Jumping into the system containing Caprica, the Vigilante's flight pods extended as their long range Dradis picked up the Atlantia as well as 3 Basestars still in orbit. Noticing the Atlantia taking a few hits, he ordered a full acceleration as the massive ship raced towards the planet; firing off a full salvo to the nearest Basestar. Launching their Vipers to assist with the existing fighters, the target Basestar soon disappeared off the Dradis as they targeted the next one with their massive guns; wasting no time to fire a full broadside as they entered orbit. It wasn't long till that one disappeared from the Dradis screen considering the extremely fast reload times the Vigilante was having; firing almost 100 shots per minute. Targeting the last Basestar, they fired off several nukes before establishing a safe orbit; watching that one too disappear but not from their nukes for it had retreated from orbit. Opening a channel to the Atlantia, the ship moved along side and into formation as Vipers finished off the last of the raiders; "This is Terran Battlestar Vigilante, do you require any assistance?" Checking their Dradis to see if there were any more enemy contacts, Sam saw that their vipers were finishing up what few raiders remained. "Admiral, I've sealed off all non essential decks from the hull breach. I will get damage control teams on it immediately." The woman took a moment to catch her breath, running her fingers over the deep gash on her head. She wiped the blood away and listened as a transmission came in from another ship. "Vigilante, this is Atlantia ... please stand by," she replied back.

Landing safely in Caprica City, they had made it back just as the bombers began landing at the former space port; finally getting time to greet Captain Miller himself. The raptors the Picon soldiers gave them appeared to be in as bad as shape as the bombers yet they seemed to be marveled considering something so antiquated has lasted for so long.
The Centurions had attempted to take the city from them were being melted into scrap and hopefully be recycled into something a bit more useful in the long run. Small teams had been dispatched to pick up brass casings as well as empty mags for recycling but most of that would be produced into new bullets meaning they could stop depleting Terra's supply warehouses and one day refill them. With the bliss back in the air, the Icarus launched a fresh anti-radiation pod to continue cleaning the atmosphere of the radiation as for the water that was going to take a bit longer.

Getting some free time off of the wounded Icarus, Ramsey could hear the sounds of music and men singing drinking songs as he strolled into a once empty Caprican bar. Walking through the refurbished oak door, there was pint and shot glasses everywhere with drunken SF's and pilots everywhere, appearing to be relaxing. It ticked him off considering they came down to do a task many stated would be impossible and yes they haven't relaxed since the first attack on Terra but this wasn't time for excuses.
Breaking the jukebox with his rifle, he noticed everyone coming to a standstill as he started speaking in his stern tone; "We've been in the Colonies for almost 3 months and other than small victories we haven't done much of anything. Last I checked, the enemy still lives unless we won and nobody told me! Millions of lives lost and you want to party where a civilization was wiped out at?! We came to the Colonies to give the Colonials back their homes even more for payback. We're going back home after this, the Cylons invaded us twice cause we dropped our guard and we're going to invade their home for the simple fact that everyone says it can't be done. SO GET YOUR FAT ASSES OUTSIDE AND GET BACK TO WORK OTHERWISE I'LL SHIP YOUR ASSES TO ARIES TO JOIN THOSE TRAITORS!"
Watching everyone rushing out, he stepped behind the bar for a bottle of vodka to have a little drink before heading back out.

Walking up the new steel staircase in the apartments, he pondered if Michael and Tom got his message but for now he had to send an officer home to assist not just with the government but also the SF's at home. Saluting his men, he knocked on a closed door only to see Rebecca on the other side. Walking in, he still had the bulk on his things in the old governmental buildings where hq was, taking a look out of the massive windows onto the city below; "Sergeant Allison needs help on Terra and normally I would send Michael and Tom given the long history they share but they're out of radio range. I'm sending you home to help, you'll be leaving with a transport in a few hours," pulling away from the window, "rumors are brewing, we believe the Colonial officials from the Doral administration may attempt to grab power, talk with the Gondawan judge and see about stopping it from happening. Good luck, Captain."

Surprised by the General's visit, she rushed back into her little kitchen to grab her MRE sandwich and to hide her bottle of vodka; walking over to him as she listened. From the reports she had read, the Cylons had been putting up one hell of a fight but if the Colonials were attempting to take control then it could lead to civil war. The Terrans are a strong people but Colonial's had brought more death then what was seen in the last war. Her bags had been packed since they're arrival, looking out onto the city; "I'll do what I can. Rumors are that your planning a trip to Libran, making sure the Nomads are doing they're job?"

Grinning, he patted her on her shoulder before looking out upon the city; "Got a gut feeling that Michael and his Nomads will be going there next so figured I'd join them. A transport is unloading some new toys, don't worry, we'll leave you enough toasters while your gone," stepping away from the window as the Icarus took off.
The Icarus had to return to Terra for repairs due to the battle, new cannons and armor but it shouldn't be away for too long. Starting towards the door, he tapped on his watch to indicate she better get going; closing the door behind him.

Changed into his olive draft fatigues, Jack had been checking over the humvees that were destined to head to Libran, having the bulk of his gear nearby considering he too was heading there. Terra had given them two stealth shuttles that could carry 4 vehicles which meant they were going in to assist the Nomads. Painted in jungle camouflage, the small convoy was going to have 2 standard humvees with twin .50 caliber turrets while 2 humvees had a missile turret able to carry 24 missiles plus reloads. Slipping on his bulletproof vest under his jacket, he slipped on his thin coat followed by his mesh vest which was considerable lighten. Strapping on his holsters and spare mini packs that had not just spare magazines and grenades but also medical gear and rations. Slipping on his off hand ammo onto his forearms with his elbow pads and tactical pad which was going to be vital considering how potent direct sunlight would be. Placing his shotgun and sniper rifle on his back, he placed his spare water blatter between them followed by his lightened pack.
Ordering the humvees onto the shuttles, he finished up with his knee pads, grabbing his rebreather unit as well as his sunglasses. Boarding the shuttle, he slipped on his hat before wrapping his bandana around his neck. Helping the General onboard, he picked up his M4 and clipped it onto his vest before starting his walk over to his humvee. Each humvee had canisters of fuel and water hanging off the back and sides with reinforced armor to protect their consumables as well as them. Mounted steel bumpers and towing cables encase they got stuck, solar recharging ports for the radios, boxes of bullets and finally customized for the terrain with better shocks and suspension. Opening the door, he sat down as he looked over the small 3 man team inside, they were hand selected for this mission and on the flight they would have to work out a system of fighting that works for them.

:Major Miller: Surprised by the last minute promotion by the General before he left, he reviewed over the last reports from the combat shuttles considering the overwhelming Cylon raider defensive force. He still had five days before he could do anything and even then he would need to coordinate with a Battlestar or two just for the last portion but he needed to get the Vipers up to par considering this would be a show of force. Turning to the Viper jocks as the Bomber pilots assembled, "Start loading up 3 Vipers per bomber and let's see how we can get them from a dead start to fighting condition and keep the engines off, in a few days we'll be jumping into a live fire situation; that'll be all." Moving out of the way, the pilots rushed to their aircraft to try something they've never tried before and may never do again while he left to recall the Vigilante and see about getting help from the Atlantia.

Walking around the city with his own Marines aiding the SF's in securing the city, the loud speakers erupted with Harperson's voice which soon led to an all out brawl between the outnumbered Picon Marines and the Terran SF's. Romo had already killed a few SF's till he noticed Cylon Basestars with raiders coming down, he knew Harperson had lost his mind but he also knew Picon couldn't combat this combined enemy; hearing Centurions in the distance. Running into an apartment complex, Romo set down his HK-36C which was completely empty before switching to his pistol; stepping into a room for cover, holstering it as he locked the door. Looking around, the apartment was pretty scarce which is rare since most Capricians resettled after the Terrans recaptured the city and even fortified it; yet this apartment had no photos. Walking into a nearby closet, he opened it up to see tons of Colonial weapons as well as body armor and even a flight suit yet it didn't have a name tag that he was familiar with.
A rifle, CX-4, pressed against his back as he turned to see a blonde hair woman in a tank top with a Colonial tattoo on her arm; raising his hands as he turned around. Speaking softly, he turned to face the woman; "Colonel Romo Shepard, the last Picon on this damn Colony and may I ask you not to put a bullet in me after all I might be able to help you."
Laughing, she lowered the rifle as she set it down onto the table; "You don't need to know who I am, I'm only a myth among the Colonials and Terrans so I see our faithful Terrans changed sides," walking over to the closet as she pulled out a bulletproof vest, "fought the Cylons once and well I'll fight them again though its going to be difficult with only the two of us."
Grabbing a few magazines, he grabbed a few explosive rounds from a box as he fixed his coat; "I'll work on trying to contact some people I know but they might have their hands full. So Myth is it, they call me Shrink and I've been in worst spots in my life so this is a new high but I do know once we shut down the water production plant it'll weaken the Terrans since they use water to keep their body temperatures down, they don't like the temperatures in the Colonies.

Showing up at the Caprica spaceport in his suit and luggage which was filled with weapons, he handed his visa over to the SF Colonel as the man let him pass without an inspection. All the SF's were mostly mercs by now, paid to forget about their home and duties, now invaders of the Colonies for Scorpia fell to the SF/Cylon army leaving only 2 or 3 colonies by themselves with no help and Picon under attack once more; yet he was tasked to hunt down the resistance. He had secretly been working for Ramsey for a decade, killing off Generals as well as politicians who got in the way of Harperson's plans, and now he was hunting down a Picon Colonel as well as any locals who get in the way. Stepping into an awaiting humvee, Aiden took a seat as an intelligence operative sat beside him as he listened to the man briefing him on his target; knowing that the Colonel wouldn't be a problem. Placing a holo sight onto the rifle, Aiden waited for the Humvee to stop as he stepped out with the rifle in hand; clipping it onto his vest under his jacket; grabbing his back pack as he blended with the crowd knowing he'll run across the good Colonel soon enough.

Killing an SF Officer, Romo had taken the man's uniform and his ID badge which allowed him to walk around Caprica without anyone spotting him but he heard through his headset that the SF's had brought in an assassin to hunt him down. Setting down his pack full of explosives next to the motor pool, he knew the fuel would set off a chain reaction and might just limit the response of the SF's but he also had to keep his eye open for the assassin. Starting the timer, he set it down behind fuel containers before starting into the crowd as he spotted a man with a rifle in his coat; slowly pulling out his pistol as they both ran for cover. Shooting the man in the leg, Romo pulled out his manual detonator as he detonated the explosives before running into the underground; knowing that his next meeting with the assassin will be much more intense.
Shedding the gear, he ran through the sewers in his fatigues, jumping over his trip lines as he started his way back to the apartment hoping to start the next phase of his plan.

Strapping in, James had changed out of his jump suit and into his civilian clothes but clothes that most cargo ship personnel wore; a cloth long shirt, baggy for the most part and brown pants which covered over his military boots. Keeping in line with the Nomads who were carrying their weapons, he had his taped to the bottom of his seat with a spare magazine on his tool belt; strapping in as the last of the men came through the airlock. Waiting for the airlock to be secured, he pulled the locks and soon enough the grappling cables before pulling away from the cargo ship. James had time to change the color scheme of the ship to make it appear more like a civilian ship with the vibrant colors though he kept the cannons in sight since most ships carried guns to defend against pirates; watching while the cargo ship began its trip back home. Spotting Victor beside him, he flipped the engines back on as he began to descend into the atmosphere; hearing Victor contacting the ground to see if they can get a place to land as well as sending authorization. Nudging at Victor as they came through the clouds, a pair of Cylon and SF raiders passed by them; both equipped for war and only one of them that the X-2 could beat in a dogfight. The X-2 was built for pure speed and with the armor on it now, a fight with an SF raider would tear it to shreds but it could outrun both of them with ease; with the weapons the SF raider had standard, most Vipers would get chewed up before getting close. The SF's managed to make a fighter that is feared by all and used only in the Colonies to extend the fear since most Terran ships now follow the Colonial view with Vipers. Spotting the landing pad, James lowered the landing pad as he began his descent once more; knowing that the ten hours of prep work that Jack and his men were doing should be enough. Touching down onto the pad, he began to dim the cockpit before getting up to grab his weapon and stuff it away in his hidden holster; lowering the ramp as they moved the boxes aside to allow Jack and a few of his Nomads to go and greet the approaching SF's who were unaware of the surprise attack.

Getting up from his seat as James gave them the signal that he was preparing to land, grabbing the computer pad that had the manifest of the ship as well as a virus for the X-2 to link to the main computer thus block the camera views for a short period. Starting down the ramp, his men fanned out as he slipped on his sunglasses for he knew the SF's would know his face since he was a general in the SF army and not just the Nomads; clearing his throat so he could talk in a rustic voice. Walking over to the Sergeant while the rest of his men went to the other SF's, handing over the computer pad over to the man as he spoke; "I'm Tim Dash and this is my ship, we had a tight schedule to deliver arms as well communication equipment," watching while the man connected the tactical pad to the manifest pad and waited till the X-2 gave the signal. Placing both hands behind his back, he had one hand on his pistol as he got the signal as he pulled his pistol out and placed it between the man's chest and fired two shots as he caught the man. One by one the SF's fell and they began hauling them back to the ship, changing into the uniforms before opening up the chests to pull out the new XM-2 assault rifles as well as extra ammo as he turned to James; "Take off and we'll stay in contact with you every 24 hours so stay safe and let you know if we bring down the targeting systems for the defense guns," stepping off of the ship as he and his 5 men started back inside the wall to join the population.

Aiding in killing the SF's, Tom dragged the man back to the ship where he changed into the uniform; making him now a Corporal as he changed out the rifle with one of the newer XM-2's with a vest full of ammunition which took the same ammunition as the M-4 rifle. Slipping on a hat, he stepped out of the ship as it took off and soon followed Jack into the wall where they could blend with the population of SF's but his first task was to wipe all records of Nomads from the computers as well as alter their own identities so there would be no question. Using his access card, he walked into a data processing room and connected a small USB to the mainframe so the X-2 can start the work on breaking down the barriers and altering the system so he can delete massive amounts of information without being caught; while at the same time altering the files of the men they killed with their own data. Setting up a secure channel on their tactical pads as well as setting aside a radio channel that they could only access through their tactical pads, ensuring that they had a secure line of communication but they still needed higher access to disrupt the targeting system.
Locking down the computer, Tom stepped out of the room as he tapped his radio which entered him into the secure channel; "General Harperson's assassin is here hunting down Shrink who is in contact with the Caprica resistance, I can get Victor and Samuel on the ground to locate him after all any Picon survived the initial takeover would be quite useful," starting his walk to the barracks to begin planting G-4 explosives.

Walking to the main armory, Jack knew if they wired up the entire wall or at least the vital areas then it would bring down not just the wall but also their communication as well coordination. Breaking open a small locker, he opened one of the many explosive cases as he began to load up on G-4 while his other men began connect explosive charges to conduits; at the same though Jack also wired up the explosives that he left in the locker. Closing the door, he listened to Tom before connecting back to the ship; "Victor and Samuel, take the remaining Nomads and your mission is to find the Picon Colonel in the city but also if you run across the assassin then capture him at all costs as well," moving on from the armory for he knew there was more places to wire up.
