"Yes it has Brother. It has been a long time." Viktor growls without turning around. The images of Her lifeless body, and those words...... Her words, still played hell on Viktor. He straightened up before turning to face his brother cylon. As Viktor turned around he realized that he wasn't just speaking to a brother cylon, but he was in the presence of Command Staff. Clearing his throat, Viktor addressed him.
"Excuse me for my tone of voice Sir. I did not recognize your voice." Viktor paused for only a moment before continuing. "My last mission did not go as planned and even worse......" Viktor's voice trailed off, he couldn't continue. It was to hard for him after the loss of D'Anna. Viktor finally looked up and into the Co. Sydell's eyes before asking one final question. "Sir, had D'Anna downloaded yet?"

I haven't seen her in forever"*Remember her face, the way she stroked my cheeks and hair as a kid, Shakes my head* "Sorry about that that is my mom names, but anyway no one by that name has Resurrected. I am sorry but I will let you know"

"Thank you Sir. I will be very grateful." Viktor stated with the utmost respect for his fellow brother cylon standing there in front of him. Regaining some inner strength, Viktor added, Until she does, is there anything you need me to do Sir?"

At the far end of the resurrection area, a single tub began to hum lowly, the lights glowing softly until the woman sat up, gasping for air. D'Anna wasn't sure what had happened. She remembered the last resurrection, after what had happened down on the planet Terra, of Viktor being the last one she saw before everything had gone black. Her last time her had been brief. She thought she would've been infiltrating the fleet, but only ended up back in the tub.
This time would be different. With a new body, hopefully, her mission could continue. Only one thing seemed to be missing, and she'd wondered why she hadn't seen Viktor when she'd downloaded before, or after that. Perhaps he was still on Terra, making trouble for the meat sacks. D smirked at the thought, turning her head at the sounds of voices coming from the next room over. It took longer than she'd wanted to regain enough strength, but the woman finally managed to stand and step down out of the tub. Grabbing a towel, she covered herself and slowly started across the room.

Viktor turned and headed for the locker that contained his gear. He had to keep himself busy. Had to keep his mind focused. If he didn't, Viktor knew that it would only be a matter of time before the darkness would take over and he couldn't let that happen. At least not until... Viktor's mind went back to that moment... " I...I couldn't let him do it. I couldn't let him kill you. I just couldn't." D'Anna's voice kept repeating over and over. Seeing her lifeless body laying once more in his arms, Viktor screamed, "NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT YOU! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME! IT SHOULD HAVE BE MEEEEEEEEE!" Viktor's scream began to trail off as the vision of D'Anna's lifeless body began to fade. He found himself sitting on the floor next to an open locker. Looking through tear filled eyes, Viktor noticed that his hand was clenched around a hand gun. Wiping some of the tears away, Viktor noticed that it wasn't his weapon. Upon closer examination, he realized who it belonged to... D'Anna. "How is this possible? How did D'Anna's gun end up in here and in my hand?" Viktor quietly asked himself. While trying to wrap his mind around this, Viktor realized that he was not alone anymore. Even though he couldn't see anyone, he knew that someone was there. Not sure if they were friendly or not, Viktor made sure that the weapon was locked and loaded before he got up and went to investigate.
Exiting the locker room, Viktor quickly scanned the next room before continuing. When he was satisfied that the room was empty, he turned and started heading to the room where the resurrection tubs were at. Before he reached the door way, Viktor could hear footstep, as light as they were, coming toward him. Viktor steadied himself and with D'Anna's weapon in his hand, he entered the room. Across the room, he could see a figure moving in the shadows. He could not make out who it was due to the tears that remained in his eyes. He quickly wiped at the tears. Viktor didn't want to show any weakness until he was sure. As the two grew closer to the other's position, Viktor could finally make out that it was a female cylon that had just resurrected. His hopes began to rise until he noticed that this female had dark hair and different features. "It isn't her. It isn't D'Anna." Viktor quietly whispered to himself. He lowered the weapon to his side and was getting ready to turn away when something... no... someone told him to stop. Yet, neither one of them had spoken a single word and there was no one else in the room with them. Again, Viktor heard those words, "Don't go... please don't go. It's... it's me, D'Anna."her voice spoke softly to him. The weapon in Viktor's hand slid out and hit the floor. He looked away from the female for a moment then looked back at her. She had not spoken anything. She stood there in silence, yet those eyes, her eyes had said enough. Viktor walked over to her, gently placed his right hand on her cheek. In a barely audible voice, Viktor finally managed to choke out a single question. "D... D'An... Is that you D'Anna?" the words finally escaped Viktor's lips as tears began to flow from his eyes once more.

The last place Alex could remember where he was, he was in one of Yogi's cages with his thoughts of vengeance then again he could careless either way considering he knew the war would be over soon. Terra was going to be another conquered territory and Tauron was going to be there's again but after dying in his sleep, his true goal is to see Yogi suffer which was pretty damn noble but he didn't care.
Waking up in a tub, resurrection seemed to hurt him more and more as he yelled out in pain while gripping the tub, his chest red from his skin interacting with the liquid. Climbing out of the tub, he grabbed a towel as he headed for his quarters, hoping that his plans have yet to fall apart without him being there.

The sound of a scream that filled the room brought D'Anna to a halt, chills running over her skin. She somewhat recognized the voice, and the memories of her last breath down on Terra came flooding back in. It wasn't long after she'd begun to move again that a figure appeared around the corner and was in her line of sight, inching closer. And when he was finally in front of her, tears gliding down from his eyes, D managed a smile. "Of course it's me," was all she could get out, hoarsely. With a different body, a new face, it was easy to see how he might be confused.
It all seemed to be a blur, but seeing him there was a welcomed surprise. After her brief resurrection before, and not knowing what had become of Viktor, she could've only feared the worse. And yet, there he was in front of her. Reaching a hand up the wipe away a tear, D'Anna glanced down to see the gun behind him on the floor. "You should know I'm not that easy to get rid of, Viktor." A soft chuckle passed through her lips, her eyes studying the expression he still held on his face. It surprised her all the more. "Can you tell me what happened after..." The Three grew silent then. As painful as it had been, the only bit of comfort she took was that Viktor had been there with her, that she hadn't died alone, that she'd died hoping he still had a chance.

Viktor couldn't believe that she was really standing here in front of him. He wanted to take her into his arms, but he feared that she would disappear and all of this would end up being nothing but a dream. When Viktor felt the warm touch of her hand wiping away the tears from his cheek, he knew that this wasn't just a dream and that D'Anna was really standing there in front of him. His heart leaped out to D'Anna as he took her into his arms and held her tightly, never wanting to let her go again. They stood there, in each others embrace, for some time before D'Anna began to speak again. Viktor slowly lowered his arms and looked deeply into her eyes as she continued. A slight smile appeared on Viktor's face as he heard D'Anna make the comment about it not being that easy to get rid of her. Viktor wanted to tell her, wanted to tell D'Anna just how much he loved her, but after seeing the expression on her face, he didn't have to; she already knew. After hearing the last question D'Anna asked, Viktor's body began to tremble as the replay of "That" day filled his mind. Reaching out, Viktor took D'Anna into his arms once more and began telling her what had happened during their last mission together. Viktor's voice trailed off as the thought of her in his arms and hearing her words, " I...I couldn't let him do it. I couldn't let him kill you. I just couldn't.", screaming inside his head. As the vision faded, Viktor continued.
"I held you in my arms until your life finally slipped away. I was lost. I couldn't move, couldn't think, couldn't react, couldn't believe....." Viktor's voice trailed off as he felt the tears pouring down his cheeks once more. "I couldn't believe you were gone." Viktor paused once more to try and gather himself. To try and stop his body from trembling. When he felt that he was ready to know, Viktor looked into D'Anna eyes once more, and in an emotionally filled tone of voice, asked "D'Anna, wh... wh... why... why did you do it... why did you take that bullet?" Viktor already knew the answer, but he had to hear it. He had to hear D'Anna tell him herself.

Resurrecting, Alex never left the tub as Ace held him down under the water as Ace fought for control; breaking down the barriers that Cavil put in place. In Alex's mind, they both stood on the hanger deck of the old battlestar standing beside one another as if they were portions of the same person; yet they were different. Alex was control and thus meant power which meant Alex saw power in the Cylons thus evil while Ace believed in Justice and thus the Colonials which has been putting them at odds yet now they fighting for control. Alex started a war hoping to kill everything and everyone associated with Ace while Ace has slowly been undoing Alex's actions but only now Ace wanted to retake control and bring his alter him to an end.
Knocking Alex into a chair, he watched the man bleed as he turned to him; "Your only around cause I needed you at one time but not anymore. When Brook left I fell apart, I dropped my guard and allowed you to take over but I don't need you anymore," pausing as he took a seat, "I couldn't handle it after all I decided to stay with the Colonial fleet instead of leaving with her and cause of my decision, I lost her and there aren't days that I think about that decision on how I frakked up and wish to undo it."
Snickering, Alex knew the decision that Ace had made and it was the decision that destroyed the man to the point of unlocking him which meant any distress again would unlock him yet again; "You failed to adapt. You knew she was going to leave you eventually but you can't accept that, you always try and find another way which doesn't always work. Accept the fact that this war and your old life is gone, you can't stop what I started..."
Grabbing a wrench from one of the tables as he stabbed Alex with it, "May not stop it but we will be prepared but I don't need you anymore and soon you'll be a distant memory after all there are other ways of blocking you and now that your dead; I have full control so your plans will fall apart," watching Alex disappear leaving only him.
Emerging from the tank, Ace got up as he changed into red robe before making his way out of the resurrection room, knowing he could take one of the captured raptors back to the fleet and see if he could make sure Alex would never come back.

Viktor already knew the answer, but he had to hear it. He had to hear D'Anna tell him herself. There was a brief moment that D'Anna didn't know what to do, what to say. It was almost puzzling to her. For the longest time, she'd told herself that it had been better to feel nothing at all; to be ruthless, heartless, hardened. She'd told herself it was the easiest way to avoid losing anything else ever again. And yet when Viktor pulled her into his arms, seeing the tears flowing freely down his cheeks, she found herself wishing that she could stay there forever, that he wouldn't let her go. "When I resurrected before...after what happened, I wondered what might have happened to you. When I didn't see you here, I thought perhaps you..." A low sigh escaped her mouth when she tilted her head back to look at him. "I thought maybe you had left, to escape all of this and find some sort of peace."His words seemed to echo in her mind, as the memory of what had happened became more and more clear. D could feel her body tense up, as if it had just happened all over again. She could feel the pain, the anger. But more than that, she felt relief, that it had been her, that she wasn't the one watching Viktor die instead. The three was selfish, always had been. Her own actions had even surprised her. The truth was, she wasn't going to let anyone do anything to him, not if there was something she could do about it. He'd changed everything for her when he came to the 109, and that wasn't something she would let go of without one hell of a fight. Retreating back into his embrace, she spoke in an almost whisper. "I wasn't about to let some human take away anything else that I love. I don't care how many times I have to die, I am not going to let that happen."

Two tubs holding Sixes begin transferring memories, DS' eyes flutter and wince during the pain. Her heart races as her eyes open, she screams as those she was being shot again.
Calming herself down, the Six stands and runs her hands through her hair. She has a moment to herself before Rebecca returns. DS steps out of the tub and walks over to the showers to clean up.

Rebecca arches her back as she comes out of the goo. Her bright blue eyes shimmers from the lights. She stands and grabs a towel. Knowing her sister must be close, Rebecca became prepared for a war. Stepping closer to the showers, Rebecca can hear water running. She peaks in to find DS staring at the tiles. Now was time to make her move.
Rebecca runs up behind her sister and knocks her into the wall. Blood begins to pour from DS' nose. DS looks up at her then tackles her to the floor, punching Rebecca in the face and head. Rebecca locks her legs around the other Six and flips positions. Rebecca looks down at her sister with anger in her eyes. You better finish what you start this time. Too long have you been around.
I intend to....DS knocks Rebecca off her and knocks her unconscious. Spitting blood from her lips DS grabs a towel and orders the Centurion to brig the human lover.

Post by Alia Fremen on Sept 28, 2016 23:57:52 GMT -6
A low and soft sounding hum begins to fill the room as a single tub is activated. Alia begins to move, within the liquid filled tub, as all of his long and almost forgotten memories begin downloading into his new body. A low, but audible, alarm begins sounding through out the room as the muscles in Alia's body begins to tighten up, as if he was in the midst of having a seizure. His body twisted and the face... his face held a look as if he was in great and terrible pain as the download continued. Time goes by and slowly his muscles began relaxing, but the look of pain and suffering still showed in his facial features. Slowly, Alia becomes aware that he is back aboard a Base Star and that all of his memories are being downloaded into a new body. He is able to sense everything around him, and yet, he should not be aware of any of this. He should not be able to remember anything, that has happened to him in the past, while the download is in progress. "This has never happened to me, during a download" Alia tells himself as images play back in his mind; as if he were watching it on a movie screen.
****
Alia, standing at the Sitrep table on a human ship, was carefully watching and listening to everything that was going on around him. The ship's Commander was standing directly across from Alia. Another human was to Alia's left and he was giving a report to the Commander. The Commander looked at Alia and asked, "Mr. Gerald, what is the condition of the engines? Why is it taking this long to spool up the FTL's?" Almost immediately, Alia knew what his memory was telling him. He remembered that he had been under cover for some time aboard a human ship. He was posted aboard this ship to try and find out where the humans were going so that he could report their location to his Superiors. He had been among these humans for some time now. His mission was to report the human's location, their mission, and to try and disable their ship so that the Cylons could catch them in an ambush. With all of his reports being sent, he was still baffled as to how these humans stayed one step ahead. Even with the FTL's disabled, these humans still pulled off an amazing feat and escaped the ambush. During the Sitrep, I heard a voice come over the internal comm. stating that the FTL's were back online and the Commander ordered an immediate jump. Once the jump was completed, the Commander order Alia back to the Engine Room to get a updated report. As Alia left, he began thinking, to himself, that there was no way that the humans could have figured out what he had done to the FTL's and fix them. "There is a Cylon on this ship helping the humans!" Alia told himself as he headed toward the Engine Room, When Alia entered the Engine Room, he almost instantly, knew that this Cylon Traitor was still there. He slowly made his way deeper into the confined of the Engine Room, methodically searching every square inch as he progressed. Alia was making his way across an area when he was hit from behind. Alia fell to the floor, rolled to the right side and his attacker came into view. Before Alia could fully identify his attacker, the attacker swung an object and connected with the left side of Alia's head, rendering him unconscious.
When Alia finally regained consciousness, he found himself strapped down to a metal table, with what appeared to be steal cables. Alia had no clue as to how much time had elapsed since his attack, but he did know that he was no longer on the human ship or any ship for that matter. The room, he was in, was dimly lit, but Alia was sure it was some kind of a surgical room. There were surgical lights hanging from the ceiling, a tray was to his right and had surgical instruments spread across the surface, and there was medical monitors to his right. Alia lifted his head to try and get a better look around the room. To his dismay, Alia was only able to raise his head maybe a half an inch. What Alia was able to see, sent a chill through out his body. There were several areas across his chest and abdomen that had been cut open and sutured closed again. There were wires that were attached to his chest as well. These wires were attached to some medical monitors to his right. While trying to look around some more, a door opened off to Alia's left and a familiar voice spoke to him. Alia knew this voice, but could not see the face behind the voice. He could make out the shape of a body, but they stayed in the shadows where Alia could not see them. The familiar voice spoke once more to Alia, "Mr. Gerald, or should I say, Alia... I knew you were amongst these humans, I just did not know what ship you were on. At least not until I was told that the Commander's ship was having issues with it's FTL drive. When I heard that, I knew where to find you. I knew that I would eventually run into you." the voice spoke softly. The more this person talked, the more Alia could put a face to it.
Finally, the memory, of this voice, hit Alia hard. As hard as if he was shot point blank in the chest by a Centurion. When Alia was able to catch his breath, he spoke in a low tone, but filled with such vile and hatred. "I should have known it was you Alicia! Or should I say, Eight! Your model has been and always will be flawed. You should have been boxed a long time ago.!" Alia hissed as the Eight walked over and stopped right next to the tray of instruments. "And you should have killed me when you had that chance, so long ago, Alia. I am supposed to try an get information out of you. I was given full authorization to use what ever means, I see fit, to extract this information. As you have already seen the sutures across your chest and abdomen, I have already tried and failed. I tried to tell them that you would never talk, but they wouldn't believe me. They sent me back in here to try again, but I have a better idea." Alicia coldly stated as a sinister smile appeared across her lips. Her eyes dark and lifeless, Alicia took a scalpel from the tray and began slashing Alia's chest, face, and neck area. A sinister laugh escaped her throat as she raised a fire arm and emptied the magazine, of all rounds, into Alia's chest. Slowly and painfully, Alia felt his life slipping away. He knew that all of his physical suffering would soon be over, but the mental suffering would last a life time. Slowly, the darkness came until finally, Alia's lifeless body laid there.
****
As the memories pass, Alia's facial expression returned to normal and he completely relaxes inside the tub. As time passes, the download finishes and Alia sits straight up in the tub. His eyes wide open and looking wildly wicked. Alia quickly looks around the room, hoping to see a friendly face, but the room was empty. He slowly lays back down, places his head on the edge of the tub, and begins to put his emotions into check. He knew what was to come and he laid there with a wicked smile forming across his lips.

It had been months since the Cylon's engaged the Colonials. this had but the perfect time for our fleet to regroup. While the Ares was on a slow crawl to regroup with the Scorpion, Sydell with a team of Centurions going over repair's and upgrades and such around the ship. He left the Centurion's to do their jobs, Jack had been on his was the way to the CCC. Sydell had heard the familiar Humm's coming from the resurrection room Now there's a sound I haven't heard in a long time. He had run into the room grabbing a robe as he looked around, he kneeled down before a tub awaiting a new brother or sister.
Sydell saw the light's again with movement, his new found brother sat up resting against the edge. Hello and welcome home brother I am Commander Jack Sydell this is my ship The Ares ship #109. Jack stood up holding open the robe Come get cleaned up and some rest then come see me in the CCC and we'll download your memories and go over your time with the humans.
