On board the Battlestar Proteus BSG-76 (NPC)
Jumping suddenly into the space at the coordinates provided by Fleet Intel several days ago, the Battlestar Proteus, commanded by Vice-Admiral Shane Naguchi, the Director of Colonial Fleet Research and Development, immediately began launching her Vipers and Raptors. Sitting a little more than 1000 kilometers dead ahead was the Cylon outpost and supply depot. According to reports from a rogue Six model that seemed to enjoy playing both ends of the spy game, this was the location of the main stockpile of nuclear weapons possessed by the Cylons. If the Proteus could destroy this base and the nukes being kept there, it could very well tip the scales in the Colonial Fleet's favor.
Admiral Naguchi stood at the plotting table, watching as the little model vipers and raptors were moved into different positions, denoting the location of the squadrons. The Vipers would clear the space of any raiders while the Raptors would fly to the base and launch their missiles, hopefully setting off a chain reaction that would blast the entire planet to pieces if they were lucky. Looking at the XO, Admiral Naguchi spoke.
"Commander Katno, I want all batteries set for suppression fire. It won't be long before we have company. Are all our reserve planes in the tubes?"
Commander Liam Katno looked at the board then replied.
"Yes Admiral, all reserve planes are in the tubes and ready to launch. All gun batteries are standing by as well, suppression fire enabled."
"Good, if we pull this coup, the Cylons definitely will be limited in their ability to use nukes. Gods only know why they haven't used them yet."
"Perhaps they want the planet habitable Admiral."
"That is a distinct possibility, what with these new humanoid cylons, ones that apparently can breed sexually. Perhaps that means the home planet they have isn't so suitable for these new cylons. Hmmmm, something to bring up when we get back."
Suddenly, the DRADIS officer yelled out.
"SIR! DRADIS contact, bearing one seven three karem five five. Incoming bogies Sir, two, no three squadrons of raiders."
Admiral Naguchi looked at the young Ensign, then to the XO.
"Commander, launch all remaining Vipers and raptors. Weapons, stand by to engage. Set Condition One throughout the ship."
The XO picked up the phone, speaking into it.
"Action Station, Action Stations. Launch all birds and away raptors. All gun batteries, engage incoming raiders. Set Condition One throughout the ship."
Setting the phone down, he looked at the Admiral.
"Here's hoping our assault works."
Admiral Naguchi looked at Commander Katno, a somewhat relaxed expression on his face.
"If not, then we'll just have to take this old bird in to do the job Commander."

On board the Battlestar Leonides (NPC)
The Battlestar Leonides, commanded by Fleet Admiral Middleton, had jumped to the coordinates of the Cylon base where the attack had already began by the Battlestar Proteus. Joining the Leonides were the Battlecruisers Avenger, Athena, Daedalus and Aphrodite. These were the only serviceable battlecruisers in the fleet, the others still being repaired at the shipyards. Also along for the ride were two support ships, BSS-43 (Fleet Ammunition Ship) Fortuna with 71 crew and BSS(H)-101 (Fleet Hospital Ship) Hope - 113 crew, 240 medical personnel, 300 beds, full service hospital.
As soon as the ships were clear of their jumps, Admiral Middleton gave the order.
"Contact all ships, launch Vipers and raptors. Covering fire for the Proteus as her birds make their bombing runs. I want our rear covered as well for when those basestars show up, as I am sure they will."
The battlegroup sprang into action, Vipers and raptors being launched and immediately engaging the Cylon base raiders that were being decimated by the Proteus air wings.

*Flying down to the planet un-detected checking thing's out, spotting the Leonides. Swooping down pulling back up veering right. Pulling a barrel roll around the Battlestar, head right into the AFT pod.
The canopy un-seals release air as it folds back, leaning forward standing up. Reach over grasping to opening as I leap out landing on the decks. The canopy folds shut as Bri keeps safe and on her toes. Heading down the deck running into crew and marines*
"Helmet off"
*The helmet releases as the Nanite crawl back over my head to my neck. The marines then back off giving me salutes, heading into the corridor's. Round the corner then anther, walking down the long corridor to the CIC. Heading inside as I look around for Admiral Middleton, heading to the chart table*
"Sir we need to talk I have some urgent news"

Posting as Fleet Admiral Middleton in her absence
Standing in the CIC of the Leonides, Fleet Admiral Middleton looks to her left and sees the familiar face of Yogi, recently promoted to Rear Admiral. Surprised that he is here, on her ship, she isn't exactly sure how to take this sudden visit. His tone and words tell her he went through great lengths to make the trip. Stepping up to the man, she responds.
"Well, what a surprise. And just how the frak did you get here, without being detected by us or shot into pieces by the Cylons? This better be VERY important Yogi. In case you didn't notice, we are rather busy with an assault on the Cylon outpost, which by the way, intel now tells us contains ALL the nukes in the Cylon inventory. You may have just arrived in time to watch that place disappear entirely."

It has a Ion field generator so make it seem stealth with a Dradis adsorbing haul. But that's not what I am here for, I come baring bad news again. Your aware that Ace has turn his back on us and returned to the Cylons. Well I heard from my own crew that they witnessed Kona acting weird and flying off in her old Cylon Raider. Long ago I had her Raider tagged with a old un-use gps system. so my chief activated it and her raider appears to be on the Cylon Basestar that has been tailing the Atlantia. I been with her through thick and thin and I know I was once a Cylon, I redeemed my humanity but my gut tells me that Kona changed sides."*Hanging my head low, as I stand next to her with my hands behind my back.* "I thought I should tell you in person rather then a transmission."

Posting as Fleet Admiral Middleton in her absenceStanding there listening to Yogi, all she could do to keep from flying off into a rage was to grip the plotting table edge tighter and tighter. It was bad enough the Fleet was split in half, what with Captain Markus and the rescue mission to the Colonies, and then Ace pulling his little treasonous act but now Kona, a trusted member of this Fleet for years, turning her back on them and rejoining the Cylons. She had her suspicions as to why but it didn't matter. The knowledge that she possessed about the Fleet, the planetary defenses, their entire operations. Looking at Yogi, she softened her tone. "Admiral Yogi, I am glad that you have placed yourself in danger to come here to tell me this. This isn't something we need to have floating around out there in space, even if the Cylons already know about it. Here is what I want you to do for me, for us." Taking a piece of paper, she began writing out an order. No time for formalities, this would have to suffice. Handing it to Yogi, she smiled at him. "Be careful getting back, I can't afford to lose you, understand?" The order read as follows: To all Colonial fleet ships in Terran system
From Fleet Admiral Middleton
All ships not assigned to the Terran fleet are to jump to coordinates 0332 7108 5286 (the other side of the system). From there, all ships will wait until the message is received to jump back to Terra. This will include the Battlestars Atlantia and Acheron as well as all ships currently in the Fleet shipyards and anchorages.
The Cylons will think the Fleet is jumping here to the Cylon outpost to finish our attack, or they will think we are jumping to their home world. Either way, this will surely cause them to send their entire fleet to Terra. The gunstars and cruisers transferred to the Terrans can hold them off until the Fleet jumps back.
From there, we will accomplish an all-out assault upon the Cylon fleet. My Flagship the Leonides and its accompanying battlegroup will also jump to Terra.
All available Colonial Marine personnel are to stand ready on the planet for an invasion. All air defense units are to attack any and all incoming Cylon units at will.
Rear Admiral Yogi is in operational command of the attack on the Cylon fleet.
By order of Fleet Admiral Middleton. She smiled once more to Yogi before wishing him good luck. "Get back as fast as you can Yogi and may the Lords of Kobol be with you. We will deal with Kona once this is finished, same as we will with Ace, or whatever name he calls himself now. Now go, before you get caught up in this mess. Once we're finished here, we'll rendezvous to those coordinates in the order. See you on the other side Admiral." With that, she turned her attention back to the assault, and the basestar that suddenly showed up on DRADIS.

"Be careful getting back, I can't afford to lose you, understand?" "Yes Ma'am I understand, and no Ma'am I am human this is where I belong. I'll give my life if it means ending this war, the only two Cylons I request to keep is my wife back on Terra and my daughter who is waiting for me."*With that I then run off heading back to my ship* "Helmet on" *Emerging from the suit forming up over my head sealing just below my throat. Running down the corridor's head left then right. Making my way into the hangerbay climbing up into the cockpit as Bri pulls up and zips off. Sitting down as the ladder flip's up and lock's. Sliding down in the seat, my suit clamps in as the canopy un-folds sliding shut. Reaching down grasping the dual yoke in my right hand, reaching over punching in the coordinates of Terra.* "Spooling up FTL"*Once 100% we then jump as a space time window opens before the us, sec's later were sucked in closing behind us.*

Posting for Fleet Admiral Middleton
Admiral Middleton stood there in the CIC, listening to the message come across the speakers. She dropped her head, shaking it as she did so. Seconds later, she raised her head, looking over at her XO.
"Commander, give the order to the Fleet to begin jumping back to Terra, jump sequence gamma. Are all ops on the surface completed?"
The XO looked at the latest report from the landing teams and then back at the Admiral.
"Admiral, all nukes and fissionable material has been loaded onto our ships, all landing party members are on their raptors and heading this way. Charges have been set to detonate in five minutes."
"Very well, send the flash message and as soon as our birds are back on board, jump us back home to Terra."
