Standing by the Commander as the General begins and I have a feeling all hell's about to break loose. First, I notice my shiny brother over there stop his eye on the General. That ain't EVER a good thing. Then I have to grab ahold of the Commander cause she's bout to go ballistic on this son of a bitch.
I grab her arm and shake my head no just a little bit. She resists so I hold her a little stronger but damn when a Six gets mad it's a handful. She finally shakes free of my grasp and puts her face real close to his as she almost growls at him.
I look over at Fleshcrusher and kind of shrug. Letting him know if the Meat Bag dies, oh well. I guess that'll be on the Meat Bag since he's the one provokin' her.

Was this man suicidal? It's like he's trying to get himself killed by pushing everyone's buttons. Well except for Sully, he's been pretty laid back so far. It didn't make sense at first. Then it clicked, he wasn't this stupid. Far from it. He was doing this on purpose. Trying to get us off balance and keep control of the meeting. Maybe even get one of us to let slip some intel for him.
My previous thought on him held true, he was a very dangerous meatbag. If this meeting turns unproductive, he should be taken alive for the intel in his head and on his ship.
I acknowledge Sully with a slight nod...

"General Jack Thrax of the Kabul Defense Force, First Regiment and Orbital Defense Commander. I was the one who clipped your little ship. Also had the message encrypted for this meeting though surely that was overlooked," writing down this small detail as he scrolled through a few pages. "See we know most of you except for that gentleman. Fleshcrusher is it? We had to pull your file from a Colonial Intelligence archive and you surely live up to the file," turning to the Six, "Kona would be well informed but your not her, Lexi. Now that we have that cleared up," scrolling back to the front of the folder, "let's get back to these cease fire discussion." Immediately seeing red at the comment that "he was the one who 'clipped' her little ship" all she wanted was his head severed from his body. It was all she could do to not literally pick him up herself and toss him against the wall. She felt Sully grab her arm and shake his head slightly, stopping her. "So! You don't even deny your involvement here, General Thrax? Was it?" He said his name like it was something to be impressed by. Stating his title meant little to her. She had heard stories from the JTF War that Kona had shared about this guy. She knew much more about him than she was letting on. She felt Sully restraining her a little tighter. "Cease fire discussion? You flatter yourself! We have no interest in a cease fire with your kind! I am only meeting with you as a courtesy. Nothing more! You provoked US first by putting a bounty on my head. THAT is why we hit your little planet. You don't put a bounty on the Supreme Commander of the Legion without a repercussion." She yanked her arm away from Sully with fire in her eyes. She leaned closer to Thrax threateningly and said between clenched teeth "What is it that you want, General?" Clearing his throat, he knew this little band of toasters were the ones he had been going against and with that would oppose any chance of peace; "The fact is, Lexi, you attacked based on incomplete facts. Anything we do on our 'little planet' is that if a sovereign act and isn't ratified till the President signs much the same if it was 'your little ship'. The fact is that document and any announcements made had no power till Terra reviewed it but your actions gave that document power," getting up as he paced on his side of the office, "the bounty per say has been downgraded but someone still has to pay for those killed during your unprovoked attacks and being civilized and all I'm sure you understand." Taking a seat once more, he laid out pictures of the devastated Frondal Islands as well as a recovered nuclear device; "Then we have this, a crafty warhead, planted by your side on my home world that started this conflict. Either way you cut this, Cylons started this conflict and we can resolve it here or those old JTF wars will look like an appetizer to the main event," he could tell he had the Six on edge and he knew at any moment this could tumble out of control but he was leaning on this. Its not often the Cylons invite anyone to their shipyards and with precautions made, this would be a crippling loss for the Cylons even more of they can capture the stealth technology.

She watched as he was apparently thrown off guard with her getting up close and personal in his personal space so he stood up and paced around the far side of the room. Lexi leaned back and crossed her arms again as she quietly took a deep breath. This one was not going to get the better of her. She knew he'd tried such tactics with Kona in the past and it was not going to work to his advantage here. Then after making his accusations, of which it was pure speculation as far as she was concerned he laid out pictures of a "presumed" Cylon device. This was news to her. The Legion had never left any devices. She looked closer at the desk where the pictures were laid in a somewhat orderly fashion. Ignoring his threat of the JTF Wars resuming (she almost laughed at the reference because her side had clearly won that one in a landslide) she responded with a cool voice as she leaned back against the desk very relaxed. Sully shifted his stance and Fleshcrusher's eye seemed settled on the Meat Bag for the moment. "You have clearly not done your, what is it you people call it? Oh yes, due diligence. General Thrax you are wrong. This device is not of the Legion. It is not our style to simply 'leave a device' when we could annihilate you in a blast and be done with you. So, if THIS is what you are basing your accusations on, then you Sir, are WRONG!" she looked him straight in the eyes. "There will be no one held accountable for what is logically a, shall we call it, a misunderstanding. After all, you just admitted to damaging my Star so the fact we blew up your power grid seems compensation enough." She turned and walked behind the desk "I suggest you take this information to your President and set the record straight. This device is not of the Legion and we had nothing to do with it"

I adjust my stance as the Commander regains her composure and I lean back a little more almost looking down my nose at the 'guest'. How she's keeping her cool is amazing cause this S.O.B. is trying his best to get her ryaled up. It's amusing. I have to concentrate not to break out in a smile I'm so proud of her.
It ain't my place to chime in here but boy is he dead wrong. The Legion would never do something so ungratifying as leave a device. Hell no! We wanna see it blow their bodies to bits. More satisfying that way.

Either my skills are getting rusty or there was more damage done than I thought during the last download. I should have checked for spy satellites and either neutralized or destroyed them. Seems my time planetside was not as covert as I thought it had been. And clearly the meatbags are smarter than I gave them credit for. I do not tolerate mistakes, especially my own. These errors in judgement will not happen again.

The Hybrid sensing danger suddenly JUMPED the entire shipyards to beyond the red line to where the rest of the Cylons were waiting. The ships that the human flew in with are left floating aimlessly in space as the entire shipyards reappear in tact.

As the shipyards were JUMPED she nodded to Fleshcrusher as he was closest to Thrax. She kept her eyes on Thrax as the Hybrid immediately JUMPED the entire shipyards to an undisclosed location beyond the RED LINE that the humans held as a final area to not go past in space. The ships that Thrax had flown in on sat where they were parked and the shipyards were gone leaving them just floating about in space. "Your arrogance probably serves you well with the humans. I am not so easily entertained and now you find yourself our captive." she smiled as the entire shipyard reappeared well past the red line but very near the rest of the Cylon Brethren. "My, my, how the tables have turned on you General" she slid the chair back and walked around to the front of the desk and leaned back on it crossing her arms over her chest once again as she kept her eyes glued to his. She was amused to see the panic start to show when he realized he was now alone and in their control with no help. "We have all the time we need to 'get something done' as you put it. So let's hear your proposal and then we will consider our own charges against humanity." She looked down at him as the situation hit home for him. "You're not going anywhere General."

I nod at both the Commander and my shiny brother as I go to send a message to the Supreme Commander. *** ENCRYPTED MESSAGE SENT TO 106 *** I send the encrypted message and then go back to stand by the Commander's side in case this Meat Bag decides to try something. I almost have to laugh cause I can just picture ole shiny over there whippin out his arm knives and givin the human a new shave! I wink at Fleshcrusher even though he has no clue what I'm thinking, it makes me happy. The sensor array on my office computer pings out signaling that the 106 is in the area. I walk over to it and check to make sure it is what I think it is. I turn to the Commander "The 106 is in the area, Commander" I look over at her not sure if we should send a message or just wait to see what happens from here. I guess I'll keep my eyes on Thrax for the moment.

So let's hear your proposal and then we will consider our own charges against humanity." She looked down at him as the situation hit home for him. "You're not going anywhere General." Situation has changed but these arrogant toasters were unaware he was transmitting and now only had faith that his brother could tip these negotiations. For now, he could only smile for he had been steps ahead as he fixed his uniform; "Tables didn't really change, honestly, you think by moving us from one place to another that it has made you feel more secure. Security is a human additive and considering Cylons were created by man you are limited to such a very narrow way of thinking. See Kona had embedded herself with the Colonials so she knows how they think but we, Terrans, are far from the Colonials thus we are not that which you are used to." Laying out the photos of her Basestar and of her Centurion friend, he had remained steps ahead; "Our spy satellite saw you there investigating and good chance Kona knew any conflict between us would be devastating. We possess weapons that have prevented invasions since our kind first met. The fact we didn't round up Cylon/Terran citizens show how different we are yet your crap intelligence has invoked an unprovoked war over a document that had less power than we both possess is simply uncalled for. You, Lexi, have killed hundreds over a bounty that was unrealistic and unattainable and a document worth nothing yet the sick twisted demented view is your in the right. Cylon devices on my home world kill millions of innocents yet Cylon Legion is in the right but Terran government doesn't kill a single Cylon citizen yet we are in the wrong!"
His composure remained unchanged as he turned to the Centurion, his argument with the Six would remain unchanged but the Centurion may have a grasp on the situation; "Your Commander holds onto human values such as vengeance as if it was a stick to be wielded. We are not Colonials and I came here cause Kona agreed not so we can play childish games. We may have moved locations but I ask you what is the tactical approach that four frigates can do against this station? I expect that answer is minimum yet Lexi has shown her hand," smiling for he had expected this play and still remains ahead of them.

"I find this to be some sort of doctored photo, General" she was not going to fall for his tricks. And yes, the situation certainly has changed even if he is too conceited to admit that the Cylons have the upper hand and always have. "You see, this is impossible. My Star was not visible, so this photo" she picked it up and tossed it back at him with a flair "is a fake! As I suspect is the one you claim to be of Fleshcrusher" she actually wasn't sure about that one though.
He just didn't get it. He was clearly trying to make some point about how far advanced and refined the humans from his planet are for some reason that escaped her. "You are, once again, wrong! Kona couldn't care less about you Terrans or Kobolians, whatever name you wish to assign to your people. She is uninterested in anything to do with any of you." Lexi smiled as she hoped he might begin to understand just how little the Cylons considered his kind. "Retaliation is a human quality, a Terran quality if you will, not a Cylon quality. You hurt us, we hurt you, the circle never ends. Well, Kona has ended it. She is coming here, as the courtesy you requested and she will meet with you, General. Since you are clearly here ALONE, she feels safe enough to meet with you to clear up whatever this little matter is that you are like a dog with a bone over."
Lexi walked behind the desk and pressed a button which brought down a large screen from the ceiling. "You see, General, we have known of your plans all along. Plans to bring in another battleship to either kill all of the Cylons or take us prisoners to do God knows what with. We have intercepted your little message which is most likely the reason the Hybrid jumped us away for safety" She pressed play and it displayed the intercepted message for all to see
She looked at him once again "And the transmission you are attempting to get out for help is being blocked. It will never reach the Titan, whatever the Titan may be. Whether it is code for a person or some battle ship, it will never escape the shipyards." Perhaps now he will understand how truly at her mercy he is.
"You requested a meeting with Kona, and you will get it. For the time being, you are my 'guest' and will be treated as such. Though I cannot permit you to roam around poking your inquisitive nose into things that don't concern you. We will wait for her here." Lexi crossed her legs and smiled. "Oh, and those four frigates that you mentioned? Those are now floating in space where the shipyards WERE. They cannot save you" let that sink in.

Damn Colonial Captains. But does confirm that Colonial encrypted channels are in fact compromised but they don't know about the Titan. How did Michael conceal the ship from them unless...she never saw it...very clever brother. Even more, Lexi had played him for he had hoped the tracker would extend out here but she or they silent gentleman knew about it. Clever clever. Leaning back, he pulled down his jacket but keeping his guard up; "Do Cylons have water on tap or motor oil? Feeling a bit parched from our endless discussions and honestly talking with Kona with a cotton mouth is quite...well displeasing and disrespectful," crossing his legs as he set his hand in his knee, "those frigates were my escorts and Titan is our Stealth ship. A beauty it is. Built by the Gondawans. Honestly have no clue why...they are a peaceful people frakkin cry every time there is a battle near their territory." Smirking, Jack had settled back into his demeanor for showing weakness would further cement her attitude but he could make the silent one a bit humble. Speaking softly, he pulled his leg up; "Yes probably not much to see anyways and doubt you built a gift shop though impressed by fitting an FTL to the station. Impressed honestly considering that station we have in orbit was hand built and quite impressed considering they fired off a calculated guess," snickering as he patted his boot, "So about that water?"

Lexi was beginning to like this human. Now that his guard was down and he was more relaxed he might be decent to have a conversation with. The crack about motor oil made her snicker. "Oh, we can do much better than water, General. We have whiskey here, if you prefer?" she pulled out a fifth sized glass bottle of the best whiskey in the known universe. Bringing out 2 glasses she poured one a third full and handed it to the General, keeping the other for herself. "Cheers General" she raised the glass in the air. It did occur to her he might actually want water "Of course you are welcome to a glass of cold water if you prefer" she nodded for Sully to bring in some water for him as well.

The heavy Raider landed softly touching down at the shipyards. Kona stepped out and walked to the office. She noticed the Ares in dock and that the repairs were nearly completed. She waved at the crew as they continued on with their jobs. Opening the door to the office she took note of the Guards outside the door. Two Centurions stood at attention with their red eyes roving. She made sure that the Legion Centurions were fully aware and able to make their own decisions. No more were they mere machines to do the Legion bidding as in days of old. No, these were the most advanced Centurions ever. Their allegiance has never waivered from the Legion and she held them in high esteem. "Hello! Thank you for keeping watch over things here. Your Service is appreciated". She smiled then opened the door and walked inside. INSIDE THE SHIPYARDS OFFICE MEETING WITH THRAX Kona smiled as she walked over to the General and held out her hand. "Hello, I am Kona. I believe your name is (she searched her memory bank here) Jack? General Jack Thrax? I hope Lexi has been kind to you? You requested that you and I meet, so I am here" (she pulled out the chair near his and sat back. Crossing her legs she laid her right arm over the left and leaned on the arm of the chair in a very non aggressive fashion "What is it that we need to discuss, Jack?" she smiled.
