The rain poured through the trees and soon made the ground quite slippery even for their boots which were anti slip though they couldn't gain traction in the environment and the roots were deep in the ground. Keeping his rifle on his back so he could dig his hands into the ground, he made it up some hills but now they were mere miles outside the city and had spotted Centurions, Alex's old Centurions, which meant their original assessment might be wrong about the 3 SF Companies which means there is 5 Companies on this Colony. Any size army they make can't get back this colony which meant extraction which meant all five Companies would come down on them...it was already a blood bath in his mind as he moved past the Centurions while men behind him began placing down mines to cover their path and after the storm it would be covered over with mud which meant it would be hard to spot.
Reaching the old city wall, the buildings were all but ruins but there was also a small population being enslaved by Centurions yet obviously he knew it was a trap as he pin pointed it to Jack; "Wanna take the chance?"

Reaching the old city wall, the buildings were all but ruins but there was also a small population being enslaved by Centurions yet obviously he knew it was a trap as he pin pointed it to Jack; "Wanna take the chance?" Looking through his binoculars, Jack saw the same thing as Samuel as he ordered his snipers to stay while the rest of them moved out of the jungle and into the city; running in a single file so they could get closer. Plan was simple, free the captives and learn if Scorpia still has an army otherwise their trip would be much shorter if they were captured considering they would be shipped to Tauron and questioned by Alphas who were known to break soldiers in days. The last thing Jack wanted was to be reprogrammed and that wasn't going to happen as he flipped on his emergency beacon to alert the raptors on Caprica to get ready as he started moving forward with his rifle. The snipers took out the Centurions in seconds but soon Jack and his men engaged Shadow Company who used this chance as a trap as they fired down into the streets from the buildings below; the operation was compromised! Ordering his men to provide support, he authorized the raptors to jump in as he went through the civvies till he spotted a former General as he spoke with the man; learning quickly that those that didn't die were taken to be reprogrammed. Hearing the raptors jump in with a few Vipers to provide support, he called back his snipers as he pushed the General to get everyone into the square for evacuation; moving out to aid his men in holding back Shadow Company. Changing out magazines, he watched while the third raptor full of civilians jumped away as his men began to fall back to the last two raptors which were being loaded to the brim while Shadow Company began moving in; ordering his men onto the cargo raptor. Hearing bullets wiz by his head, he noticed Samuel falling behind as he held his spot on the raptor; "Move it, kid!" Hearing the pilots yelling at him to close the hatch, he didn't love the idea of leaving anyone behind yet Shadow Company was moving in on Samuel and on a Delta member who were staying behind to cover them. Watching while the hatch closed automatically, he yelled at the pilots as he tried to fight the hatch but it wasn't any good as the raptor jumped away; he now knew he had to reach out to the resistance on Tauron to get him back or hope he doesn't break till the main force got there.

Every time Samuel got into position to move out, Shadow opened fire on him thus forcing him to stop once more and open fire onto incoming enemy but after seeing the raptor jump away and soon the Delta member shooting himself in the head instead of being captured. Opening fire onto the incoming Company, that soon stopped as they fired taser rounds at him which didn't just slow him down but eventually dropped him to the ground as officers came out of cover to zip tie him since he was an enemy of the SFC; next step was to take him to Tauron. Turning to Shadow Company as they lifted him off the concrete, he noticed they all were wearing urban camo with the older P90 rifle which made him smile since his weapons were far superior; "Your not getting shit out of me, you frakkin traitors!"
Laughing, the Commander walked out of cover as he punched the man in the gut; "Specialist, your the frakkin traitor! Disobeying orders from the General and working with those frakkin Colonials who would rather see us dead then actually work with us," pausing as he punched the man again, "Alpha will break you and then program you, you'll kill your friends and before too long you'll be us," laughing as he called in a heavy raider.
Samuel knew he was screwed. Alpha has a reputation for their torture even more very few people can break through the programming which meant his number one goal was to escape from the wall on Tauron; a wall he helped build. Being hauled away the Company, he could see blood coming out of some men while walking over the dead knowing Shadow had a firm hold on Scorpia and even after Tauron it's going to be hard going through these Colonies.
