Sitting in his tub with a data pad, William just celebrated his 48th birthday with himself and a few friends he made with the city below but no one knew of his past...a past where he commanded legions of men but his friends only know that he was a car salesman and that he made a retirement fund during those ten years. In reality, an assassin came to him 11 years ago and faked his death in return he owed this assassin a debt that has yet to be paid though with the chaos that the SFD and SFC was in with the Gondawans walling off their territory...these were dark times. He was reading a novel written 40 years ago when everyone thought that was their Golden Age and well it was for writing since the book imagined a time when war was something of the past and it was also a love story. Adding a bit of hot water to this tub, he could hear the rain beat against the window as he flipped on the chandelier on to illuminate the room before placing his tablet aside and getting up; grabbing his robe while the tub emptied itself.
Walking into the kitchen, he made himself a simple dinner of mostly leftovers, a roast beef stew that he made last night since it was raining then and even now; warming it on the stove before pouring it all into a soup cup. Walking into the living room, he picked up his pad as he continued to read while he ate his stew at the same time; hearing as the thunder roared as he continued to read his novel wondering if things will be better in the morning.

William spent the morning cooking breakfast, he does it every morning, its his way of making the most out of his isolation after all he has a person he pays to get groceries for him every month; yet the man always gets something extra. Potatoes, a vegetable seen mostly in the northern hemisphere, was now down here and every month or 2 months he gets a large bag. Cooking up eggs and some sausage links, he put together a nice little breakfast for himself after all, he was planning on having potatoes for dinner but how was he going to do it and was he going to have guests...doubtful. Enjoying his breakfast, he listened to the news which continued to butcher the Special Forces Division and Command cause of one man who happened to be a General; a general that took everything from him with an assassin. Yes, William had a past...his past title was General of Peace which meant he commanded 8 Companies till Harperson made his first strike but his assassin helped him disappear which meant his 8 Companies were split between Harperson and Yates who was later killed in an accident. Placing his empty dishes in the dishwasher, he took the stairs up as he stepped into his gym where he worked on maintaining his fighting shape; after all even though he was retired didn't mean he was going to look it. Walking over to ipod, he flipped it on a song he typically works out to and even he knew it was an old song yet it didn't matter to him since it gave him the will to keep going; knowing one day he would leave this prison to see the outside world. Starting to hit the weights as the song played, he had reps to knock out before he could move on and still in the distance he could hear the in depth discussions whether or not Terra could survive without the SF's in general.

He spent 6 hours working out, burning thousands of calories and reinforced old muscles, walking down from his gym and soon walked by an old uniform that he kept hanging on the wall; walking over to the shelf to brush the dust off the shoulders and shine his metals.
In the old Special Forces Division, he was called Grand General of Peace which meant his job was to maintain the peace at the highest levels which meant he had Companies set aside that were Peacekeepers for the most part until General Harperson and General Yates overruled him and he was pulled into the Corinth/Spartan War. During the war, his men were put on the front lines and were decimated while Yates fought on different battlefields and Harperson had his Alphas did covert missions yet in the end; an Alpha helped him fake his death and put him in hiding. He knows this Alpha is still alive but unsure if he's still in the SFD or in the Colonial fleet which didn't matter to him since he made a life here in his 4,000 square foot apartment with bulletproof and blast proof glass windows with his own personal arsenal other than the shotgun.
Setting the brush aside, he continued down the stairs as he changed the channel on the tv to an old military series he had been watching but this time it was focused on the SFD and the Nomads prior to the last war. Starting the base for his potato soup, he pulled a beer out of the fridge as he listened to the program; he was far too young and when he was a Grand General he was the youngest Terran to gain that rank at the age of 34 and now at the age of 54; he thinks back to his old military career and how he should've saw all of this coming. He knew things were fishy about the war, the Spartans had the advantage against his Peacekeepers but crumbled against the Alphas but what got him on the radar of Harperson was when he started investigating everything and soon discovered the war was a ploy against the Council to get more funding. Dumping the potatoes into base, he let that simmer but starting his way into the living room where he took a sit on his couch; thinking on his past as he does time to time. He was too focused in his work thus he never married nor had kids, his parents died in a massacre during an anti-war protest and his brother died in the war while serving in the Marine Corps...he was a survivor and even he saw a dark time coming.
Before the war, Terra was in a Golden Age where advances were at its prime shit Terrans were close to finding the secret to long range space travel but then the war happened and everything came apart; technology began to be used for war. Tactical pads, orbital weapons, reprogramming a person, medical advances...everything from the Golden Age was moved to the SFD and SFC; now it was being used by the Cylons while Terrans died on cancer which was cured not too long ago.
An hour of contemplating, he got up as he went through his cabinets to pull out a soup cup and poured a bit of soup for himself and seasoned it; flipping back on TNN to hear the news once more.

William had two cups of soup and then packed the rest away in the freezer before hand washing his pot, leaving it out to dry as he began securing the windows and doors; he does it every night even though most people would think twice on breaking in. Brushing his teeth and trimming his beard, he walked over to his tub where he pushed a wall panel to reveal a secret compartment; pulling out his pistol as well as his shotgun before closing the compartment. Back in the day, he built this apartment thus built every secret compartment and designed everything though even then he didn't think he would be spending 13 years of isolation inside of it otherwise he would have changed a few things. Lowering the blinds, he began flipping off lights and closing doors till he got his bedroom where he placed the pistol underneath the pillow and the shotgun in the rack beside the bed; remotely lowering the blinds. Placing his hand on his pistol, it was all old habits for him he's done this more times than even he remembers; flipping off the light as he drifted asleep but a part of him woke up as if he had a guardian angel the entire time.

Waking up to a sound at his door, William got up with the pistol in hand as he walked in the dark across the hardwood floor before noticing a man in a suit going through his kitchen as if he was looking for something but did see a weapon as he fired a shot into the man before closing the door. Locking it, he flipped on the lights as he placed the pistol on the counter and dragged the man out of the kitchen and against the island; first time in a long time since someone broke in. Pushing the pistol away, he began going through the man's pockets till he found a Tauron passport as well as his photo with the word 'CAPTURE' written in bold letters which meant someone was digging and found his file which the assassin hid but obviously didn't do the greatest of jobs since he was supposed to destroy it. Walking over to a small closet, he pulled out a small medical kit as the Tauron took a deep breath before digging out the bullet himself as he yelled in pain; William walked over to begin bandaging it up before dragging the man to the weight room. Handcuffing him to pull up bar before looking over the tattoos and relating them to the Marco Family which according to some intelligence is leading the attack on Tauron. Closing up his laptop as he sat on the bench, partly still waking up as he turned to the Tauron; "Who is your target? Do you have a name?"
The Tauron soldier was surprised by the questions as he turned to the man, noticing an IV in his arm which meant unlike other SF's he wasn't going to torture him but why; "My target is a man known by code word, Kodak, its rumored he was an old SF General who was an advocate against Harperson and he was pushed into hiding for his own protection. Joseph Marco, the head of the Marco Family, found files hidden away in an old SF bunker in the old city of Sicily."
Sicily was the home to a deadly battle during the war, Williams' Peacekeepers were going against the allies of the Spartans, the Soldies, which were known for their advance combat skills. The battle lasted 23 days but in the end, his Peacekeepers wiped out the opposing army but he lost one-third of his total force afterwards the city was burned to the ground and his forces were moved to yet another battlefield yet this time with Yates SF's to combat a Spartan advance across the DMZ. Kinda ironic that his assassin chose to hide his files within the ruins though that meant Joseph was really looking for someone to combat a common enemy, getting up as he paced across the room for no one has called him Kodak in a long time; "What were you going to do with your target once you caught up with him? Why were you armed?"
Watching the man with his eyes, right away, the Tauron knew he found his target and unlike other SF's this guy didn't want to be found which meant either he was going to be a prisoner or end up dead; "I was going to propose that he come out of hiding and join the Tauron resistance, we've been trained by former Alpha's but they aren't enough, this SF General could teach us how to resist the SF Companies and let us win back our Colony. Armed just to be safe, wasn't sure how Kodak would react."
Taking a seat in front of the man after undoing the handcuffs, he placed his hands on his knee caps; "Kodak is his call sign. When he was a young officer under a different General, had orders to protect the last Kodak bear from Gondawans since they were actively killing them for their hides and legally the Peacekeepers couldn't shoot Gondawans and was on standby the Council. Well this young officer protected the bear for days till Gondawan hunters came for him and it is said they shot a bullet at the SF which went through the man and into the bear; the bear kept fighting but eventually died, the SF never left his side. He was called Kodak," pausing as he lifted up his shirt to reveal the bullet wound, "I can't come out of hiding. The man that helped me hide, he is the only one that can pull me out of hiding, I suggest you get comfortable cause for now your my guest not my prisoner but guest...its been a long time since I had a guest."

:Tauron Soldier; First Lieutenant: Grabbing the IV bag, the Tauron soldier walked down the stairs as he noticed the uniform was old but well maintained as he stepped into the kitchen to see a plate made for him as well as Kodak; the man must've put away the pistol for it wasn't on the counter. Most of the blood was cleaned up from the tile floor and the man's jacket was on the rack with his shoes by the door, "Margo Marco, Joseph is my father, an SF spared his life 8 years ago and mine as well...the SF's name was Michael Thrax and from everything we gathered General Harperson has been trying to kill Thrax for a long time now," picking up his fork as he ate a few eggs, "I'm guessing he was the assassin that forced you into hiding," continuing to eat his breakfast while Kodak did the same.

William didn't see the Tauron as a threat as he ate his breakfast in front of the man before sliding him over a cup of orange juice, smiling for he knew he made an impression on Michael which had a lasting affect to this day. Taking a sip of his juice, he set his empty plate in the sink as he began washing the pans he used; "When I met Mr. Thrax, he was one of Harperson's pets who had me fooled once but as time went on then he realized the war was wrong," he could still remember the conversations, "he helped me into hiding then a month later fought back against Harperson not much good it did," placing the pans on the rack to be dried before putting the plates in the dishwasher. He pulled the man's pistol out, most of it broken down as he put it on a tray and passed it over to the man; "I said your not a prisoner but I'm going to ask you to stay. If you found me then someone else may have found me and well I can't take them all on so if you decide to stay then I'll clean out some room upstairs and you can stay there if you wish or on the couch it doesn't matter." Honestly it would be safer to have some help hanging around after all he was 54 years old and long thought to be dead so if Harperson did get word that he's alive then he would send his last bit of assets on Terra against him; soldiers he trained would be killing him, ironic. Walking into the living room, the tv flipped on to his usual program except this time the broadcasters were looking into the history of the SFD Generals and to determine if its current path was written in stone; made him smile for he had no intentions of making the SFD into what it is now.

:Tauron Soldier; First Lieutenant Margo Marco: Listening to the man, he understood why he wanted to keep him around after all he had nowhere to go for the most part since his old man told him to protect the General at all costs which made his decision easier. Leaving the pistol on the tray, he walked over to the man while he held onto the IV bag, sitting down beside him as he peered up at the tv only briefly; "I'll be staying here after all, my main mission here was to bring more Tauron families back to Tauron and bringing you there was a secondary objective," setting the bag on the back of the couch. Glancing at the stitch work, after it healed it wasn't even going to leave a mark which was good since his old man would laugh if he told him a 54 year old Terran shot him in the dark and he didn't even see him. Listening to the program, he whispered over to the man for he had little idea what this man did and why so many people sacrificed to keep him safe; "My father knows your history well but what separates you from Harperson other than him being an evil sob."

Laughing, William paused the program as he turned to the man, apparently Joseph might have some old personnel files which even he was surprised about; "When I met Harperson, he was a Colonel showing the Council that his Alphas were better than my Peacekeepers and they were but the way he did it was highly illegal. He took teenagers who either been separated from their families or got some out of prison afterwards he broke them down in a place called the Void followed by programming where I took men and women at age 21 and put them in intense training but they had one job which was to keep the peace. Harperson engineered the Sparta/Corinth War to make a point as well as gain additional funding," pausing as he took a sip of water, "Yates thought I was paranoid but I pulled my Peacekeepers away from the fighting to investigate Harperson for war crimes when he came after me the rest you know." Playing the program once more as he whispered to the man, "If I was in charge, I would open the SFD to the Colonials and well the invasion would've never happened but it all depends on old factors after all, Michael said he would re-activate me just waiting for that time," taking a deep breath as he changed the channel to a docu-drama which reflected the life of a lone SF, "when the Porter arrives tomorrow, I'll see if he can't get some Tauron foods after all I've been cooking for myself for quite sometime and don't worry he's an independent contractor already paid to take care of old SF's and their homes."

:Tauron Soldier; First Lieutenant Margo Marco: Listening to the man, he wasn't as Tauron as his father but more Terran than anything else but it was interesting to hear about the Alphas since the majority of them were on Tauron but not fighting oddly enough. Taking a deep breath as he remembered what his old man told him, "General Yates was murdered 8 years ago, she went out to her car to make the drive to council when her car exploded; she barely managed to get out of the car till an Alpha killed her. Everything was buried and blamed on the HaLaTha," getting up as he took a deep breath, "my father likes to remember all this shit. He was fascinated by the Special Forces Division, he saved the family by making a deal with Michael Thrax and got tons of business from Terran Intelligence which helped rebuild the family thus gave us power to stay hidden." Picking up his cup of water, he took a sip as he turned back to William; "I didn't want to tell you this but in a few hours, the border is going to be 500 yards from here, the Gondawans have rebelled and joined the Cylons. The new Peacekeeper troops will be here in the morning so are you going to sit in this apartment, get away or join them...my father said for me to protect you so I'm going to do just that."

Listening to the man, this man's father was smart extremely smart to study the Special Forces Division after all staying ahead of them was smart but fighting them now over territory was foolish especially with the SF located just outside their door. Hearing that the Gondawans were now against them, it was every SF's worst nightmare since every advancement was thanks to the SFD having control of Gondawan technology and even more the SF's knew if this day came then the warships they used hundreds of years ago couldn't be used again. Three Generals with a set of codes per General which could only unlock those ship interfaces so having that code and with Yates dead, General Harperson had screwed himself after all two codes wouldn't unlock the third one. Getting up, he thought over the decision considering he couldn't run back to the Peacekeepers since his skills were a bit behind so they needed to run to a safe house as he pulled out a tablet to write down the coordinates before turning to the man; "Pack for a long trip," headed to his room to start packing. Grabbing his old black duffle bag, it was pre-packed, he packed it years ago with fatigues and even more a set of casual clothes; grabbing his shotgun as well as his holsters. Tossing them over his shoulder, he stepped back into the hallway as he grabbed his old uniform before spotting the man in the elevator; grabbing his keys as he wrote a message on the fridge that only Michael would understand after all they had setup a way to read encrypted messages. Taking the elevator to the bottom, he stepped out into the garage as he uncovered his truck as he tossed his bags into the back before racing away; headed for the nearest city with new passports so he isn't spotted right away.

Relaxing in the tub, the explosion barely shook his beer bottle and much like Thrax's apartment well reserve power kept lights on, water warm and everything else cold. With Tyson gone, he moved in with the understanding that he would die from the gamma wave so became a race for his liver. Enduring Cavil, boxing, Sixes and nukes were fun but dying from the lack of oxygen was something new even for him. Drinking and recording his autobiography was all he could do: There I am. The only Cylon to reach this new world but the raider was heavily damaged so in means of landing it was a shit show. Here I was expecting aliens but seems like the gods have a sense of humor for it was humans. Bloody humans who took me away in cuffs to meet a man I would consider to be a close friend; William Tyson. Unlike other Terrans, he understood I was both a refugee and someone willing to help them...little did I know the Colonials were two months behind me. Flipping on the hot water, he finished off his beer as he tried to get up but passed out with the water still rubbing...

Walking up to the door to see the lower part of the door sweating as Liam turned to the escorting Marines as he pulled out his pistol; "Get clear," shooting the lock off as they slammed open the door with knee high water pouring out into the hallway. Keeping them at the door, Liam and Becca began to clear out the apartment only to find Daniel passed out on the tub with a small bot one the counter. Holstering his pistol, he tapped Daniel awake while Rebecca got Tyson's dress uniform; "Get up and dressed. I need the knowledge in that head of yours."
Uncovering his tactical pad, he sent recall orders to Michael's old team for he needed SFs on the ground if they were to uncover the Cylon plot. Walking into the living room, he punched into the wall to reveal a hidden gun wall with gear they were short on.

Waking to the warm hand of Liam, he could hear jazz being played by the bot and pondered how long he was out. Daniel had been out of the intelligence life for a while but seeking knowledge he has is rare. Walking to the guest room, he changed into a black suit with a waist holster for he knew unarmed wasn't the SF way. Hearing someone punch the wall, grabbing his overcoat to see Liam and Becca pulling weapons from the wall with gear; "What is so bloody important? Is this about the book cause I was told everything was declassified."
