Timmy carefully watched as the construction continued on the new home of Mistress Elea. As he continued to watch, he began to wonder where the Colonial Marine Officer was these days.

Alicia strode up slowly and stood next to Timmy, also watching as the progress continued on the new home.

Stopping by to see the progress of the construction of the new homestead, J walks in and takes a look at his new Study and Den, a rather simple room.

Standing there watching as the workers continue to build the new home, Jenna sees Captain Markus nearby and waves at him. The man returns the wave and smiles. She sees her sister walking towards her. She thinks about walking away but realizes if she does, Zarena will only go cryng to Mom.
"Do you have to follow me around, like a lost puppy?"

Giving her sister that look that ONLY a sister can give, Zarena comes strolling up, right hand on her hip. She looks at the house, then at Jenna.
"You'd think this would be a mansion instead of such a simple home. Mom is NOT going to be impressed. And I do not follow YOU, little sister. I LEAD, just like Dad!"

Early one morning, the birds chirping as the milk-man pulls up to deliver a sundry of cholesterol inducing concoctions, Elea, confused and bewildered, wanders up and down the street, mumbling to herself something about Cylons invading the operating room. Her surgical scrubs are tattered, ripped and scented ... well let's just stop there with that description, shall we ... her face brushed with the dust of the planet and smears of dirt from days of wandering about. She finally collapses on a street bench in town having passed by the new house in progress many, many times, glaring at the boards and windows that lay to the side preparing for installation. Crumpled up in her hands is pamphlet with images of medical school, surgical residents and a college mascot. Go V REZ Border Collies!!

Walking down a deserted street, J notices a slumped figure on a street bench. Unsure as to who it could possibly be, J continues to walk past until he catches a familiar scent. Stopping, he turns to look down at the figure. He notices the surgical scrubs and the Colonial Emblem on the shoulder. Slowly bending down to get a closer look, he notices the crumpled pamphlet. Taking it from the hand of the person there on the bench, J reads it.
"Border Collies? What type of mascot is that? I would've at least picked something a little more menacing."
Standing up straight to walk away, J gets a shudder down his spine. Looking back at the person on the bench, he moves the hair away from the face and instantly realizes it's.....
ELEA!
Looking down the street, J sees the ever-present Security detail, trying to look anonymous in their dark SUV, as if he wouldn't notice them on a deserted street early in the morning. Motioning for them to coem to him, J scoops up Elea and as the Marines get out of the SUV, J places her inside. Motioning for the Marines to cram in the rear of the SUV, J gets in and tells the driver.
"Get us to my office ASAP! If our house was finished, we would go there but you know how contractors are."
The SUV speeds down the street, avoiding the debris left over form the last Cylon attack.

Elea roused from her unconsciousness briefly to speak as her face crumpled up oddly: "Who smells so bad?"
After leaning into her top and sniffing, she started laughing hysterically as her messy hair bounced around maniacly: "Oh .... (giggles and squeeks) ... It's me!" She then roars in laughter as the security team lifts her into the SUV

Finally making it to the house, Alicia is totally drained, having been delayed for several days at the Colonial Marine base and Terra Station for several days prior to that. Leaving her suit cases near the door, Alicia sees that the house is rather clean, considering. Walking towards the kitchen, Alicia can hear the twins upstairs, arguing with one another as usual. She yells up to them.
"Jenna! Zarena! Knock it off!" She giggles as she listens to the girls both running out of their rooms, trying to be the first to get downstairs. Alicia stands there at the bottom of the stairs, waiting for them. Jenna manages to make it downstairs first, followed closely by her sister Zarena. Jenna runs to Alicia and hugs her.
"ALICIA! My Gods, it seems like it's been forever! I've missed you. Too bad evil girl here didn't miss you though. You know how she is."
Zarena pinches Jenna on the arm, then loves her out of the way, hugging Alicia.
"She never has been right since dad dropped her as a baby. Alicia, where have you been?"
"Well girls, I've been assigned to the Fleet, the Sovereign to be exact. Now that the ship is in the shipyard indefinitely, it was time for me to come back home. Besides, your mother told me how much of a handful you two have become and gods know that Centurion lets you get away with everything. Now go get freshened up and we'll all go into the city to have lunch."
Both girls run upstairs, almost knocking each other down in the process. Alicia shakes her head and walks into the kitchen, surprised to see a familiar face sitting there, having a cup of tea.
"Mr. Kaun, what a pleasant surprise sir."
"You really didn't think those two girls would be left here all alone now did you?"

Timmy stood off to the distance, watching the two humans (well, one human and one 13th Triber) and just couldn't seem to process the exchange. He thought to himself (yes, centurions do think):
Humans are so strange, but they seem to be improving.
