This part of space belongs to the Cylon Empire and we WILL defend it. Enter at your own risk - if you have the stones to do it!

On board the BS-53 Atlantia:
As soon as the FTL is 100% Kona presses the button and the Atlantia makes its JUMP to the inner part of the Cylon held territory in the Omega Sector of Space.
Kona feels queasy even though she knows the JUMP is commencing. She always feels like her body is about two seconds behind where it should be until the JUMP is completed.
Immediately the Dradis begins to ring out Cylon Registries all around the Ship. Kona keeps her cool and takes the paper from her pocket then inputs the new coordinates and watches as the FTL begins to recharge. It is at 89% and climbing. Now, if the Cylon Empire just fails to notice the Atlantia she will JUMP them out once she gets the FTL back to 100%.
A JUMP at 89% could be accomplished but she would rather err on the side of caution and wait. She keeps her eyes glued to the Dradis for any sign of hostility and then switches her gaze back to the FTL immediately. Moving her eyes back & forth as she watches.
FTL now 92% recharged........

On the BaseStar 105 Scorpion -
Lexi sits at the Central Command Center when all of a sudden the Dradis picks up Colonial ship in their air space. She checks again. Then she turns to the StarWide Announcement and presses the button to transmit a message Starwide.
*Commander Justice, please report to the CCC immediately. We have enemy targets in the area* Lexi puts down the mic and watches with a keen eye as the ship just seems to sit there beckoning them to go investigate why it is in their air space.
She begins to wonder if this is the ship that holds Six prisoner. *Is it possible they wish to return her?* Lexi shakes her head and sighs. *Doubtful at best*

Within minutes of showing up suddenly the Colonial Ship JUMPS away.
The Dradis picks up the BaseStar 105 Scorpion. Kona looks at it then immediately inputs the command to JUMP to the next Plotted destination. The FTL is 100% and she presses the button. The Atlantia JUMPS away from the Cylon controlled air space to a neutral area.
The Atlantia now finds itself in an open area with no cylon registries showing up

BaseStar 105 reappears in Cylon Controlled Air Space and heads for their planet.
I close my eyes and tell the HYBRID to JUMP us back to our planet.
The HYBRID springs up from her sleep and says *JUMP* and the star vanishes in a blinding FLAAAAAAAAAASH of light.

These ShipYards have been named to Honor Keldar and will be under the direction of Commander Cyogreeddie. Eddie is in charge of these ShipYards and any new tech he deems feasible to implement. He has total control on these matters.

after finally dealing with the colonials, the white fang vanished from neutral territory and colonial airspace, and appeared in the empire's airspace. the BCR knew they held at least a reasonable communicating relation with the legion and knew that unlike the colonials, they wouldn't be under threat immediately upon entering the cylon's territory

Launching after receiving clearance from the white fang, Jack sent the BCR human fighter into full throttle, pushing the craft deeper into cylon territory. It was not like the cylon empire to be slow to respond to someone crossing their boarder, much less a fighter pushing deeper into their territory. Alongside him was a young BCR pilot, possibly recruited from terra recently, who acted as though he would rather be a pirate then a merc by the way he complained about certain things in this outfit. god, if this keeps up, I hope he dies in the next engagement, he thought as he rolled his eyes, but alas , the cockpit ejects from the ship once the vessel starts tearing apartas soon as they reached a thousand meters from the white fang, however, a cylon signature appeared on dradis. however, the cylon ship did not register under the bcr database of cylon vessels. Hmm, I wonder who it could be he keyed the comm to the hotshot nugget. "Do not engage unless the ship engages us. we are here to trade and speak with the empire, not start another feud."

The patrol had been dull, as all of them were. The only artificial activity was a Heavy Raider that had passed through to make a second jump. His time was nearing its end when a large signature jumped into Empire space. The ship immediately showed up near where Tiberius' right foot would be, and he kept Scar going on the oblique course while he sent back information to the 109.
"Tiberius to Commander Sydell, a large ship has entered the outer boundary of Empire space near my patrol zone. I am investigating."
The neural signal traveled from Tiberius's brain, down his arm to the datalink, then through the bioelectronic system to Scar's brain. The Raider Organism executed the command and slowly nosed toward the intruder. At that time, a seperate signal was picked up leaving the larger ship. He sent an instantaneous command to Scar to stand by on the offensive and defensive systems. It was not a conscious series of words, just a flash of insight that was received, interpreted, and applied at speeds faster than thought. Human hardware would be hard-pressed to equal the speed. Tiberius could not be sure whether or now the other ships had detected Scar, so he acted in the affirmative.
As the smaller craft continued on, Tiberius and Scar took up a position to the side, shadowing it. If needed, the 40mm turret under the X-21a 'chin' could fire sideways. He would not engage hostilities just yet.

As the cylon signature came closer, Jack could tell the hotshot wanted to turn and engage. Little did the man know that the cylon had an attack vector on them that if they turned to engage, the cylon would be able to vap one, if not both craft easily. Though the armor may save them from the initial attack, Jack thought as he kept on his flight path. The hotshot, however, continued to behave erratically: accelerating, slowing down, even at times shifting the craft just slightly as if he wanted to break formation. Jack was getting pissed at the rookie pilot, and his tone of voice over the comm showed it.
"You'd better hold still and maintain formation, son. Your erratic behavior is gonna get us killed"
The pilot began to calm a bit, but still seemed to remain tense as jack attempted to patch the comm to the empire's frequency. Before he could connect, however, The pilot immediately broke formation and whipped around towards the signature. Pissed, and not wanting another issue to deal with, Jack whipped around as well. Luckily they had flown far enough out that they could properly evade the cylon's attack vector, but the pilot didn't seem to care and charged after the cylon. Targeting the pilot's vessel, Jack squeezed off a few shots that flew past the pilot's canopy as he connected with the cylon. Transmitting the codes he was given by justice, Jack waited a bit for the codes to reach the cylon before speaking, all the while he was trying to force the pilot to disengage.
"Unknown cylon, this is BCR 1. Forgive my wingman, he's new. I am requesting permission to speak with your commanding officer about some business."

Tiberius watched the signautures of the twin craft closely. Scar was constantly updating to him vectors and scenarios. Tiberius was glad to have the modified Raider Organism that Lucifer had made from his own DNA. It was superior to any standard organism. just as the X-21 was a superior craft. There may be better Raiders come along, but they likely will not have the pilot/fighter symbiosis that he and Scar have. When connected by the datastream, they were more two aspects of the same individual than two individuals. Scar was not developed with the higher-level functions that TJ had, but he was advanced beyond anything not one of the Models.
The alarm came immediately as one of the ships, the one which had been acting erratically, turned onto an intercept course. The 40mm turret and the 80mm main guns immediately charged their chambers, and the mini-mines were activated. Scar was ready to answer the command to eliminate the agressor when the second ship fired at it, which caused it to back off. It now became obvious to him, even as the pilot's words came over the general Cylon frequency. That in itself was an anomaly, as these were not Raiders or Colonial craft. Why it would be able to communicate made Tiberius even more cautious. Sending thought through the datastream, he beamed a reply to the ship that contacted him.
"Unknown BCR One, this is Tiberius James. What is your authority to enter our airspace and make such a request?" While he parleyed, he let Scar continue to plot the best maneuvers and weapon deployments to destroy first the ship that contacted him, then the 'new wingman.' He had re-transmitted the conversation back to the 109, for Commander Sydell to overhear.

Jack was shocked at the response he received. Not for what the cylon said, no. But by the voice that spoke it. The voice that spoke it was a flesh cylon. a usual model. but it was the tone and inflections in the voice that gave it away. Jack floored the fighter past his wingman, who had finally calmed and hung back, and towards the unknown fighter. As he came within visual range, though, his assumptions were immediately confirmed as the X-21 was the unknown craft flying on the unknown craft's path.
Jack then rigged his flight path to fly past the x-21 in the same flight path that he had flown past TJ time and time again before a duel. come on TJ. jack thought recognize it for what it is. once he finally flew past the x-21, he keyed the comm to TJ once again.
"The Browncoat Rebellion, or BCR, has been granted, by one commander justice, access into Imperial space on the conditions that relations between the BCR and the cylon empire remain on good standings...... a surprise to see you once again, TJ."

*The Ares steer into the path of the vessel then adjusts it's speed to match the ship. Shifting my fingers running through the data base for a match. Displaying up on the beaded water fall as the *White Fang* showing the ship in 3 dimensions, reading in the corner of Commander Jack Reynolds. Flexing my right finger tips*
"Commander Jack Reynolds this is Commander Jack Sydell of the Ares, now do I need to remind your your in Cylon Controlled Air Space. I suggest you head back in the next 10 centons or be destroyed."

Jack raised a brow at the response he received from the basestar that suddenly appeared nearby the white fang. Keying the comm to his wingman, jack started towards the white fang.
"I guess its time to head back to the white fang. I'll speak with these guys to see whats making the empire in such a pissy mood and I'll see you over there."
The hotshot complied and made his way towards the white fang while jack turned towards the x-21 and the basestar.
"commander sydell, this is commander Reynolds. We have been granted permission by commander justice to enter the imperial systems provided our standings in relations to the cylon empire are not stained. we have come seeking a job that can pay."
