Waking up with a note in one hand and a beer in the other, this detail had become mind numbing boring with them defending what...protected ruins? When they got here, protection detail for a harbored city with hundreds living here now thousands of former Caprica residents but at the center well, instead of a park, lie ruins of old with construction now slow around it. Bravo securing it against the wild cats and fearsome birds that have been a threat since arrival. Some wild cats were once tigers and panthers before a radioactive mutation but the aggression was more territorial.
Bravo was now the 2nd Expeditionary Division with orders to be head West now to meet up with the 1st Expeditionary Division. It wasn't a secret that the West was unexplored and poised as a threat so time to minimize the threat. Sending out the order, Chris stepped into the shower while the Marines here prepared his gear and uniforms with his pack for this mission.

Watching the researchers from the distance, James had never been one spot for this long but he didn't push back against Kobol. Kobol was the kicking buck and more they pushed the harder she'll hit...frak me. New orders to begin packing up and head for a meeting point literally deep into unexplored territory. Breaking down his camp, he kicked out the fire while sending a message to Chase to get the horses ready hoping little Oliver is done sleeping around. Rolling up his tent, he placed his L96A1 through his pack with the barrel capped before setting his tent on top with bundles of his medical gear and ammunition. Connecting his P90 to his vest that had an extended barrel with a 4x ACOG scope with the suppressor nearby and fresh mags on his hip but he's never had to pull them. Much like training dogs, these animals were learning that gunshots or even the sound meant disperse. Walking along the hay path he had setup early on, he had a spare pack in hand while approaching the the safety gate into the city, swiping his wrist at the door. Opening the gate, he walked down an alley into the street where Chase, Oliver, Samuel and Chris were all waiting for him; "Where the frak are we going?"

Opening the gate, he walked down an alley into the street where Chase, Oliver, Samuel and Chris were all waiting for him; "Where the frak are we going?" Securing the gear onto the horses, Chase finish packing his gear on the steed before turning to James with everyone mounting their horses; "Going west," climbing up into the saddle as he secured his pistol on the neck of the horse before fixing his hat. Chase was a former Marine but now KDF which pulled so many former soldiers for the broad tasks on Kobol. Turning the horse to James, their tactical pads were updating with coordinates but it seemed like they were going to be in charge of finding more animals for the other team; "We are further than the other team so further to travel but seems like when we meet the other team we should have animals and everything else set but unsure if we arrive early or after them." Connecting the Bluetooth speaker to his pack, Chris and the others began to ride out while he waited for James before leaving as well.
