Following the three and the six throughout the ship without being fired upon gave Mal a new look on the intricate designs of the cylon vessels. the sleek shape of the vessel gave him a relief to the eyesore of the jagged edges of the colonial combat vessels. Though, in his mind the internal sections of the ship could do with a lot less red data streams on the walls. Walking into the Galley behind D'anna and Lexi, however, gave Mal a slight pause as the room appeared like something from the terran homeworld.
"Wow. never had something like this on the tekergok"

Lexi has to smile at his reaction. She then nods hello to the Eight who leads them to a table in the center area. *Thank you so much!* she slides out one of the comfortably overstuffed chairs and sits down then slides it up under the table. The Eight hands menus all around and goes to get them all a glass of ice water which she sets in front of each diner.
*Well, Mal, everything looks good to me. What is your pleasure?* she smiles as D sits down with Mal between them.

a slight grin spread across mal's face at Lexi's question. he had many desires in mind. which the primary one involved the death of Alex. Unfortunately, he would have to take things one step at a time, starting with knowing his position in the Empire. all would be set in motion soon. for now, he needed to focus on the home he had been provided.
"ah, anything at the moment. To tell you the truth, I never thought I would return."

Lexi folded her hands together bringing them up and resting her elbows on the table top. She smiled at both, Mal and D. *We are very happy to have you back! Now let's start with one of Justice's favorite meals............... Eight.......... we are ready to order here please* Lexi motioned the young waitress back over *Steak and eggs, over easy, a side of whole grain toast and a tall glass of orange juice. Unless of course you prefer coffee, Mal? None for me thanks, just the juice is good enough for me. And D? What would you like?* Lexi put her hands in her lap and leaned back relaxed now that the food had been ordered. As the Eight waited for D's order Lexi leaned over closer to Mal and whispered to him quietly.
*Don't worry, we'll contact Justice after we eat and find out where he wants you placed in the Empire. You may stay on the 109 here or he may call you to the 106. One can never out guess our Leader!* she smiled widely at him *one thing I do know for certain ....... with your piloting skills you will be ramrodding an assault very soon to get back some of our captive Brethren. Seems the Colonial Fleet has been holding Six for months now and Justice has had just about the end of his patience showing for quite a while. In fact, he was in such a foul mood he sent me over here so as not to bite my head off I suspect.* she giggles at the thought but knows it is closer to the truth than she would like.

"I'll have the same. That will be all," D'anna quickly gave her order to the Eight and sent the woman away, she never really did have an use for that model. D was more intrigued with what Lexi and Mal were discussing. She had nearly forgotten about Six, it had been that long since she was taken prisoner by those damn Colonials. It was a shame and a disgrace they hadn't gotten her back yet.
The Eight returned with their drinks and set them down, turned on her heels, and left in a hurry back to the kitchen. D took a sip of her juice before turning back to Mal and Lexi. "Do we have any plans to get Six back soon, Sister? If she's even still alive..." Knowing the Colonials, they would more than likely kill Six if she was too much trouble or didn't give up any information.

With the meals ordered, mal just sipped a bit of the coffee as he listened to the conversation. That was, until D'anna mentioned the six that was in colonial custody. With the knowledge that Jack was leading the BCR now, he began to dwell upon the possibilities if he was still running the BCR and not Jack. It took a few attempted, but he finally came up with the quickest possible route for the BCR to profit without harming relationships.
"If this man I look like, Jack, has already contacted us, then I wouldn't doubt it if he has attempted to retrieve her. the only thing that would prevent Jack from getting her back, is if the colonial Yogi had a hand in it all. that man is the only one that would never release six willingly. If Jack returns, and Yogi is in the colonial fleet, then we will need to use force to retrieve her."

As the food arrived Lexi spread the napkin across her lap and began to smash the eggs with her fork. She took a bite and chewed it up then wiped her lips and began.
*We are certain that Six is still alive and being held against her will on the Battlestar Atlantia.* she nodded toward Mal *and yes, Yogi is the Commander of that ship.* she looked back at D *Now that we have a new and unknown pilot in our midst I'm pretty sure that Justice is going to put Mal on the front line of any attempt to rescue Six. The Centurions have already begun construction of your Raider, Mal. It will be coated with the newest carbolite stealth coating we have. This coating makes it virtually undetectable to Colonial Dradis. Why you could fly right in and land on the landing deck and until they see you with their naked eyes they will have no idea you are even in their Air Space*
Lexi took a drink of her orange juice then another bite of breakfast. *Once we finish here I will contact Justice and see what he wants to do about stationing you, Mal. I would imagine you will be staying on the 109 but that's his decision.*

*Entering the galley cocking my head as I notice some new faces. Heading to the bar ordering my food and drink, turning heading over to Lexi's table.*
"So Lexi have you found my ship to your liking? I hope you slept well, well I hear that were nearly stocked from Ares, soon we can pick up the trail on Atlantia."
*Looking over extending my right hand*
"Hello I am Commander Jack Sydell welcome home brother. Anything I can do for you, umm excuse me I didn't caught your name."

Watching the Centurions take up positions behind him as he walked over to clearly the Commander as he grabbed an apple as he bit into it; "The Atlantia isn't too far off," taking a bite of the apple before he swallowed it down, "just resurrected in fact, I have her position and even more a tracker in place including the location of Terra; the allies of these pathetic Colonials."
Grinning, he took another bite as he stared down the Six; "I'm Seven...probably one of the few real sleeper agents left in their crappy fleet. Wait does two ships still fall into the category of fleet or just a convoy of cattle that needs to be herded to the slaughter house."

Rising quickly as the way the man addressed Lexi indicated that this man was the commanding officer, Mal grinned and clasped the man's hand in a firm shake.
"Good to meet you, Jack. The name that I used before was Malcolm Reynolds. But Mal will work."
His grin suddenly vanished as the man he sought to kill strut into the galley as if nothing was wrong or different with his presence. It shocked him to see a cylon traitor come in nonchalant, or even the fact that the centurions let him out of the tub once he resurrected. In one swift move, Mal picked up a knife from the table and rushed to the seven he knew as Alex. Rage filled his eyes as he almost tackled the man, slamming the seven down on a nearby table and thrusting the blade to his throat. His voice sounded like he was growling as he spoke with a harsh, yet quiet tone to Ace.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't spill your blood right here and now, and deactivate the res tubs so you remain dead."
Though he ignored the looks he was given by all around the room, he did not slide the blade across the seven's throat just yet.

Putting his hand out to stop the Centurions, he turned to Mal as he took a deep breath; "If it wasn't for my work you wouldn't be here...my mission needed attention away from me and after all, now the Colonials are broken easy targets. Now remove this blade, took a long time to get here and get here successfully compared to the rest of the models where they've failed each frakkin time...can't believe it took a well placed Seven to get the job done."
Moving his hand, the Centurions moved in as they placed their hand cannons point blank into Mal's back; "Wanna resurrect again, Mal?"

Frustration and disbelief at the way the cylons were responding to this traitor suddenly showing his face as if nothing happened, was the only thing that prevented Mal from raking the blade across Ace's throat. Was this the same cylon military that he worked with when he was commanding the BCR? They sure were not acting like it. Fighting down every desire to kill this traitor at the expense of being riddled with holes by the centurions, Mal grimaced and shut his eyes before exhaling and backing away from Ace. With frustration and anger as the only things controlling him at the moment, he set the knife on the table and quickly walked out of the galley with only a sorrowful glance to D'anna and Lexi. With this new development, it would require a different tactic to make the kill successful.

Moving his hand, the Centurions moved in as they placed their hand cannons point blank into Mal's back; "Wanna resurrect again, Mal?" Lexi threw her napkin onto her plate and stood up so fast the chair tipped backward. Faster then the eye could follow she had hold of the Seven and had him by the throat. She gave the Centurions one look that told them if they so much as flinched she'd have them melted down and made into Raiders. They withdrew their weapons and shielded the arm guns then stood to the far side of the room obediently. With her grip growing ever tighter on Alexander's throat she narrowed her eyes and spoke in a low growl *There is a reason the Seven model was discontinued..... it is unstable at best and schizophrenic as worst* she squeezed so tightly he was near the loss of consciousness as she leaned ever closer to his face with her own *the Centurions DO NOT serve a SEVEN! They serve the Commander, the Leader of the Empire who is Justice my mate and therefore myself in his absence. Don't you EVER think you are so arrogant that the Centurions will do your bidding! This little show of yours is over! And it will serve you well to remember your place in the Empire! At the bottom of the ladder for the time being* with that last bit said she squeezed his throat cutting off all oxygen and making him pass out as he slumped to the floor. Lexi straightened her top and smoothed down her skirt, then pushed her hair back into place and walked back to the table where D and Sydell were sitting in shock. *I'm sorry, the Seven model known as Alexander is apparently defective! I suggest he be reprogrammed immediately. Now, if you will excuse me, I will go find Mal and make contact with Justice about his plans for all of this* she didn't even glace at the direction of the unconscious inferior Seven as he laid gasping for air on the floor where she left him. As Lexi walked past the Centurions she stopped and looked at them for a moment. *Don't forget who your Leader is........... It is Supreme Commander Justice. If you ever pull a stunt like I just witnessed again you will be melted down and given over to Commander Eddie in the Shipyards for him to design into something more............ useful* Lexi strode out every bit with the air of Royalty befitting the mate of the Supreme Leader and went in search of Mal Reynolds.
