. But she wouldn't question it, not with the possibility that they could be dead if everything didn't work out. "Drinking on the job, are we? How appropriate," she teased, lifting one of the glasses to her lips, the liquid burning as it went down. "Though at this point I don't really care what they say. We'll be lucky enough to get the hell out of here."[/img] Hearing power in the room start up as displays came online as well as the heat, he noticed no cooling air though it didn't matter at this point as he pulled off the thick flight suit; "We're always on the job," laughing as he took another shot. Now with the lights on, he could see that the SF's previously had the bar fully stocked which was good and with a few bottles not so near full meant they too were drinking on the job as he pulled out a bottle of vodka; "ah some finer stock. The town that this stuff was made was wiped out during the old war but when we got there they had millions of bottles of this hidden underground," pulling the seal off of it as he took a swig which had one hell of a kick. Sliding over the bottle to her, he coughed a bit as it ran down his throat; "Really smooth, you do realize we might be on this ship for a while."

Daniel knew the A.I could aid him make sense of the programming since 'Bones' was essentially an artificial intelligence given life by some advancing programming which meant it was outside of his hands so he had to get an A.I that was questionable. Using a navigation program that originated on the Icarus, he plotted a course to the shipyards which would take a few days but in that time he could have his old crew come over by raptor to help get the ship to 100% which is hard with only 4 people. Walking over to Michael, he lifted him by his arms and began dragging him to the interrogation room that was just down the hall; using his access card to open the door as he tossed the man into the chair. Strapping the man down, he then reinforced the points with hand cuffs, duct tape and anything else he could find as he pulled out a vr headset which was similar to what was originally used as he put it on the man's head. Setting up laptops, he restricted the A.I's access before releasing her from the trap; "Before you do anything, a lot of things changed. I'm Daniel Langley and even though I'm a Cylon I'm not going to hurt you or any humans. The people you killed were Gondawans who are essentially what my people want to become and there are Terrans who are human but this man here is a mix between the two groups. He has a program in his head that contains an alternative personality that was created long ago and now needs to be removed but I can't do this so I'm going to need your help." The A.I or Cerberus turned to him as she noticed that unlike the others he wasn't afraid as she nodded to him, "I need access to my systems and connection with him and this programming maybe I can help but why put a complex program in a head of a human?"Giving her access to her vital systems, he spoke softly as he connected the headset to the laptop and thus to her; "The program was to create better soldiers yet without having the human factor interfer and it was quite successful though most of these soldiers never had normal lives afterwards and he was one of the few that tried to have a normal life. The part we're removing is 'Bones' he's quite aggressive and when he wakes he will fight us so this will be something new for the both of us." Cerberus nodded as she entered the headset to see millions of lines of programming and now began to navigate each line to see if there was a way to disconnect this one thing without bringing it all apart.

Waking up, Bones was in full control and now in pure rage since Daniel had turned on him and tied him up which meant he was going for the program; yelling at the top of his lungs as he struggled to get free. Soon he heard Daniel as he kept his eyes open to focus on the programming but he was unaware of what they were doing, "LET ME GO NOW AND I WILL FRAKKIN KILL YOU SLOWLY," hearing Michael yelling in the background as he tried to get at least one hand free, "YOU WILL FORCE ME TO KILL MICHAEL IF YOU DON'T FREE ME NOW," he could hear the heart monitor and knew Daniel was monitoring him. In SF training, he had learned how to drop his heart beat to kill himself to prevent torture; now he was dropping his heart beat as he felt himself slipping away as he yelled till his heart completely stopped.

Ignoring Bones, he knew Cerberus was close to disconnecting the persona as he prepared a shot of adrenaline to restart the man's heart as the A.I pulled 'Bones' out and placed the persona onto a thumb drive as he inserted the adrenaline into the man's chest. His heart rate jumped as he walked over to his laptop and soon broke the thumb drive as he heard the man taking deep breaths as he turned to him, "How do you feel?" Releasing the restrictions for Cerberus, it was part of the deal and he opened his library to the A.I to analyze so the ship doesn't try to kill them all once more; removing the headset as he put the program on standby encase it didn't work.

In a puddle of sweat, Michael felt different as if there was no one else in his head except for him, lying his head back as he heard Daniel asking him questions. Clearing his throat, he turned to Daniel as he tried to slow down his heart from the adrenaline that Daniel injected him with; "I feel like you did something right, I don't feel him anymore but is the programming still in there," he knew if all the programming was pulled then he feared for the worst. All of his memories with Sam, his old war memories, Kate, maybe even his past if its hidden away in there...he wanted to keep it all after all Harperson had a reason to hide some stuff from him and he wanted to know everything.
Watching while the restraints came off, he rubbed his wrists as he got up off of the chair as he noticed his pistols were pulled as he walked over to the table to pick them up; the pistols had been with him since he joined the SFD.

It frakkin worked. A shot in the frakkin dark and he undid 25 years of programming with the help of an A.I who knew as much as he did about all of this. Undoing the restraints, he handed the man back his pistols as well as the rank of Commander as he led him out of the room; "All your memories are still there and I've got the crew of the Icarus inbound to help," walking with the man to the CIC as he noticed the heat getting to him as well, "Bones is gone, I think we need to find you a new call sign. Most of the ship is still on lock down, we can't get to Jonathan and he can't get to us, FTL is gone, we have just enough fuel to get to the shipyards and no water. We have plenty of oxygen, 23 nukes and our munitions are full," pausing as the DRADIS updated with other systems, "we're now allies with the Colonials so our systems won't target them and you should thank the A.I, she did all the work."
Laughing as he walked over to his laptop, loading up the map of the ship onto the holo-generator built into the table; "We'll have to manually open every door between us and the hanger deck so I suggest we get to it before those raptors land."

Listening to the briefing, Michael knew this position was something he signed up for but he was already distracted as he turned to the A.I hologram; "Thank you, you did more for me then I did for you," interrupting Daniel towards the end, "Daniel, take command. There is one raptor on the deck, I'm taking that to the Independence and we both know why so I'll open a path to the hanger while you figure out why its hot in here," patting the man on the shoulder, "just don't destroy my ship after all the gods let us take her so let's give her a wide birth." Rolling up his sleeves as he grabbed his tactical pad before starting to the first locked door, knowing he's got more than 20 in his way and his tactical pad could aid in launching the raptor since his old flight suit was pretty damn useless. 30 minutes of swiping his key card and ensuring the door was unlocked, reaching the raptor as he booted up the system and had his tactical pad program jump coordinates as well control the airlocks while the raptor moved into position; lifting off the deck and jumping as the wave of raptors headed to the ship.

Stepping into the hanger right away he noticed the heat as he rolled up his sleeves as he gave the signal to his engineering team to begin investigating whether or not this ship had a cooling unit and if it didn't then they could pull one off of the Icarus after all Terran Engineering Corps and the SFD couldn't maintain two ships at the same time. Connecting a laptop to a nearby connection pillar which was located almost everywhere which meant the SFC must've added these for future postings, soon gaining control to the engineering computer as he noticed no FTL drive which meant they had to pull the one from the Icarus. Sending a message to his team on the Icarus to get that one ready to be pulled, it had to be modified extensively before being added to this ship but it would save this ship more fuel then the traditional Colonial FTL drive.

It was a relief when the power started up, that meant heat. Upzipping her own flight suit, Evie pulled it off, hanging it over the back of a chair. "Well I don't plan to always be on the job. I don't even know why I'm here." She laughed and shrugged, unsure why Thrax had her come along in the first place. She was the least experienced, but it was a chance to learn, if they didn't end up in a brig once they got back. Picking up the bottle of vodka, she took a large gulp, barely holding back the urge to cough. "Are you saying you're going to have a problem being trapped on this ship with me for a long period of time?" Evie grinned before taking another swig, and then set the bottle back down. She wasn't completely oblivious to what was going on, but then again, she didn't really mind it much either.

Reaching over to his tactical pad, he was surprised it was only 90 degrees F in this room as he turned back to Evie as he took a gulp of whiskey to keep up with her; "I have no problem being in here after all being trapped in a room with you isn't so bad," walking around to her as he whispered to her, "he wants you to learn. He's an old SF and he tends to teach others especially since no one will truly know all of our skills," drinking a bit more of the bottle as his tactical pad began playing music as it connected with the ships' computer.
After a few more drinks, Jonathan knew he was getting drunk as he set the near empty bottle down before moving a bit closer to Evanna; "You know I find you incredibly attractive and this isn't the drunk me, Gondawan can hold their booze, it'll be a long time before anyone gets to this side of the ship," his tactical pad was still playing music but what he didn't know was that the temperature was border lining 100 degrees F, "I'm saying I wouldn't mind being trapped on this ship with you."

"Whether you mind it or not, it looks like that's what's going to happen." Chuckling, Evanna slowly leaned across him to grab the nearly empty bottle, bringing it to her lips to finish it off. She wasn't drunk, but close enough that it was getting harder and harder for her not to slur her words. "But if it makes you feel any better, the feeling is mutual." Smirking, she moved to walk around behind the bar, searching to see what else had been stocked. Her smirk widened when she pulled out a full bottle of ambrosia, and then hopped up to sit on the bar top, nodding her head to Jonathan to follow. "Ready to give up and admit your defeat?" she asked, a playful grin tugging at the corners of her mouth again.

I've never been defeated in anyway or fight and the fight that lead me to prison doesn't count," pulling out two glasses as he grabbed the ambrosia from her before pouring two shots, "I'll beat you in a game of shots and maybe then we'll see who admits defeat," laughing as he downed his shot. Its been a long time since he's done shots, not since the first battle in the old war, yet first time against a woman and this gods damn heat.

Picking up the shot, Evie downed it before grabbing the bottle from him as he had done before. Pouring them another round, she downed the second one just as quickly as the first, feeling the heat rushing to her cheeks. "You won't be beating me at anything. And what do I get once I win?" She was already drunk, but Evanna refused to give up. If he was going to push on, then so was she. And if she didn't pass out from the alcohol, then the heat would surely do its job. But she couldn't deny that it was a good time. They might have ended up in the same position if they hadn't come along.
