Placing his hands behind his back, he turned to Sydell as he listened carefully; "Sydell is there something you want to say to me. I know my models haven't been here in a long time but I come back and gave Terra to you on a silver frakkin platter yet you and Justice are worried about one little ship," he was losing his nerves around Sydell and he knew if Kona didn't stand up for him he might just take his seat as Commander of this ship over Sydell's body.

Until Kona tells my other wise I still hold the power over you and your model to exile you from us. Terra holds not interest to me at this time, my goal is to help Kona over through Justice and rescue Six. Now stop throwing your pathetic failed plan in my face."*Watching his stance, eye movement and other tales.* "I see you made up your mind already, don't even think about it. If you even try to kill me I'll have you exiled in heart beat boxed and destroyed."

Getting up as he kept his arms behind his back, "I think that decision is up to the imperial leader not Justice's lap dog. If I wanted to make my move, you would be dead Sydell and that might come sooner than later...after all, my model is something it appears you all need considering you've been avoiding a fight for so long."
He knew he could kill him but it was all up to Kona to tell him kill him he wasn't going to do it before, "Lucky Kona is here other wise you'd be dead already," sitting back down as he kept his eye on him, "oh and Sydell, can't exile me if you wanted to remember Kona is the master not Justice remember that will you," he knew Sydell was walking a fine line but then again so was he.

Licking more of the slidgeon grease from his fingers, Tiberius listened acutely to the altercation between Alexander and Sydell. The Two's had in their programming a knack for turining facts around and causing others confusion and doubt. He saw that he did not have to do a thing here. They were doing a good enough job against each other. He would maintain loyalty to Kona, which was not difficult at all in light of their relationships in the past. He had served her well before, and she was as good a Six as any of the model to have as Imperious Leader.
No, for him, the biggest problem would be another of the Six line, the one who had been after Scar for years.

Upon walking into the galley, Jack froze as if he just witnessed a close brother and sister die. Sitting before him was commander Sydell arrayed in his usual garb and flanked by the usual golden centurions. Next to him was Jack's old opponent and, in jack's mind, Jack's best friend when it came to the skies and the life of combat. One more down sat the person that was the original cause for Jack's arrival. Lexi appeared relatively unharmed, and the three of them were either standing of sitting and appeared as if nothing had changed since the last time he saw them.
But those three were not the reasons as to why he felt the way he did. Standing next to those three were the last two people he'd ever expected to see. The people he once knew as Kona and Ace stood before him. His mind raced at the sight, and in the confusion he came to the conclusion that the two he knew were now dead to him. He had to treat these two as if they were someone he did not know, for the ones he did know would never have gone this far. Well, maybe I shouldn't be too surprised about Ace. he thought as he and rose began nearing the table.

Peering over, he spotted Jack as he took a sip of his coffee knowing that Jack was the ultimate test since he changed sides. Taking a deep breath as he spoke softly, "Got tired on living on the fringes of space...maybe we can discount you after Terra falls into our hands," he knew Jack had befriended the Terrans which meant he would mourn them if they so happen to disappear.
Calling over for a refill, he turned to Kona as he cracked his neck; "Well when you do retake your throne what's going to be the statis queue with the BCR?"

Tiberius looked up, keeping his face neutral. He would have cocked an eyebrow if he had let his face relax. He had not encountered Jack Reynolds, then known as Fraker, in hears. Their last meeting was the final of several aerial standoffs they had reached: Fraker in his XF-4, and Tiberius in the X-21. That was well before he had picked up the scar that resulted in his name, and it was long before the two had finally merged into a full symbiot when they flew together. Tiberius had no doubt whatsoever that he could best Reynolds if they met again today. Though the man had joined the shadowy Brown Coat Rebellion, there was still nothing in space akin to himself and Scar. Though, he would enjoy such a joust.
He let Alexander make a typical sarcastic quip, and remembered that Reynolds had fared far better than The Seven had when he was known as 'Ace the Colonial'. Fraker had earned the respect of the Two, something the Seven had not yet accomplished.
The Two nodded faintly, almost imperceptibly. His former enemy/friend might notice it. They were cut from the same cloth as pilots, though Reynolds was only a human.

Jack immediately hid his level of disgust at seeing those two here as he focused on TJ, Sydell, and Lexi instead. Providing the usual respect to the commander and even a little bit more to TJ upon seeing the two nod to him, Jack proceeded over to them as he spoke in his normal tone.
"Commander Sydell. Thank you for allowing the refuel. We heard Lexi's transmission, but by the time we got there, we noticed the ship gone and came over to see if she made it home." He then turned to Lexi with a grin "Which by appearance, you did without much harm."
His tone still remained the same as he focused back on Sydell. "No disrespect commander, but I was under the impression that traitors to the empire were not allowed to walk freely whether they returned by their own free will or not." He then glanced at Ace and Kona, not bothering to show them any emotion even though his heart mourned for the fact that Kona had given up on his kind and returned home. He knew Kona's reasons, but still wished it wasn't true because of what he knew of her... Ace on the other hand, Jack could care less. it just gave him another reason to put a bullet through the seven's brain.

Grinning, he took a sip of his coffee as he thought over what Jack was hinting at, peering over at Kona as he spoke softly; "Kona, do you remember when Caprica was burning? Cavil explained it to me years before the attack that if anyone did survive then that would scar them but I think he was wrong about that. It's funny how a single Seven gave him them hope, frakked their own kind, pinned them against one another and then steered them towards death...did more damage then what Cavil ever thought was possible," peering over at Jack as he took a sip of his coffee, "you could call me a traitor but only to mankind then again your one hell of a traitor as well."
Placing his hand under his jacket and onto the hilt of his pistol, he knew he was pushing Jack a bit too hard; "Wanna have a drink Jack after all we're all traitors in this room...some traitors do what they must to survive."

Kona watched it all unfold in front of her as if in a dream sequence....... the fighting against each other verbally....... the sudden appearance of Lexi, who she would have preferred not know that Kona was on board but now was too late to hide from sight.........
She watched TJ, Alex, Sydell, D'Anna, and her mind was spinning wondering if she had indeed done the right thing or not. She could not stay on that ship where he had abandoned her for months...... wondering where he was....... wondering who he was with...... wondering if he even ever thought about her anymore..........
She took a deep breath and looked directly at Jack as she walked toward him with a set face. Not really sure what she was going to say or do ......... she had been friends with Jack for a long time ....... he was Play's best friend and she was certain he would view her return to her People as a betrayal. What she needed to do was to show him that she had BEEN betrayed not the other way around.....
*Jack, I would like a word in private with you.* She headed for the exit then turned to the room in general *I will reveal my plans to all of you later but right now I must speak with Jack privately. Follow me please, Jack* with her head high she walked out the door and headed for a private room where they could talk quietly.

Before leaving, jack showed no concern on the matter. he knew in his heart that he had retired from the colonial fleet and began his own mercenary force. Merc forces go where the money is, and so are never labeled as traitors. People like Ace on the other hand, disgusted Jack. He remained calm, for he had no reason to be upset, as he spoke.
"So, did you kill her before returning home and end the emotional suffering you caused her all her life? Or did you just abandon her and cause her even more grief, seven?" he said as he kept emotionless. But he then turned and walked out the door behind Kona, leaving Ace to ponder Jack's words on his own

Crossing his arms as he watched Jack leave the room as he spoke softly and quietly, "There was a time when I would have just killed you Jack Reynolds for stepping on a Cylon ship and that day is coming back soon enough," getting up only to pull the pistol out and placing it down on the table. Undoing the bottom half, he tossed it aside as he screwed on the suppressor and checked the clip to ensure he had plenty of rounds before holstering it again in his jacket.

Rose watched as Jack left her and followed Kona out of the room. She noticed a guy place a gun on the table and attach what looked to be a silencer on the end of it. Her left eyebrow raised up slightly and she sure wished she was packin heat about now.
As no one else reacted she relaxed and finally walked toward what looked to be the bar. She leaned against it with her forearms and smiled at the handsome guy behind the counter who seemed friendly enough.
He was putting up some clean glasses and looked at her. "Can I get you something Miss?" he asked as he reached up and placed the stem into the overhead rack.
Rose looked around and then back at him again *Do you have any iced tea? I would love some if you do* she smiled and finally sat down on one of the tall stools. Since she was so short it immediately elevated her up even with most of the people ..... er....... humanoids..... in the room.
