Watching his brother leave, Jack noticed the psychological condition that Michael was in with inability to hold his balance. Jack never got an A.I but knew those under his command would have a viable option in the future. The project notes were still on Tauron, under guard by the Company there, considered too dangerous to be moved to Kobol. His predecessor, General Harperson, kept the details of that project close since his solution to the Cylon threat was enhanced soldiers.
The trotting of fresh horses could be heard as they began strapping cargo nets on the pack horses. Bundles of rope, anchors and other climbing gear was the first thing placed on the animal since the sonic booms were on top of the mountains. A small tank of oxygen with the gear setup for each of them plus two other people. The other horses were fitted with saddles so they could be rode with their own saddle bags for the rider.

Attaching his pack and weapons to the horse, he climbed onto the black and white patch horse as he looked over the rest of them. Horses on Terra were rare but on Kobol it seemed to be the safest way to travel. It was a bit hilarious, all their advance technology and now they were riding animals who were more abundant than fuel. Walking around in a circle, Samuel knew this was his chance to get used to riding on the horse but quietly assigned himself to Colonel November.

Packing his bag, James had received his transfer orders which was something he had been waiting on for weeks. Kobol wasn't for him. Odd plants with odd pollen as well as massive animals and as structures that are ancient...just to name a few. He's a pilot not a soldier or even an engineer. His battlefield was in the air not here which is why he has to leave for the fleet.
Slipping on his black Terran flight suit, he connected the powder coated pressure connectors before putting on his aviators with his helmet in hand. His earpiece rested to the side as he started out of the Barracks and outside...only to see Thrax sitting there with a few others. Heading over to the shuttle, he had no intentions to get pulled in especially since it would take a while to get to the Independence. Taking a seat, the ramp closed with the shuttle taking off with a Viper escort only to orbit to ensure its protection.

Dismissing the Marine, he knew this was a pain since any Cylon threat would have to be dealt with quickly but knew Issac was on the list. Slowly getting out of bed, he worked on changing out of the thin hospital clothes to his black fatigues that were laid out; "Cylons probably had a hard drop like we did when we came in and we know the terrain." Picking up spare bandages, Jonathan carefully wrapped it around his lower abdomen to protect the work the doctors had done. Leaning in, he knew of her previous experience on the Cylon Home World and knew she was still cautious about his injuries. Whispering, he slipped on his watch with his tactical pad on his arm; "This time I got you at my side so Cylons and the Butcher are fracked," kissing her to reassure her. Jonathan is one of the few people that have traveled through the harshest terrain on Kobol and knew they could easily repel the Cylons due to them being spread out like this. As she waited for him to change, Evanna could remember back to the Cylons coming to Terra, and how much destruction it caused. There were too many time where she was sure she might die, with that last leaving her in the hospital in a destroyed city. If they were here, they had to be stopped before they had the chance to reduce everything here back to ruins. Giving Johnathan a quick kiss, she headed out the door and waited for him so they could join Thrax and the others. The majority of her kills here came while scouting; mostly predatory animals, and a few fellow scouts that had attacked her because of some unknown contamination. ”It’s been a while since I’ve been toaster hunting. Let’s be sure to give them a warm welcome,” she smirked, continuing on with the hospital entrance doors in sight. ”There’s something I want to show you, when all of this has been dealt with. Let’s just hope we don’t get dragged back into something else.”

Let’s just hope we don’t get dragged back into something else.”Throwing on his jacket, he zipped it up to add pressure to his bandages as he walked behind her. He's been isolated to one place since arriving which meant she definitely had more kills but he knew the terrain better. Grabbing her by the hand, he pulled her in close as he whispered to her; "So this little secret must be really good since it took us a while to actually become what we are now," keeping his hand on her back as he locked in this moment. Letting go of her, he walked outside with her as he noticed the morning sun as well as horses and the majority of them ready. The climbing gear with the ropes stood out as he slipped on his armed vest, the mountain was a pain to free climb. Picking up his P90 tactical, he turned to them as he stretched; "So Cylons landed on a mountain and so happens to be one we recently traversed..."Helping Evia onto her horse, Jonathan clipped on his pack as he climbed onto his brown horse. Tying the second pack horse to his saddle, he followed in behind November. Galloping out of the city, he slipped on his combat gloves with his sunglasses; knowing that he would be extra careful with his lingering injuries.

Surprised to see the two of them, he figured the Marine slacked as he switched out his M4A1 for a P90 since ammunition would be readily accessible. Climbing onto a solid black horse, Jack knew it would be a while till the Raptors were flight ready, though, he was confident in Sparky's ability. Connecting a pack horse to his saddle, he spoke softly as other members began climbing onto their horses; "We ditch the horses at the mountain and from there Jonathan will be in charge."
Slowly starting to walk over to John and Samuel who waited at the gate for the two of them.

Stripping out of his fatigues and into a medical gown, Victor had read his charts and knew the EM radiation had played havoc on him. His A.I and Gondawan body had no way to combat this which meant Bishop needed to know the extent. A battery of tests would fill his week starting with a blood test and full body scan.
The scanner and MRI machine were both highly advance as well as the two most valuable Terran pieces of technology. Where everyone else was about the rebuilding, the military was about preserving the technology that had made Terra great and ensure Kobol gets the same treatment.

Wondering if their preparation was too much, Lucius paced the office till a target acquisition coordinates came in. Pulling out the map, the coordinates were to Site B which was drawing a bit of power especially after being deactivated. Ordering the Raptors to leave with kill orders while sending a shuttle to pick up General Thrax with knowledge that there were drop pods on the mountain.

Landing on the base, Cameron had never seen pilots commence so many jumps so quickly as if they were running off of a list. Her expected long flight turned out to six hours which gave her time to change and read up on her previous case files to apply what she had learned here.
Stepping out of the Raptor, Cameron was greeted by Doctor Bishop who had been running the hospital since the establishment; "Doctor Ryker, glad you can join us and I'm so sorry about your father. I knew him only briefly but he helped me a lot on Terra."
Surprised by the Doctor, she slipped her white lab coat on to cover over her black shirt; "Well, I've been mostly aiding the Terrans on Tauron and the overall healing process. My father was all about helping and so am I so what do we have?"
Handing her charts for two teams, the wildlife has been creating a strain equivalent to that of combat forcing up the rate of desertion and suicide rates; "Team Zeta 2 and Delta 4 have been on active duty both before coming here and after. They've been cataloging ruins for relocation but also are on suicide watch list so if you can evaluate them. I have 2 Peacekeepers coming in and I'll keep you in the loop if they require your assistance."
This was the same kind of work that she was doing on Caprica and knew Kobol depended a lot on these soldiers to create the civilization that they left behind.

Doctor Bishop
Moving two flat gurneys onto the grass, the pilot had reported that Tom and Liam had become unresponsive with the Colonials performing CPR. Even in his scrubs, Bishop knew he would have to put them on a high alert list since even he didn't know where to start. Spotting the Raptor bouncing in an attempt to burn off speed before landing close by. Waiting on the hatch, the soldiers helped carry them out while the two Colonials continued CPR. Noticing that their skin was hypersensitive, they began cutting away the clothing while moving them inside to begin figuring out what was happening.
Turning to the Picon soldier who was over Liam, Bishop began a steady pump of oxygen to keep oxygen in the lungs; "Other than the skin, did you notice anything else?"

Speaking to the Doctor, he thought over it before answering it; "Their eyes are glowing orange and they were running a temperature but that is slowly declining." Moving them through decontamination, he slowly let the nurses take over before taking a high hydration drink to restore strength. He was tired from combat and now from even trying to keep someone alive who was clearly comatose at this point. Turning to the awaiting Marine, he knew his assignment was no longer with Romo but whoever is responsible for this base. Following him up to a wooden door, Chris set his rifle down before opening the door...

Sitting on his desk in desert BDUs, Lucius had an old pyramid ball in hand as he tossed it freely in the air as the Lieutenant walked in. Lucius had read over Tom and Liam's reports and concluded that they had burned out their A.Is which is rare by itself. Setting down a folder, Lucius had a patch on top for Bravo Squad which was needed since it was a new line of thinking; "You've been transferred to me so first mission you'll be taking a flight to Tauron with only a pistol for protection. You'll be meeting up with Gabriel Cooper who is running Peacekeeper operations over there. You'll have to go to the old Terran fortress and retrieve all documents as well as other assets before coming back here. Some materials will have to be shielded from EM radiation and you'll be given the cases but those mens lives depend on you." Tossing him the pyramid ball as he dropped down to his feet, Lucius patted him on the shoulder before getting behind his desk; "From what I hear, Gabriel is funny just don't look into his eyes."

Retrieval. He knew from his reading on Caprica that the Terrans have an uneasy relationship with the Taurons given their past. An operator on Tauron aligned with the Peacekeepers must have some secret to even that. Going in with pistols meant even being Picon if anything went wrong then he could still have a defense but taking documents out wouldn't make it past customs. Speaking softly, he pulled out his PX4 Storm with suppressor and magazines while taking off the bulk of his gear; "If things get dicey, I trust we're able to borrow a mode of transport?" Chris noticed the boxes were made of a hardened plastic to give it protection against the radiation. Spotting a nod, he knew this Bravo Squad could be more redemption especially wwit a boss like this; "I'll leave in a few hours just keep them alive," walking out of the office as he wondered what make Cooper so funny.

Waiting for the Picon soldier to leave, William reviewed an assessment of their own stores and it was something they both feared.
Early on, they all decided that the population comes first so they would be MREs till food supplies become stable. Months later, the cities now have hydroponic farms and the military is still scouting and building the infrastructure. The report itself states that within a month and half, their food will be down to 20% meaning the teams outside the base will have to rely on the environment. Even their own crops were a few months behind and they needed to find a reliable source of meat. The goodwill they had with the Colonies was on hold since the debt alone could decimate the economy before even that restarts...they needed to find their golden goose to save themselves.
Here, they planned on manipulating the environment to match Terra but never planned on it fighting back. Resting behind his desk, he also knew that the solar farms needed to be completed before they start having power shortages in the cities.

Slipping on his civilian clothes, he packed his pistol into a side holster under his waist as he threw on a black over shirt to hide his piece with the three magazines. On his boot, he carried three more encase he ran into any trouble. Tossing the boxes into his backpack with four black recovery bags, he had never been on Tauron but read up on Major Cooper and understood what was at stake.
Walking outside, Chris headed for the mocked up medical Raptor since it could travel through the Colonies unnoticed. Tucking the tactical pad and map into his pack, he had a chance to get some sleep on his seven hour flight as the ship took off. Unknown to him that this base was in the process of being moved as more Colonials were coming to Kobol.
