Getting out of bed, John noticed his bicep in a cast as he took his time to get dressed as he focused on what the target might do especially now. John was simply pissed off, failure to kill Bones, meant now stopping the target. Ordering a nurse to give him something for the pain as he started breaking the cast; focused on pulling up key targets. Normally, he would be in that bed resting knowing Issac was stopped but...it was round 2. Strapping a med pack on, he moved past the other rooms for he wasn't going to interrupt them till he had a plan. Tapping the radio, he tossed the cast aside as he wrenched in the pain in his shoulder blade; "Specialist, boots on the deck in ten minutes," hoping that Liam was still here. Walking to the General's office, he carefully slipped on his leather jacket that still had a bullet hole. There was only one place, the abandoned Basestar, and it was across territory that few could get to but it was fortified with the fiercest of beasts that Kobol had. Stepping into the office, he reluctantly gave them a salute as he spoke; "Permission to take a raptor to the Basestar and before you say no; make a note that I asked for the record." A bit surprised by the Colonel, Lucius got up from his metal desk to sit in front of it as he thought over the request; "Sure but remember that little bump from the atmosphere that caused the Raptor to lose power briefly? Well its frakkin storm of the same shit over there so make sure whoever tags along doesn't have an A.I otherwise they could end up like Michael maybe worse." Tapping his tactical pad, he brought up the area via satellite with a particle enhancer; "That Basestar crashed on the surface and ruptured something that killed the Centurions quickly, the crew were bleeding from their eyes and ears before dying which left the hybrids who shut down the ship before disconnecting themselves," crossing his arms, "enhanced soldiers get the A.I inside them scrambled and those that survive thus far kill themselves."

Stepping forward as he held a glass of water, Jack thought over the situation; "Since the discovery, we have a time bomb in our backyard and one that I'm trying to take care of. It's reasonable to believe that the Cylons think we're dead but if he activates that star then it'll signal that we're alive on Kobol. We don't have the man power to defend but our enhanced soldiers can hold that line. We have a team in pursuit which leaves you, the vigilante, Specialist and 2 Colonels."

Placing his hand on her own, Jonathan had missed her for sometime and it feels only crisis brings them to each other; "I know and you know I don't try to get hurt though its been awhile since we had this," leaning in to kiss her on the back of the neck. The last few times they were together were on Terra but no new memories on Kobol but he was hoping to change that. Trying to encourage her to lay in bed, he knew she was tired and stressed out about him getting shot. He was worried, he only gave her a reassuring smile, thinking he was safe and ended up fighting to save his life. Kobol wasn't as safe as Terra and they lived in this wilderness; "You've been through more. I've been in an underground bunker with researchers, shitty films and a picture of you for seven months." With Terra behind them now, it was a fresh start on Kobol. If they could survive the harsh environment, there was hope that it could one day be home and something for them to build on. Neither had expected someone to hunt them all down and start shooting, but she was grateful that Jonathan survived. Leaning over, she gently pressed her lips to his before joining him in the bed. ”Seven months is a long time. When I couldn’t find you, I’d almost given up until Victor and Samuel told me where you were. But it gave me enough time to see just how dangerous this place can be.”Evanna hadn’t really planned on returning to scouting now, with only the matter of the Butcher to be dealt with. She knew it would take time for him to heal, but still wondered how he felt about the man who caused it all. ”The Butcher... what do you think should be done? Would you go after him if you could?”

Kissing her back, he rested his hand on her back as he handed her a pillow; "There are some working on trying to make this place better...it takes time." Thinking, he knew the Butcher would be a issue but one that he was sure that others would pick up the task. Picking up the fragments, he had read up on Issac while they were enroute to the bunker prior to this; "They're going to arrest him but he'll try to outrun our teams till the end. I know what you're thinking and don't do it. Please don't."

Correcting him, Lucius glanced over his new flex screen tactical pad; "1 Commander and a Colonel but Mr. November you are dismissed," sending back a confirmation to his men in the field, "good news, we have captured the killer and he is under SF custody." Watching Jack get up, Lucius had looked into how this got started and oddly enough it had been heavily redacted which meant only 8 people on the planet could do that. Personally, he couldn't see the barely capable government doing it so cut it down to 3 minus himself; "Why bring a mass murder to paradise?"

Surprised by the question, he set the tea kettle aside as he sat down at his desk; "When I was little, my dad told me to protect my brother which I'm sure all parents say that. When I enlisted, he was right behind me and soon I find out he was implanted with an A.I for the war, honestly, didn't think it would change him. It wasn't until he's killing wounded soldiers, killing surrendering enemies and a year as a POW that I knew he wasn't my brother. Shit, he tried killing me a few times but then a Tauron woman walked into his life and I realized I had to pull him out of this one." Reaching into his desk to pull out a set of hard drives, most showing dents from use; "General Harperson encrypted everything so took me a while to figure out who Bones belonged to. Everyone else got distant echoes of past Commandoes and he got the full A.I of a mass murderer; shit frakkin luck."

Listening, he now understood a bit more as he flipped on the monitor to the hidden camera in Michael's room; "His mind is scrambled like a gods damn egg and the problem is extraction takes time. You really protected him, there is one problem, Amelia is in the city in the Terran orphan program and your signature is on the gods damn paperwork...so once again you've become a target," pausing as he glanced over the Commander, "she's going to frakkin kill you and I might just watch." Crossing his arms with a smirk on his face, Lucius knew the young girl was being cared for but knew he should keep medical ward on standby; "The kid knows his face and yours not to mention mommies...should I order a protective detail for you?"

Listening, he understood portions of what she was saying but others didn't make sense as he showed frustration. Bones? Who...maybe he was someone he knew? These memories were so much as he squeezed her hand, thinking while the brain monitored showed spouts of stress of him trying on remembering things. Whispering, he wanted to convey a message that had understood her; "Let's hope there isn't too many chilly nights. I know how you are with cold conditions," vague but this was amongst the earliest memories he had with her and mentally work forward from there. There was faint images of death which was increasing his heart rate and soon understood who Bones was; possibly split personality. She spoke of her Tauron customs and yet it seemed like Bones killed a lot of Taurons. There was a girl. A young girl in a city that Bones met, he seemed to be much kinder to her but also protected her against other people. Whispering only one word, it was a word that Bones knew had value; "Amelia." It was clear that she had said too much too soon, seeing the confusion on his face and knowing it was going to be harder than she first thought. She knew it was too early to assume what he could remember for now, but it made Sam wonder how many memories she shared with Michael. How many memories had been robbed from them by Bones? As much as wanted not to dwell on the thought, it stayed in her mind. She pushed a smile into her face, not wanting to cause any more discomfort. ”I’ve always hated the cold. But I’ve never had to worry as long as we’ve stuck together.” She could remember back to their first days together, when he had come back to the ship with her. Hearing the heart monitor pick up slightly, she stood only to lean over and gently kiss him, hoping to do more good than harm. It’s when she hears a familiar name that her body goes numb, almost frigid. She’d remembered showing him pictures of the girl before, but they hadn’t spoken of her in years, and it was almost as if Sam had pushed it all to the back of her mind, desperate to forget. Her guilt felt like a knife in the heart, though she couldn’t let him see it. ”I think you would have liked her. She was a bright little light in a dark time of my life.”

It would never be home, despite not having a home to go back to. Evanna had spent too much of her life running on Terra. She knew well enough that it would take time to all come together. But she didn’t expect him to not want her to go. If he had been in her position, would he not do the same? She would’ve refused to let him go anywhere like this but had no problem putting herself at risk if it meant taking this guy down. ”I wish you wouldn’t ask that of me,” she spoke quietly, sitting up, ”I wouldn’t have been going alone. I just... I want him to pay for what he did to you.” She was afraid if the Butcher was arrested, it wouldn’t be long until he was gone anyway. Someone would find a way to set him free. ”We need to make this a better place, starting with getting rid of this guy.”

He had already calculated the amount of time needed to get to the armory, load up on weapons and gear followed by narrowing down a list...but with her here, there was too much to lose. Placing his hand on her thigh, he had time to calculate as he whispered to her; "Evia, until you showed up I would've left. I can still walk and then you would be taking me back here, citing my injuries, before having me lay down. I ask cause I love you. I've loved you for a long time and roles reversed I'd be here till you got better." Running his hand across her cheek, he thought over a trade off since his A.I was working on repairing the tissue damage; "8 hours of rest and we'll go looking for him. The bullets he used were military grade and likely stolen."

It had saddened her to hear that name again, but when he spoke again, she wasn’t sure what to feel. A lost child was something she’d never gotten over, no matter how much she wanted or tried. It hadn’t been as bad as the years went by, after she finally gave up and moved on. But now it felt like the wind had been knocked out of her. ”That... can’t be possible.” Bones had caused them both too much pain, and now it sickened her knowing he’d kept her daughter from her. She was just as confused as he was in that moment, but knew Bones couldn’t have done it alone. She tried to speak, but each time the words caught in her throat. It was hard to believe that Amelia had been there all along, within her reach and yet she was deceived and hurt. It made her sick, needing to get fresh air before she would start to panic. ”There is a lot of Kobol I still haven’t seen. You’ll have to show me those flowers, but for now, just rest. Please, it’s too soon to get up.” Sam offered a small smile, trying to mask the hurt she felt.

Sitting up in bed, he placed his hand against his temple as he went through his new memories as if it was a movie playing in front of him. There was a difference between war and murder, well, for Bones it was nothing more than words for the Taurons he killed...now he was seeing how far he went. She wanted him to rest and he couldn't, the flood gate was open and just pouring out blood. Whispering, he started disconnecting from the monitors in a rush while moving to the edge of the bed; "I gotta go. I can't stay here...I can't...I can't..." Stepping onto the floor, he fell to his ass before sitting against the wall...he was seeing him kill old friends. Bones knew the only way to hurt them was hide something that he knew Michael was actively seeking and he found it. Frustrated, Michael had been looking for her using extensive research and listening to Samantha but Bones was sabotaging him. Undoing his bandages, Bones met her with someone who was hiding themself from Bones; "I want to go outside...its...its getting too hot in here," pulling off his shirt to get rid of some heat he was building up.

The sad part, he asked her for something he was willing to go do himself before she came into the room. The bullets he used were military grade and likely stolen." The person she used to be would have left regardless of his request, when revenge meant more than anything else. He’d spoken of his love before, and she’d always regretted telling him not to say what he didn’t mean. Much had changed since then, and Evanna had allowed herself to let go of the fear she had, fear to let anyone get too close. ”I love you. You know that. I wasn’t okay with the idea of leaving you behind, I only wanted to make it all right.”As much as she wanted to protest him going at all, Eva knew it would be unfair. She could live with it, as long as they were within sight of each other. She wasn’t comfortable with the idea of him going out there again so soon after being shot, but it meant having one more person out there hunting this guy. ”Where should be start? He could have gone anywhere at this point.” She remembered asking Samuel to wait, knowing it would be better now to have him to watch their backs, if he hadn’t taken off yet.

Jonathan was far from a person like Michael who said those three words but he didn't want her to leave. She may have scouted for a while but he had been on the menu and some rest was useful. Thinking, he had a few sites in mind but the Basestar would be risky since the EM field affects electronics and their A.I but that left two other sites. Whispering, Jonathan wondered if they left Site B functioning; "Site B. There is some kind of super computer in the frigid water and it's off the grid." Issac would have a head start but he knew the site, traveling without an injury was hard but he had to work around it. Kissing her, he whispered to her to ease her nerves; "I'll be at your side this time," resting a hand on her hip.
