Unlike the other cities, Othos is mostly filled with Gemenese, Gondwanans and Virgonians who believe in the scripture and against the military. In order to keep the peace, there would be no formal base but a shell corporation buying several warehouses by the water. Their vehicles couldn't look military but had the same layer of protection and that was the same for the soldiers outside the warehouses that's why everyone had to come in by vehicle. Climbing out of her Mini Cooper, Rebecca gave the keys to the Sergeant as she headed towards Lucius White who was running Operations here. The plan was simple but it surprised here that Victor didn't beat her here though she did have a lead on him.

Arriving before Rebecca, Lucius traveled with a convoy of trucks transport trucks that had weapons and vital equipment needed to setup a base. Othos had the strictest gun laws on Kobol with only police elements allowed to have them and no one else. Delta Squad will have to have mobile armories and even these big trucks would have to be outfitted to ferry soldiers. A big task but he was confident that everyone could pull off this difficult task.
Turning to Rebecca, the first of many tasks was to begin setting up safe houses so they can extend their reach and have armories all over the city. Speaking softly, cargo containers that were outfitted for that function were being loaded; "Let's start setting up armories and Victor can catch up." Attachments:

Receiving the message from General Thrax, the Lieutenant handed the printout to General White:
Othos operations are on hold due to a new extended mission in the Artic. Need all available supplies to build a proper airfield for Behemoth and Mammoth. Military will protect researchers and engineering teams on the surface. River transports will take you to the Mammoth and from there you'll be taken to the forest region to built Airfield 1A. Good luck and hope to see you soon.
Having everyone start to pack up while General White acted out the orders.

Reading the paper, Lucius had heard about the SAR mission but something radically changed to turn it from that to full on habitation mission. Unlike the other sites, they were well prepared with every vehicle both being mobile bases and armories for whatever the mission needed. Turning to Rebecca as Lucius loaded up the rendezvous point that Thrax had prepared for them; "Once we get on the Mammoth, we need to get changed cause daytime temperature is -50° or colder," starting up the vehicle as the trucks began to move out of the warehouses.

Pulling up in his SUV, Lucius slipped on his black gloves as the vehicle pulled into the warehouse. Coming to a prearranged stop just short of center, a young Lieutenant opened the door as Lucius stepped out to see a handful of Cavils in the center of the room with trusted Marines. Placing the folder on the table, Lucius spoke softly as he dismissed the Marines with a simple wave; "Seems your assessment of Kona and her fellow Sixes are correct though I need the location of the other warheads." Crossing his arms, Cavil spoke softly as he examined the Terran; "I can give you the signature but not the locations considering your government will see you working with us."
Asking one of the Marines for their sidearm, Lucius took aim as he shot a spare Cavil in the neck before handing the pistol back to the Marine; "I know the Cylons and Colonials are looking for you all. Now, I can drag your dead friend to the front page of The Times with the headline 'Cylon nukes on Terra have been found and now being disarmed' and the war will continue and upon examinations we will find that Kona planted these weapons and not you. See thanks to your compatriots, we no longer need a signature from the President since the Legion has attacked the Free Unified world of Kobol and has killed Colonial civilians," pulling up a chair, "so give me the signature of the nukes and I'll have our people get to them first. Also include those deactivation codes."
Watching the Cylon write, Lucius watched while a convoy pull up into the warehouse as Terran soldiers stepped out of the vehicle. Each soldier was uniformly the same as they setup a perimeter around the area as the Cavil handed back over the folder. Nodding to his Marines, they shot the other two dead before beginning to mock up the scene. Even as allies previously allies, he now needed to hide this as they took photographs.

Pulling into the warehouse, George whispered to the Colonel as the man deployed to limit line of sight as he climbed out of the truck while wearing black fatigues. Since his fall back on Tauron many years ago, he had been rebuilding which was considerable easy since the Exodus of Terra. Materials and A.Is stored on Colony ships fell to Terra while his loyalist rebuilt his power base though less of a base this time around. He had Terran Intelligence rebuilt to its pre Colonial period even more recently watched an old rival vote for the war.
Peering over the Cavils, he smirked as he noticed that the Cavils he brought here through the Legion would now have a far larger impact. Yes, they did nuke Terra but admitting to being puppets to Kona...well this war would ensure that blonde toaster would be in the iron sights for some time. Placing his hands behind his back, George spoke softly to the young Terran; "Bring in the killers of Frondal and Director you will be. The Cylons are digging the trench that I told you was going to be dug and now the people, not the lawyers or the soldiers, but the people will be the ones pulling the trigger on them. Fine work, General."

He pulled the thread that the Cavils exposed and the KDF patched it up making that thread invisible. Even in death, these Cavils had use for there was a larger plan at play...war with the Cylons only had a purpose to distract but Terran Intelligence could careless about Cylons being a sovereign power. Cylons were simply advance murderous A.Is who knew only one objective and a weapon isn't capable of living in peace. Eradication was the only answer but mere nukes was a hammer to his task...he needed a scalpel.
Nodding to the General, he had his Marines load up the dead bodies as he whispered to the man; "When I was younger, your tactics even your contribution to Terra was required reading but now...often find it hidden away. Soon, we both will earn our statues both in Terra and in front of the Council as staples to men who chose to work in the darkness to protect justice," watching the man depart as he returned to his truck for the long ride to Kobol City.
