Lucky enough to get thrown into the cave, Liam and John managed to climb up to the surface where Oliver and a few Raptors were waiting. Liam went ahead and gave an order that the Vipers were carrying out; begin isolation protocol. Daedalus had shown them there is another way off of continent and with the order to fall back to the airfield...there was no other options. Helping Jason to his feet, Liam answered his question as explosions echoed in the distance; "We're pulling out but we're not going to leave anything useful behind," tapping his radio to contact Oliver; "begin rigging the silo for detonation and have the Marines and Army fall back to the airfield." Climbing up the ice while John freed the rest of them, noticing the truck was smoking from the damage; "We have to move the civilians to the airfield while 4 of us use the bridge to get back to the mainland. The Vipers will bomb the bridge but we'll effectively isolate the Cylons till we can deal with them." Doctor Bishop Watching the third truck arrive, the medical equipment was in the process of being moved while the soldiers placed G4 explosives on the wall with cords. Carefully moving the pods, others were moving those people they found in the silo with the all the artifacts. In all the chaos, the soldiers were rushing and soon gunfire could be heard as they packed up the remaining items. Starting the drive away, Bishop could see the Army attempting to hold back the enemy considering next stop is the silo. In a massive fireball, his research station rained down in chunks leaving nothing behind. Wiring up the core with explosives, most of the important stuff had been since removed with himself and others wiring the silo. Glancing down at his belt, the proximity alarm had been triggered as Oliver began running the det cord up the stairs to a junction box before connecting more cord to continue upward. Marines had wired the structural supports so the mountain would bury the rest of this. Connecting to a remote detonation system, Oliver and the rest of the Marines began running to the vehicles with the Army retreating. Pulling out the trigger, Oliver flipped off the Master safety before squeezing the trigger to hear the column exploding with dust coming out the top. Soon, the mountain caved in with them heading to the airfield to begin evacuating from this icy continent.

Climbing out of the hole, Samuel knew that black box was more important than anything right now. Thinking, he had to stay behind and knew Oliver had the respect from both Marines and the Army. Taking a new radio, he turned to Liam who was still organizing his team; "Myself and Oliver will coordinate the evacuation, just work on getting to that bridge and to the mainland." Seeing the General nod to his declaration, Samuel unpacked one of the Vectors before starting the journey back to his Jeep. Everything he needed was there including his tactical gear and he could destroy the raptor, scavenge the explosives and setup a proper defense at the airfield. The only thing that separated him was the cold which he was letting his A.I protect him against the freezing conditions. Reaching his Jeep, Samuel wasted little time to collect the Colonel's explosives and tossing magnesium phosphorus grenades into the raptor. Climbing into the Jeep, he watched while the raptor melt over the extreme heat before pulling away. He needed to get to the other side of the continent with the General already starting his retreat. Calculating a straight through path, Samuel wasn't expecting the vehicle to survive but warned Oliver that he was en route. He had no intentions to stay behind on this glacier with these frakkin bots...
