D'Anna has trouble believing another Cylon Basestar would attack one of their raiders and does some further investigating before she takes her assigned post. Three models are always inquisitive and want to be certain of the correct facts. She pushes her hands into the cool gooey data stream and lets the information flow into her. Once satisfied she dries her hands and crumples up the used paper towel then tosses it into the trash receptacle. She looks at the Commander then begins to inform him of what she has gleaned.
"Commander, although there was a basestar at these coordinates they simply seem to have jumped in then out to another destination. The guilty party registers as a Colonial signature on the nukes. I am betting it is the gunstar we are hunting, Sir" she then begins to boost up the frequency at her station to try to detect any chatter that may be available.

Eddie was still verifying the virus threat was gone when he noticed TJ walking over to the data stream and shoving his hand into the tank. Eddie thinks to himself.. this two is not afraid to take the initiative... he just might be worth keeping around. Eddie then looks back at his Tactical officer, who has also noticed this and smirks a bit. The TAC knows as well as Eddie that good cylons are hard to find, and that the ARES is woefully understaffed with Command grade ones.
The hybrid almost immediately alerts Eddie that there is an unauthorized access to the data stream, and the location of this access is the terminal where TJ currently is. Eddie quickly instructs the hybrid to give TJ junior level access to the star, which would allow him to access basic star data and tactical information, but not the high level command authority. Eddie also instructs the hybrid to track what TJ actually accesses such that Eddie can better gauge how TJ operates....
Eddie then sends a message via the data stream in the high level command lines to the Tactical Officer ..... CAG? to which the TAC replies OR XO...... Eddie smirks a bit himself; his TAC obviously feels that TJ should have a home here on the ARES, and in the upper command structure..... Eddie thinks "so be it"
D gives her report on what she has uncovered and this really doesn't make sense to Eddie. Why would a gunstar waste at least two nukes on a single raider.....Colonial signatures? Are you sure there L T...... As Eddie is waiting for D to reply he looks over at TAC, who in turn already knows what Eddie is thinking.
TAC: Lieutenant, instruct recon flight 47 to ascertain positive data on the Nuclear detonations profiles at battle coordinates..... Both the Tactical Officer and Eddie know that the instruments on the heavy raider are far more accurate than the raiders in this respect. The answers Eddie need are but a half an hour away..............

A surge of intelligible information informs Tiberius that he had been granted a limited access to the datastream. He can read what had been talked about, which was the tactical situation. He has basic performance and diagnostic information about the Star as well.
"I won't be flying this thing solo today," he smirks as he remembered what he had done aboard Freyja, when Scar had created a three-way communication between the Hybrid, the X-21, and Tiberius himself. He difinitely didn't plan on telling Commander Eddie, nor any one else of that trick. Scar had not been connected yet, so Tiberius had only the empathic contact of their symbiosis at the time. He sensed the Raider Organism's presence in his brain, and carefully maintained his own shields to keep Scar from detecting thoughts and feelings on Tibeius's part that could upset Scar.
He followed along with Commander Eddie's commands as well as the DRADIS tactical information, still observing the way this Star operated. He was learning the differences between it and Freyja.

Eddie sits there monitoring the various panels in the CIC. It has been a while now since the added recon flight was sent out to ascertain the source of the nuclear detonations that apparently took out one of his initial reconnoiters.
TAC: Commander, 15 ship recon flight returning, requesting landing clearance......
Eddie looks over at the tactical display to see it was his heavy raider flight... Bring them in.............
TAC: Aye sir......... the tactical officer issues the orders to recover the ships...
Eddie waits for the craft to be fully recovered before asking the status of the other six ships still out ..........TAC, status of the last reconnoiters.............
TAC: .... flights due back in five minutes...........
............ Very well.....................NAV..... find us a new hiding place ......... we've been here long enough............
NAV: Aye sir, plotting secondary location...........
TAC: Commander, receiving telemetry data from the heavy raider.........
Eddie places his hand into the data stream and is really not surprised that the signature of the detonations matches his own weapons ............ Well, people, something caused our reconnoiter to detonate its own weapons. It is possible that with the virus, the raider felt compromised and destroyed itself to protect us. We NEED to move now........... NAV status on new location...............
NAV: plotted and ready to execute............
TAC... launch a heavy raider with new rally point coordinates to bring in our remaining flights and have it station here......have the current CAP follow us with the heavy...........HELM...........jump the ship....
The urgency in Eddie's voice expresses his concern, and the officers execute the orders without question or comment. The ARES completes its jump to find itself hiding on the edge of a nebula several systems away from where it once was...............

His hands still in the datastream and receiving basic tactical information, as well as his ears tuned to listening to the Commander, Tiberius was impressed by the way the Raiders were utilized. They were the most thoroughly coordinated Raider units he had witnessed.
That made him wonder: where would he and Scar fit in? Eddie wants to know of Scar's special needs, and Tiberius knew that he would have to reveal at least some of the truth. He barely fit into Freyja, and was mostly a loner. What could he do here?

Eddie looks over the DRADIS and tactical screens to see where his Navigator has hid them. Satisfied with the position, he looks over at the TAC, who is already dispatching a new CAP. Eddie turns back around to his own screen. Long range DRADIS is useless here, but so is anyone else's, so the ARES being detected here is minimal.
The five minutes elapse and the remaining reconnoiters jump in piggyback on the heavy raider.
TAC: CONN, remaining reconnoiters returning..........
Bring them in...
Aye sir.... The tactical officer issues landing clearances. Recon nine reporting a large debris field at Coordinates 38.24456.9 ...... looks like its large enough for a battlestar .....
Eddie sticks his hand in the data stream to see for himself.... "Interesting" he thinks. T J ..... D ...... you two feel like going out for a quick look .........

"Very well, Commander," Tiberius replied. It was good to have an assignment this early on. He still was not sure how he would fit in, but he was a Raider pilot before becoming a Security Centar and then a Sub-Commander. Flying was something he could do, even if it was not Scar. He flew an X-19 before the X-21, and could handle anything in the inventory. He did not anticipate being PIC (Pilot In Command), though. D'Anna would be in command, and she'd be watching his every move.
If he had to leave Scar, he had to tell Commander Eddie how to keep the X-21 from wiping out his Hangar Deck.
"While I am gone, Commander, the best way to handle Scar is to simply leave him be for now. Centurions could perform routine activities....refuel, rearm, etc. I'd ask that female Models be kept away since I'm not with them. He's rather touchy there."

Eddie looks up to see why D hasn't responded and sees her intently working her station. He then directs his attention to TJ. Very well, I'll give those orders right now.... Eddie places his hand in the data stream giving orders restricting access around "scar" to only those centurions servicing the craft. He removes his hand and continues. T J ... since D seems to be busy, I'll let you handle this mission. Standing mission orders are ..... this is solely a recon mission ... I need to know what made this debris field. If you encounter hostiles do not engage them. With that said, however, if you are engaged, use your discretion. I need that intel, all other matters are secondary.... You have your choice of ship as well. I would suggest D's raider MkVIII because of its stealth capabilities........... any questions .....

Cavil walked into the CCC, aware that one of his brothers was on the surface of the planet Terra, bringing supplies to the rebel human group on the planet.
"Any word on the landing party that was heading to the planet Terra, bringing supplies to that human rebel group?"

Eddie looks over at his security officer with bewilderment. I was unaware that we had sent anything to Terra. Is this something that we initiated, or is it something the empire spawned ...... Eddie tries to recollect if he has seen anything on this anywhere in the data he has seen ..... I'm not against supplying anyone or anything that will further the demise of the humans as a whole. These 'things' need to be eradicated sooner rather than later ....... Eddie recalls the last memories he has dealing directly with the humans. He is unsure exactly how long ago it was, but he remembers that he was a neutral in the war between cylon and humans, and that a colleague of his, a model eight cylon, had chosen to side with the humans and ultimately had him executed as a threat to all humans, in spite of being there as a diplomat of neutrality. Eddie is still upset over this, and now sides solely with his brother and sister cylons to end the human infestation of the universe for the betterment of all cylons.

D has been so caught up in reviewing the Data Stream and its updates that she is almost in a trance. As the CCC door is opened and a CAVIL steps inside she yanks her hands out of the Stream and hurriedly wipes them off then crumples up the paper towel and tosses it into the trash bin. Narrowing her eyes somewhat D walks over to where the Commander is giving out orders. She glances at Cavil ever so briefly as she pushes right past him and then ignores him altogether. (Threes and Ones have never gotten along and she's not going to change that now)She hears what TJ has to say about his beloved SCAR and smirks when he tells the Commander: "the best way to handle Scar is to simply leave him be for now. Centurions could perform routine activities....refuel, rearm, etc. I'd ask that female Models be kept away since I'm not with them. He's rather touchy there" D places her hands on her hips and looks at TJ. "Well, I doubt any female models will bother you, TJ." she then looks at Commander Eddie "and I will be piloting my OWN Raider, Commander. No one but me will be flying it, thank you. We will leave immediately to check out the location 38.24456.9 and report back to you." She turns to leave the CCC then over her shoulder she says to TJ "And you are welcome to any OTHER Raider on the line, TJ. Just not mine!" she snorts a little then slams shut the CCC door as she heads for the hangar deck. Not really taking note if TJ is following her or not. She has a mission assignment and wants to prove to Commander Eddie that she is a worthy member of the Star.

Eddie sees D's reactions and waits until she leaves the CCC before speaking..... OOO KKKKKK ... uummm Eddie looks over at TJ ... I won't even ask ...... just be sure you two don't shoot each other down ....... raider 7 has stealth capabilities, as does heavy squadron twelve, all six ships .... orders still stand, save for D's raider ...... Eddie makes a mental note to himself; no more joint missions for these two ...

The crossed his arms and smirked. Scar ... he'll never have a relationship with a female ever again. Did Lucifer think of all the things that Tiberius would have to give up for the X-21? The Two was sure that the old IL-model would.
"Well. If you need stealth capabilities, I suppose that I'll have to fly something else, since Scar wasn't designed that way. Have any suggestions?"

Eddie, distracted by a problem in the maintenance shop, hears TJ's request for suggestions and forgets that he has already given him several. Best bet is to take any one of the six ships of heavy raider squadron twelve; all have second generation Carbolite outer hulls and the latest in E C M equipment. If you are not cleared to fly heavies yet, there is raider number seven....

Tiberius held his tongue. Not cleared to fly a heavy raider? He's flown something much larger, but he can't reveal that. He keeps his voice level, not letting any cockiness in it.
"I can fly a Heavy Raider. But what's this 'Number Seven'? You speak of at as if it's either a wreck barely able to fly, or something too wild to control."
