Turning to the woman, he had a feeling she wasn't going to leave as he started across the street back into another alley way before walking up to his car; popping the truck as he placed his gear in the back, "Come on and get in, forget the bike after all I don't have to pay to get to the mainland," taking a seat in his drivers' seat before starting up the car. He got the car while still in training thanks to Michael Thrax and well even after training this was his second time driving it, spotting Samuel sitting in the back seat; "He's just a Gunnery Sergeant right? Cause no one has access to my file thus he wouldn't know much about me other than what you've said," waiting for Crista to take a seat as he flipped on the police radio to hear that they believe it was gang on gang action.

Walking over to the elevator as he started a timer on his watch before turning to Crista, "You have two minutes to decide if you want to tag along with us which means we're going to Darous to join this little team formed by Gunnery Sergeant Quinto in which as a Specialist Second Class, I can ensure you still get to kill shit," stepping into the elevator. He dialed the police and soon hung up to get the police to react which meant they would be here in three minutes and they were going to be long gone. Pulling out a detonator as he turned to Samuel, "So I hope you didn't leave much at the apartment cause otherwise its going to be on fire in a bit," flipping the switch as the apartment blew up in a massive fire ball as the doors opened. Not bothering to walk through the front door, he went around to the back which led to an alley and soon to the street as they stood in the alley way; Victor waiting for her decision. Oh this is going to be a fun time. Wow, men really are insecure when it comes to women. And here I thought you liked me. Of course I am going. How else am I going to get on your nerves. She smirks at the guys, knowing all to well this is going to be a pain in her arse. "If you keep this up one of us might fall for you," setting his gear down into the trunk as he pushed it aside to keep from being mixed up with Victor's gear which was a bit more top of the line then his own before he climbed into the back seat. Turning to Victor as he spoke, he didn't know much about Victor since he's only helped him a few times and met him towards the end of the man's training which was a bit more extensive since Victor is Gondawan; "All the Gunnery Sergeant knows is that your a good shot and well no one is going to give up your file considering they would have to pass through the General." Taking off his coat, he set his vest down into the floor board as he laid down in the back seat before slipping on his hat; "Wake me once we get to the main land and I'll show you where to go from there," with that he drifted asleep.

Watching as Crista sat down into the car, he knew Samuel has been having trouble sleeping since his first kill which was months ago when he killed a rogue Marine that was part of the Nationalist army. Taking another human life was always difficult but SF's were bred to kill whether human or Cylon yet for many taking another life had to take time to sink in whether said person did it in self defense or not. Driving down the street, he sent a message to his private ferry that he was ready to return to the main land; turning to Crista, "Suggest you relax this is going to be a long trip."

It's been several months now since the latest Cylon attacks on the planet and all appears to be in order. Since that time, the Colonial military presence on the planet has been reduced to just a few hundred marines and a handful of Colonial Viper squadrons. The majority of the Colonial Fleet has been sent to the various shipyards for repairs and in some cases complete overhauls.
The civilian officials have all returned to their respective areas to resume the business of government. Still, with no actual working Colonial civilian government, there is unrest among the Colonial civilian population and tensions have steadily risen over the course of these past several months. Judge Schwein and her followers have been attemptimg to maintain a central working government but have met heavy resistance from the other civilian officials.
Drexl Industries have positined itself as the one source ofr almost all manufacturing on the planet and elsewhere in the solar system. The large as a planet weapons platform, known as the Drex Star, continues to provide the main defense for the planet and the surrounding air space, putting Drexl in a most advantageous position. The young and upcoming Terran fleet continues to assert itself in the absence of the Colonial Fleet, which is the only force preventing Drexl from assuming complete military control in the system. Soon however, the Colonial Fleet will be returning it's vessels to service.

The raiders adn heavy raiders swooped down out of the sky. There was no resistance from the surface. The hybrid piloting the lead heavy raider looked over at the Five Model sitting next to her, a puzzled look on her face.
"Where are the human defenders, where are their vipers?"
The Five looked at her, pointing to a clearing in the vegetation.
"I don't know but let's land over there before they get their act together, shall we?"
The hybrid nodded and maneuvered the heavy raider towards the clearing. The other ships followed and within minutes, all seven ships had landed. Turning to look at the others sitting in the rear of the heavy raider, the hybrid slowly removed her sidearm and in a quick move, she placed it to the head of the Five, squeezing off one shot. Holstering the weapon, she looked back at the others.
"Let's hope our brothers and sisters on the other raiders have had the same success, otherwise I have a hard time explaining what happened. Now let's get out of here before the humans launch their counter-attack."

The basestars were busy launching their raiders and heavy raiders. So far, over three dozen medium sized transports, along with their escorts of raiders, had managed to not only enter the planets atmosphere but had managed to make it to their destination in the Southern Hemisphere-the Frondal Islands. Two additional basestars had now jumped into terran airspace and were taking up positions around the planet. Their mission was to knock out the planetary air defense command centers, thus making it more difficult for the humans to effectively track the raiders. The problem still remained that there were literally thousands of manually operated anti-aircraft batteries all over the planets surface. There was also the issue of the planets surface navy that was spread out over every ocean and sea on the planet. One basestar had set itself in position over the continent of Corinth when it found itself face to face with the colonial battlestar Odysseus, which had moved itself far enough away from the rest of her battlegroup that it became a tempting target. Within minutes, hundreds of nuclear tipped missiles were sent streaking towards the battlestar. Basestar 201-Dante Basestar 301-Ravenflight

Jasmine had been in Frondal City since a day after the Cylons had landed and nothing had changed much. The local defense forces had immediately deployed and had encircled the Cylons not far from thei landing zone. Still, the Cylons controlled a rather large swath of land. There were over seventy thousand terrans defending the area, not counting the myriad of surface naval ships now present. For the colonials, they had only a few hundred marines available and those foces were spread in the center of the terran lines. So far, the Cylons had not tried to advance to the other side of the Kilroy River. It was just a matter of time though. Looking at her second-in-command, Jasmine nodded towards the river.
"Colonel Jericho, what I would like for you to do is send a squad across the river, at night. I want to know exactly what we're looking at. Geesh, what I wouldn't give for a thousand more marines right about now."
"Tell me about it General but the powers that be up north aren't about to let any more marines go in the event the capital is attacked again."
"Yeah, well in the meantime, we're the weak link in the chain here. Of course, the terran navy is keeping the cylons heads down. Wonder when they'll run out of shells to lob this way?"
"From what I hear, they have a fleet of supply ships nearby that are making runs to those ships keeping them in ammo and whatever else they require. The Terrans don't plan on letting the Cylons survive this incursion."
"Yeah, well there are still a lot of civvies in that area. JUst a matter of time before the Cylons decide to use them to their advatage."

Unknown to Jack, the navigation computer had been scrambled so when Daniel thought he was dropping them off at the Fort but it was in fact in the middle of a battle zone on the other side of the Kilroy River. Flying past Cylon Raiders, the drop pods landed on the shore and soon the doors popped open with SF Nomads running out only to see Centurions standing there for they were just as amazed; opening fire only seconds later. Taking cover behind their drop pods, Jack and his men began opening fire on the Centurions while working on opening a channel to the Marines; hoping someone would pick up, "This is General Jack Thrax of the SFC, any Marines come in or any survivors!"
Looking at the river behind him, he ordered his Nomads to begin to fall back as he slowly started into the river, destroying their pods before starting their swim over to the safer side of the river with bullets hailing down on them. Giving the Icarus the hide signal through his tactical pad, he knew this had been a bad situation for quite some time though with the jamming going on; there was no way to send for help at least till they flip off the jamming.

As Captain Jerry Mueller, Terran Defense Forces, Frondal Militia (NPC)
Striding up to General Thrax, Captain Mueller snapped a salute.
"General, the cylons have hunkered down and have been out of view now for some time Sir. They have approximately ten thousand centurions and a bout twice as amny of those hybrids. We also figure a few of the humanoid models are there running the show. We've taken quite a few losses. Most of the militia in the occupied area have been either killed or captured. The marines have fared better, although there are only about a hundred of them. Seems the politicians up north are keeping the bulk of the marines up there in the event the cylons assault the capital again."
Jerry waited before continuing. The sound of naval gunfire just off the coast diverted his attention. The navy was busy shelling the cylons and had been at it for the past several days, ever since arriving in force. The cylons still had raiders in the air but between the colonial squadrons and the naval air forces, they weren't much help to the cylons on the ground. Looking back at the general, he spoke again.
"As you can hear, the navy is busy. They've shot down about three dozen enemy aircraft so far, mostly transports trying to land. We have more troops on the way but the navy is having to bring them as there are enemy craft darting in and out fo the area. We've lost two heavy transports, about two thousand troops. Command doesn't want to lose anymore and since the navy is more than capable of defending their ships, it's slow boat time Sir."

Wiping the mud off of his pants, Jack turned to his men for he knew that they had packed for every instance including modular rail gun rifles that only the Nomads had since it was experimental at the very least. Turning to the Captain, he listened before turning back to the man as he brushed the mud off of his gun; "I'll take command of the situation. We have a cruiser that can provide close support for any reinforcements to land, I want all the Marines ready to fight and if your General or Colonel has an issue with that order than they can see me," saluting the man as he turned back to his own gear. Wiping the mud off of the plastic cover for his tactical pad, he poured some water over his rifle to clean the mud off, tapping clean his magazine before clipping his rifle back on. Watching his men assemble the rail guns, he knew the damage the larger forms could create which meant these smaller rail guns could tear through the Cylon lines yet he was surprised that the Marines would continue to protect the capital since it was one large dark cloud from orbit.

Onboard UNS York...Since this war started, James has seen friends leave while other like him have stayed on the ship till the Admiral can give them the opportunity to help the Marines on the ground though with all the interceptors leaving just the long range older fighters. Walking the hanger deck in his green flight suit, James held a clipboard as he reviewed the diagnostics from the old AA-12 'Wildcat', the predecessor to the modern Interceptor and a fighter that he had trained in. Spotting the CAG walking over to him, he set the clipboard down before snapping a salute to the older man who had regretted having Mayday with his group of other top ace pilots; dropping the salute as he noticed his flight gear in the man's hands. Clearing his throat, the older man spoke in a stern tone as he tossed the gear aside; "The Admiral thinks its time for an offensive so I naturally thought of you. Take out the enemies land based missile batteries and try to clear the way for the long range bombers." Grabbing his flack jacket, he holstered his pistol and his emergency SMG with a few spare magazines; "Such a big job for just me, has anyone managed to do something like this before or are you throwing me under the bus for a mission that just isn't possible?" Throwing the helmet at James as he moved closer to the young man, "We've been probing their defenses for sometime and now its time for you to start phase one just try not to get shot down! Dismissed!" Climbing into his cockpit, he began strapping himself in as the flight crews began moving his fighter to the elevator for lift off; closing the glass canopy as he locked it down before going through his checklist. Flipping past the guns, he knew they were armed and with the digital screens, it clarified that the guns were ready as well as the missiles which were made for air-to-air; feeling the fighter being moved to the catapult. Launching, his mini Dradis came up as he noticed the bombers were clicks away with payloads that could help the forces on the ground, hitting the afterburners as he flew past the fighting between the Vipers and raiders. Flipping off the afterburners, he went to flip on his guns only to feel the gun munition bays explode, causing a massive trail of black smoke to pour from his fighter as he tried to maintain control yet he knew the flames were getting closer to the fuel; losing altitude rather quickly. He knew this was sabotage which meant the raiders were going to tear through the bombers and end there offensive move, dropping down into the river which soon knocked him out as his fighter sank with the water setting fire around him.

Spotting the aircraft taking a dive into the river, Jack noticed the Cylons starting to move towards the water which meant the pilot would either be tortured or killed and the technology scavenged. Leaving the bulk of his gear on the shore, Jack began swimming over to the wreckage and soon dived down as it began to sink; pulling his pistol off as he busted open the canopy which led water to pouring into the canopy. Cutting clear the belts, he dragged James out of cockpit and began swimming back to safety with James over his shoulders; handing him off to his Nomads' and the medic before tossing a grenade towards the crash site.
Ordering his snipers to take out any advancing Centurions, he began his walk to the medic as well as the pilot who was starting to recover; "So I take it the Navy was finally take the offense in this battle and failed, can you fly a TT-12 Puma?"

Catching his breath, James turned to the SF General as he unzipped his flight suit; "The navy was planning on combing the island in bombs from bombers far from the fighting unfortunately without support those bombers are down in the ocean," reaching into his suit to pull out a box of soaked smokes, "A puma. The last time I saw one of those was in a museum but it has basic flight controls which is roughly used in interceptors so yes I can fly it, why?"
Tossing the smokes aside, James drained the water from his smg as he turned to the SF's who were firing onto the Cylons on the other side of the river; he knew they were fighting to gain control but the island had no planes but maybe on the other side of the river.

Peering through the binoculars, Sandy was trying to figure out how many Colonial Marines were actually on this island, which was actually a rather large piece of land. They knew the Terrans were here in the tens of thousands and were steadily bringing in more people each day. of course, it helped that the humans controlled the air and sea approaches. She wasn't happy to have been sent here but the Cavils were losing control of the situation up above so it was only natural a Six would be sent to salvage the campaign. Looking at one of the thousands of cylon-human hybrids present, what Sandy affectionately referred to as mud, Sandy gave an order.
"It's time to make a move. The longer we stay here, the more of you that are getting killed. Have our forces prepare to strike right up the middle of the human lines, right where the Colonial Marines are assembled. perhaps we can force the humans into a truce of sorts and salvage this debacle somewhat."

While deciding what to do and how to get James his aircraft, one of his Nomad scouts ran over to him and quickly informed him the Cylons are moving against the Marines who will be ill prepared for an attack. Getting up from the mud, he wiped off his hands as he grabbed his rifle from the burned out truck; "Get battle ready, Nomads, time the enemy recognizes us."
The Nomad snipers began firing onto Cylon lines to draw their attention while a squad of Nomads pulled out the mordors and firing onto the lines. Turning to James as he grabbed his mask, "Time to move, kid, just remember your combat training and stay close to me," starting his charge as hundreds of Nomads followed.
