An area made up of dozens of cells which can humanely store prisoners on the Titan before transporting them to either Ares or Kobol.

Being carried out of the CIC, John has continued his protest considering he knew the Captain was reaching when she had supposedly saw him. Only God could've seen him and even the was absent from this place. Changing out of his uniform and into a jump suit, he was pushed into the cell but he knew there were Marines and other traitors in here that the Admiral wanted to save.

Only God could've seen him and even the was absent from this place. Changing out of his uniform and into a jump suit, he was pushed into the cell but he knew there were Marines and other traitors in here that the Admiral wanted to save. Swiping his card at the door, Michael walked in to see SFs patrolling the deck with most of the cells filled. Walking past the Marines with dirty looks, he approach November's cell as he had the man secured before entering the cells. Not bothering to take a seat, he patted the wall with his right hand to transfer data to the wall to reveal the camera feeds; "Assassination of the 150 member Council, attempted assassination of Colonel Hale and attempted murder of a fellow SF," pausing as he noticed the red halo around the iris, "whatever you are plotting won't work. You and others will be transferred to the Hannibal. From there taken to Kobol for extraction, rehabilitation and reconstitution but you'll never carry a rifle again. You'll never command a squad again and you will be held at content for the combined actions of you, yourself and your A.I," stepping back as the glass door closed, "I had high hopes for you but maybe you can have the life I was denied."
Closing the metal door, Michael turned to Ashley who came to the Brig before him and Jonathan as he handed her the evidence; "SFs and Colonial Marines will go with you as protection but this was an attempt by Kona."

Listening to the speech in the cell followed by the accusation, she knew the Cylon Empress fired on their bow and done something few people ever attempted. Activating sleepers who have crippled the Executive and Legislative portions of the Terran/Colonial government...the bonds had been cut on how merciful the Terrans can respond. Taking the evidence, she tucked it away in here jacket as she spoke to Michael; "The Cylons only really know how Colonials would respond and currently Intelligence knows that the enemy know that Titan is a ship but beyond that are unaware of true potential," snickering, "bold move but in two decades no one has attempted to wake the Terran veracity till now. May god have mercy on them...cause we won't."
Starting her walk off the deck, she knew extraction would be painful but Kobol has since prefect the process.

Turning to Ash, he had heard rumors of a said program but never thought it really existed considering it could undo the SFD; "So other than creating planet wide networking also creating a weapon that would effectively end the SF program? Not saying the program is perfect but it is defending Terra and Kobol," putting his foot down on the subject.

Speaking to Jonathan, she crossed her arms as she spoke to the man; "The program is only meant for situations like this and has to be signed off by two Generals and a Representative of the Council. Also there are SFs on Avalon..."

Avalon was the Beta site but he was unaware that there was an actual attempt to settle the world. Even more, he checked the SF battalion logs and knew all the assets they had were on Terra, Kobol and this ship. Walking over to the small office that overlooked the deck, Michael turned to Ashley for she had revealed information he was unaware of; "We have SFs on Avalon? How? What gen?"

Following the Admiral, Ashley should've stayed quiet considering Tyson cleared the assembly of that SF team. Leaning against the back wall, Ash turned to the two men as she spoke; "Third Gen. There is eight operators with A.Is as superior as First Gen with a few exceptions but they are Alpha Alphas," thinking about the squad, "General Tyson deployed them before we landed on Kobol."

A General who had been less than tolerable concerning the SF troops actually deployed an SF team to a world that is further away than them. Thinking over the idea of other SFs, he knew Avalon sported a massive assembly yard that they could use; "So why didn't we go to Avalon? Why Kobol?"

Ignoring the reports on her tactical pad, Ash's attention was focused on his conversation considering the two men were now invested. There was never a good answer to why Kobol was chosen over Avalon but the fact they had a backup plan meant there was some planning involved. Keeping her arms crossed, she spoke to the Admiral once more with facts she knew; "Avalon has strict migration rules they established early on and we knew that would get out of hand quickly as opposed to Kobol where rush migration was acceptable. We never knew how dangerous Kobol actually was till we had boots on the ground. In retrospect, Kobol is better off now than it was almost two years ago."

Jonathan had explored most of the East Coast even the endless ranges. The migration was messy for the civilians but for the military it meant assets were spread thin and took months to bring everything together but that could've been avoided. Kobol may be better now but still settling there is tough on everyone as the Captain leaned against the wall. Speaking softly to Ash, Jonathan knew everyone would be working to resolve the conflicts here; "Once Liam is awake, we'll assemble Echo Team to go to Avalon and check on conditions. Not comfortable with leaving SFs alone and I know you can spare us."

It was hard to be impartial considering Samantha's death was on Kobol and only to find out it was avoidable. Fighting the urge to punch the glass, his hand was still healing but knew Jonathan's option meant dispatching four SFs to a world that has eight though he wanted to go about this differently; "I'll setup Echo Team personally but you won't be joining with the team there," turning to Ashley as he remotely opened the doors to the office, "I want all information about Avalon on my desk as well as Third Gen A.I information there as well and don't give me bullshit about going through the Council for I think they won't mind. Also, I need you too get rifle qualified...going to hunt down Sidewinder."

Sidewinder knew Terra as well as the rest of them but it had been years since she was rifle qualified even more she could tell Michael was injured which meant he had to push himself. Watching Jonathan leave, she knew Michael wanted to put those SFs under a microscope; "I'll help but you'll have to answer to the new Council about this."
