Turning to Victor as he began pulling out his equipment such as the spare rounds onto his upper arm with his SMG's in his pistol holsters while holding his modified M-4 knowing it was risky but they would be nowhere if they didn't take risks. Turning to Michael as he undid the M-4 that was on the man's pack, "Suggest you use this but then again you have been shooting like you used to be in the war," something in the corner of his eye caught his attention. Victor had a shadow and from what it looked like not a half bad one but not formally trained, it didn't matter to him since he was originally trained to be behind the safety of a radio and not in the field. Wrapping his night vision goggles around his neck, he spoke to her as he held onto his rifle knowing Shepard had a clear plan and even had the forces to pull it off but still someone had to be sent in first; "I take it your on the same team as Victor and Sam, you up for some action?"
He needed someone to provide close cover since Michael and Liam would take over as snipers and covering them from a distance, knowing it would be hard for the Cylons not to come after officers and not some Specialists who are practically invisible to them.

"The same team? I suppose so...the two idiots decided to sneak off. And now Quinto will have all of our asses." Evie had never been much of a team player, not after most of her old team was killed, with the rest locked up. But now was as good a time as any to try and make things work again. She set her rifle down and crossed her arms. "Action sounds good, but I'm not about to be anyone's shield. Okay?" She didn't know any of these Terrans, not enough to trust them yet. And she wasn't about to be thrown out there as a decoy for toasters.

Emptying his spare casings into his pack before placing a spare round belt onto his arm and onto the end of his rifle, nodding to the young woman, "You won't be a shield," loading up a magazine as he cleaned out the sights on his rifle, "the Cylons will be focused on us while you all sneak by after all its a bit hard to ignore a few snipers," popping the bolt into place as he nodded to Liam and Tom to begin to move out. Slipping on his lucky hat, he handed over a small pack of explosives over to Samuel before taking a deep breath; "We'll be drawing a lot of attention to ourselves so just stick to the shadows and if it makes you feel better those two idiots are doing the right thing since my team is wanted by the Cylons and we couldn't pull off your assignment."
Laughing, he knew it was true since Rebecca's other side has been after his head since he boarded that Basestar and now if he was lucky she would be in this city ready to take a bullet for her precious husband. Jogging into the city streets, he wasted no time to get to work as he beheaded a Centurion with a .50 caliber round, careful since his sniper rifle was purely bolt action thus taking a few seconds longer than a fully automatic one.

She let out a low sigh. At least this group didn't seem to have a stick up their asses like that Major Miller did. Thinking the plan over for a minute, she looked to see if the others were ready. "Right, whenever you're," before she had a chance to reply to Thrax, she saw that he had already moved out. Smirking, Evie nodded her head towards Smith and Winters before moving out as well.

Smiling a bit as he watched the Colonel's get to work, he had heard stories on how bad ass they were when not just fighting the war but the Ha La Tha and now once more they were working along side of them. Holding out a few mags for Evanna, he had bored a few from her and even Alfred since he didn't expect her to shadow him; "Figured you could use these back," handing her the mags before pulling out the rope from his pack before leaving his pack in the sand beside Samuel's other pack.
Loading up his sniper rifle, he started down the hill with Samuel behind him as he noticed Centurions running to take on the distraction while leaving entire sections open for them to stroll in. Unstrapping his pistol, he pulled it out and secured a suppressor before taking out the street lamp as he move on to do the same while moving along; "So are either of you taking what Major Miller said to heart, he was prick when I was in training though only had him for a few weeks but he's a pilot not used to this ground shit."

Taking a minute to slip on his climbing harness, he clipped on his belt of rope clips as he jogged up behind Matthews to keep up with the group after all he was a bit of a hazard with all the explosives. Keeping his rifle clipped onto his vest, he listened to Victor, knowing he left hoping to do this alone but realized he was playing right into Miller's hands; "I had plans on completing this operation alone but I would be proving Miller right," pausing as he heard an explosion from Michael's team, "the Cylons must be having a field day over there, I can probably still lone wolf this if you all want to go kick some toaster ass."
Laughing a bit, he knew it would be dangerous to be on that space elevator as is since he would be in the air rigging up the explosives around the beams and he would have to do in two sections to ensure the structure fell since he couldn't see any support ropes in the distance.

As someone who mainly kept to herself, Evie shook her head when she heard Samuel suggest that they go back to the others. "Frak that," she said, looking back over her shoulder at him. "Let's just stick together and get this shit done so we can get out of here." She smirked, keeping her rifle close as they moved quietly. She did agree with Victor, that Miller was a prick. She didn't want to take what he said personally, but at the same time it was hard not to.
"I don't know about you guys, but I'd like to prove that jackass Miller wrong." Continuing on, she caught sight of movement ahead and reached forward to tap Victor on the shoulder. "Two skinjobs," she pointed forward, seeing that they hadn't been spotted yet, hopefully giving their team a chance to take them out quietly.

Taking cover briefly, Michael changed out magazines while Tom and Liam continued to push on, placing the empty magazine into his pack before pushing back the bolt before getting up once more. Firing onto a Centurion, it was one of their old ones popping the bolt back to eject the round which he caught in hand before pushing the bolt back into place; he had only a few more mags left before he had to manually insert rounds which was quite easy for him since he had spare rounds on the rifle and his forearm. Spotting a grenade being tossed, they were certainly drawing attention to themselves which could only mean it was a matter of time till they drew Alex's or any other Cylons attention and thus their Centurions.
Taking cover once more, he wasn't running low but hit by a fragment of a bullet which penetrated his jacket and into his right side yet he couldn't get to it especially now so he just had to wrap it up as well as take a shot to keep the lead from mixing with his blood. Getting up once more, he continued on knowing his right side was in pain forcing him to just soldier on.

"Two skinjobs," she pointed forward, seeing that they hadn't been spotted yet, hopefully giving their team a chance to take them out quietly. Ducking around a corner as quickly as he could, he reached into his holster to pull out the suppressor for his rifle as he took the extended vented tip off his rifle only to replace it with the suppressor. Flipping over to firing switch and carefully pulling back his bolt to make sure he had a round in the chamber before signaling Evanna to take aim as he went for the one on the right; changing over to heat vision as he took the shot. Killing the skinjob as he moved around the corner once more, switching his scope back to standard as he tapped his radio to open a channel to Samuel; "Move to me and we'll keep you between us," pulling out his climbing gear as he secured his harness with his clips hanging on his back. Whispering to Evanna as he slung his sniper rifle only to grab his silenced pistol, "Shit, we might get out of here soon anyways, Michael has a reputation of getting the job done early."

As Victor took his shot at the skinjob on the right, Evie lined up at the same time and fired at the one on the left. With both down, they could continue on with Samuel in tow. She unscrewed the suppressor from her own rifle and tucked it back into her pack. "You all might have something to go back to... I don't, but I'd rather not die in this Gods forsaken place," she replied to Victor in a hushed tone. The idea of being captured and possibly locked up wasn't something she'd want either. There was nothing to really keep her on Terra at this point, but dying on the cylon home world wasn't high on her list either. "Come on, let's get this finished."

Whispering back to her as he shot out the next street lamp, "I have nothing other than an apartment to look forward to when we return," jogging once more till he reached a point that they were close enough to begin their climb up onto the structure. Catching Sam's bag as he began climbing up the structure with a rope hanging off the back till he moved into the interior of the structure to hide within the shadows but just close enough to the track of the elevator. Moving onto one of the beams, he switched back to his sniper rifle as he signaled them to begin climbing since he had a suitable 180 degree vision of anything and everything, flipping on the night vision feature as he connected the initial climbing rope to a beam as a starting point for the rest of them.

Handing the pack over to Victor, he waited till he got the all clear before starting up the rope as a guide point followed by moving to his pack which Victor had secured for him. Pulling out the G-6 charges with the detonator cord, he began securing the charges to the inner structure with det. cord around it before moving onto the other one; slipping his night vision goggles on as he carefully supported himself as he moved onto the next set of explosives as he connected a support wire to the explosives to ensure that it detonates at the same time and there is no break in the detonation. Moving the pack closer to himself, he continued with the inner ring since it had less of an area before moving onto the outer ring which could put him at greater risk since he would be in the wide open where at least here he had cover.

Following the guys up the rope and onto the structure, Evie held her breath. She already felt on edge, and being out in the open like that didn't help matters. With Victor on one side, she took the opposite as they waited for Winters to finish planting the explosives. Propping her sniper up on one of the beams, she took a look through, unhappy at what she saw. Matthews tapped her radio and connected to the other two. "Uh, guys...you might wanna hurry your asses up. Looks like we're about to have some company." She looked back through the scope, watching as a team of clankers changed directions and was headed for the structure.

Climbing above them, he began working on the second set of charges as he heard Evanna knowing he can't rush this since all the detonators had to aligned in such a way to ensure nothing accidentally went off; "I suggest you hold them off cause if I screw up then we're going have early detonation or no detonation," setting the bag down onto a pylon as he began wiring up the second set with wires waiting to be inserted. Keeping the traditional of keeping the G-6 tightened on with the detonator cord, he slowly inserted the detonators but he knew the hardest part was to do the exterior which would put him in danger but it had to be done; there was no going around it.
Moving parallel of his top charges, he began inserting charges on the exterior with wires and detonator cord leading to them as well; "Can you give me a few more minutes and then we can bug out of here."

Moving around to take aim at another set of Centurions coming his way, he knew Centurions had perfect vision at night but so did he with his scope; resting the barrel on one of the beams as he began opening fire. Taking out the head of one, the other two began to open fire as he quickly took out another one but began to receive fire from the third; taking a shot into his vest which knocked him back a bit. Breathing deeply, he noticed the round almost made it through yet he couldn't take another shot otherwise it could go through; firing at the other Centurion and taking it out with ease. Ejecting the magazine, he refilled the magazine before reinserting it into his rifle as he whispered to Evanna; "They have armor piercing round and one almost took me out."
Turning to Samuel as he tossed his bag and spare rifle onto the ground below, "Hurry your ass up, we're exposed up here," pulling out EMP grenades which would cut out the lights around them and allow them to have the advantage for a bit; letting the little blue grenades go off and soon the lights followed.
