Getting finally cleared, Victor changed into civilian clothes and made his way to the observation room to watch Tom and Liam. Reading up on the battle, the execution was spot on and the Colonials really backed them up but in the end it didn't matter. The EM radiation had caused their A.Is to burnout which put them in a coma.
Getting a bottle of water, he had no idea that a solution was in route while his A.I worked on possible solutions. That's all he could do, work on a way to get his brothers out of their current situation though it didn't matter.

Feeling the Raptor touchdown, Chris picked up the bags before opening the hatch as he turned to Gabe; "Welcome to Kobol."
Stepping off of the Raptor, he started his walk towards the medical wing where Lucius was waiting. They had not just the A.Is but documentation on how to implement the A.I as well as transplanting them. Handing everything over to Lucius, he tapped his radio to Gabriel; "It'll take a while till they're back on their feet so I would suggest relaxing till they're mobile."

Stepping off of the Raptor, Gabriel stepped onto the concrete and for once breathed in the fresh oxygen for a change. Setting down his gear, he always found himself going on a run in somewhere new though the combat gear would hinder him. Placing the vest with his jacket, rifle, holsters and pack on the ground as he changed to a slicker pair of shades. Wearing just his beige shirt with his desert pants and gray sneakers that were primed for running.
Landing at Ares Marine Base on Scorpia, Gabriel had just joined the Marine Corps and he was interested in jumping ahead of the rest of the class. Storing his duffel bag in the barracks, Gabriel began going out onto a jog around the base. Getting a first hand look over the training grounds, little did he know that during the attack that this base had been wiped away.
Jogging out of the base, he could see the city from Raptor but wanted to see if there was anything useful in the city. Jogging down several miles, he found a small coffee shop which had the same name as the one on Terra as he took a seat. Ordering a cup of tea, he set the sunglasses down as his eyes peered out on the city.

Doctor Bishop Receiving the two A.Is meant for Tom and Liam, he began setting up the transfer method while they also prepared for a shock from the AED. The shock would initiate the download and allow the A.Is to repair any damage or even wake them. Selecting Sierra to go into Liam, the file stated that Sierra was a fighter which matched Liam; setting him up to receive the download through his eyes. Shocking him, his eyes opened as white light went into his eyes which was the download with the orange fading once the download was completed. The monitors quickly indicated brainwaves as well as a pulse with indications that his nerves were firing off. Selecting Sidekick for Tom, they did the same treatment for him and noticed that he was doing the same thing. Standing back, Bishop felt like the first doctor trying a new technique for the first time. Within minutes, they both were awake and aware that their A.Is had been replaced.

There wasn't much time to go anywhere other than staying restricted to New Corinth in the few days she had been here looking. It was an extended leave of absence from the Independence, where she was serving as one of the Tactical officer, trading in her wings for a place in the CIC. Rounding the corner, Demetria could see the coffee shop half a block down the street. Toting a small pack on her back, she continued on until she stood mere feet from the shops entrance, the aroma of fresh coffee and spices tickling her nose. She was ready to order a cup of tea until something else caught her attention; the coffee shop wasn't the only thing that seemed familiar. Blue eyes locked on to a man sitting off to the side, his focus to the city before them. It took her a moment until she recalled him from Terra, sharing a table and some coffee in a shop strangely similar to this one. Paying for her tea, Demetria approached the table where he sat, quietly clearing her throat. "Gabriel? I have to say, I am surprised to see you here on Kobol."

His eyes adjusted as his brain injected color where it was needed while debating whether or not to use his sunglasses; "Decided to take someone up on an offer and its a good break from Tauron." The sad part is he was dependent on his shades much the same way a smoker is dependent on the next cigarette. Picking up the shades, they allowed him to see normally like everyone else and put less strain on his eyes. Stirring in the cubes of sugar, he noticed the uniform of an CIC Officer which meant she was no longer a pilot; "Demetria, last time it was coffee I think. So how's Kobol? Only been here for a short time."

She hadn't imagined running into Gabriel again after Terra; for most on shore leave, it wasn't uncommon to share a drink and thoughts with a stranger, only to leave it all behind after a few days when duty called. It was a welcomed surprise, considering his was the first face she'd recognized in the past few days. "Can't imagine why you'd want to leave Tauron. Not a fan of the dust storms?" she asked sarcastically, smirking though she had yet to travel to Tauron and see for herself, only hearing of them from her father when he visited her on Virgon. "The tea is better, but I wouldn't recommend the coffee just yet." Finishing what was left in her cup, she took a moment to observe as he slipped on a pair of sunglasses, not wanting to look on any longer than she should. "I've only been here a day or so myself. A pleasant change from staring at the walls of the CIC every day, but doesn't take long to get lost around here if you're not careful. It's easy to see the beauty in the place and almost forget about the danger it also holds."

Smirking, he hadn't imagined ever leaving Tauron but there was nothing left for him there as he took a sip of his tea. Tauron was all about the clean up and he planned on using the team to go back since he shared with both branches. With his eyes focused, he could see her clearer much with finer detail; "Sand storms are much more frequent but it's mostly clean up with a respirator so a break is nice." Offering her a refill from the tea pot that they left him, Gabe understood the beauty since he was seeing some of it. He found her beautiful on Terra and here but he couldn't offer her anything to maintain any kind of relationship but knew there was something wrong with his eyes. Resituating in his chair, he knew everyone always looked away when he put his shades on; "Sorry, my eyes...can't focus on their own...accident years ago gave me this disability."

Watching them wake up, Chris was relieved but with the city asking them to evacuate to Defiance Base. Defiance was much larger than the current base and built for them as well as the Colonials which were providing support for the city. There were Raptors leaving with hundreds of pounds of equipment underneath them but left behind vehicles for them. Setting down Bravo Team patches, Chris crossed his arms as he waited with other medical personnel leaving. Still wondering about Gabe, he knew the man could survive anywhere but knew he'd be pissed if he came back to ab empty base.

Regret immediately washed over her, causing Demetria to avert her eyes downward. It would have felt rude to do so before, but she might not have felt as bad as she did now. “I...apologize. I just, haven’t seen any quite like those.” She shouldn’t have stared, clearly, but it did not make her think any less of the man. Whatever his situation was, she pitied that it now affected his sight. Rubbing the back of her neck, she tried not think about it, instead offering a small smile. “Tea is on me the next time.” If there was a next time. What were the odds that she’d see him again either of them left Kobol? It would be weeks or more before she returned to the ship, with the hopes that she had found in sister in that amount of time. She had heard the rumors that the Cylon threat was finding its way to the planet, but as far as Demetria could see, most had adapted to new life on Kobol and there was no threat. Other than what was already there. “Plan on sticking around for a while? Seeing what this place has to offer?”

Setting his sunglasses down on the table, he leaned in as he tried to ease the situation; "Its okay, Demetria, trust me. Had a Terran Commander actually give me a nice name after he fixed my eyes," finishing off the tea. Handing the waiter a few cubits, he was hoping to pick up an apartment within the city but that would be later. Keeping the shades on the table, his eyes had adjusted and seemed to be just as good as his shades; "Maybe, though, this place looks a bit promising but maybe next instead of tea maybe a bite to eat?" Quietly, he was puzzled. The Terran doctors said it would be years till he had complete unobstructed vision but it's only been two years. Since arriving, his bare eyes seemed to not need the shades which had him wondering if there was something in the air that was doing it. His colorblindness remained but he had learned to live with this and it was a deeper issue than his engineered eyes.

Waking up to a women's whisper, Tom had hoped that everything was a dream and he was back on Terra...he's never that lucky. His thoughts were his own for change which was quite different but he could see a woman at the foot of his bed that was in the old dress uniform. Concluding it as a ghost, he noticed that everyone was here as he sat up in bed still partly in his combat clothes; "So are we having a sale out this early? Could've sold my apartment for a steal." Slowly getting out of bed, he noticed his ghost help him as he stood up beside Liam; "So we picked up a Picon. Bad ass fighters."

Sitting in a white room with himself and he could only think to be his A.I, he had some sense to what had happened but didn't expect this. In full combat wear, he leaned against the wall as he starred at the female version of himself; "So going to keep the vaporizer but just to satisfy you, no nicotine."
Smirking, Sierra extended her hand as she spoke; "I'm only here to ensure your survival so let's not work against each other."Shaking her hand, he woke up to see her beside his bed and with Tom beside his bed as he too noticed the lack of hardware; "How long was I asleep? The Colonies repossessing everything?" Getting up as well, he found his vaporizer on the table as he pocketed it but knew he'll have to change the mixture to please his A.I.

Surprised by the two of them, he had fought alongside of them but maybe they lost memory of that. Having Victor and Rebecca leave with the doctor, Chris had the final vehicle that had been set aside for them since this would be their vehicle for a while. Fixing his jacket, he knew Gabriel would be returning here so they would have to stay past the deadline; "Get your gear together and I'll meet you at the truck," seeing Tom and Liam simply nod Heading out to the truck, Chris loaded up Gabriel's gear before tossing his own gear in the back. Climbing into the vehicle, he noticed right away that it was running off of hydrogen which was something that they could implement at the outposts that the Terrans had setup. Relaxing in the truck, this was definitely different than a humvee which could mean that the Terrans have big expectations for Bravo Squad.

His colorblindness remained but he had learned to live with this and it was a deeper issue than his engineered eyes. When he took the shades off and leaned forward, it was easy for Demetria to forget for a moment that there was anything wrong. Bright blues staring back into her own, it felt like being captivated by the icy seas on Aquaria. “I have a good idea of what that name could be,” she smirked, sheepishly looking down to pick up her cup for a sip of tea, “I am sure my sister would agree. Always a sucker for blue eyes and a scruffy face. She likes to think eyes are the window to your soul. Maybe that’s true, maybe not.” Chuckling, she finished off her tea, briefly looking to the streets that were already crowded. She remembered stopping at a shop not far from them on the first day, managed by an old Sagittaron who had a knack for replicating not just recipes from the Colonies, but Terra too, along with spices and remedies. It was nice to see something brought back from home, though Demetria had no plans to return to the Colonies, leaving her to wonder if life on a Battlestar was her future. “Food it is, then. I know just the place, they have the best pint I’ve found here so far as well.”
