Stepping into the CIC, Michael was reading a report from Major Westin and knew the stance that Terra was taking was that of a warring party. He had already pushed his pilots pretty hard and knew other than ICBMs, Terra lacked a committed fleet but they had aircraft. Launching Jonathan's team by drop pods, the timer ran above the table as he plugged in the tablet; "Ideas?" Glancing over at the cleanly shaven Admiral, Bernard wondered if his guest had more of an impact than he would have guessed. Maybe the mourning period was done? Taking a deep breath, Bernard brought up recent intelligence that they had procured and highlighted two new ground based shipyards building the Battlestar Dreadnoughts; "These ships are another two to three years from being completed but Terra has quite a lot of Vipers and even intercepting aircraft even with six cannons missing they still have a formidable defense grid," turning attention that they still has the President in board, "we also need to be picky right now considering the President is on board. Maybe we come back afterwards?"

As Lukana Moldoran, Assistant Secretary of Labor (NPC)
Standing in what now constituted as her office (a tent that was erected on the grounds of the University of Corinth), Lukana stood at the podium, preparing to address the crowd of people before her. She looked at her assistant to make certain they were ready to broadcast. Clearing her throat, she spoke into the microphone.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of Terra, my name is Lukana Moldoran and I am here to announce that your government is still here and we are in the process of rebuilding as I speak. Do not listen to the message of a former member of the military, one how has decided to take by force, the reigns of leadership. General Harperson is not in charge, I am. I hereby declare that any and all persons who take up arms against my duly appointed government and the citizens of this planet, those persons shall be arrested, tried and executed immediately, regardless of who they are. I am also declaring that ALL military personnel and assets are hereby under the control of the newly constituted government. Since our fearless President decided to evacuate herself and her friends from Terra, I am officially assuming the office of President of Terra, complete with all powers and authorities therein. More information shall be provided in the future. Thank you all."

Receiving the last of those who wanted to leave and the teams he sent down, Michael issued the order to begin plotting the trip to Kobol for he knew it would take time with the battle group leaving with them. Noticing a message from the surface, the Jump Team began the jump prep as he issued lockdowns for the Flight Deck as well as checks to be made to ensure that the Virgon Flu was contained before reaching Kobol.
The Virgon Flu had a vaccine that most Terran Special Forces were given early on out of fears early on that these Colonials would do the unthinkable and now it has happened. Sending an order down to the Medical Bay, he knew the Titan was built two handle outbreaks like this.

Looking at the Admiral, Raul gave him the current situation.
"Admiral, first jump coordinates are set, FTL is ready to go, on your order Sir."

Turning to the Officers, he knew the jumps away from here meant the better for all of them. Ordering the pods to be retracted, he left it in the hands of the jump officers as he nodded to them; "Jump whenever possible," leaning on the table as he spoke as he waved away the holograms. With medical reviewing the civvies, he has issued orders to limit the interactions with them till medical staff could clear the ship. Sipping his coffee, he could see Hale working on his tablet likely working on a work schedule incorporating the crews they had picked up.

Finally leaving Terra though even he wished it was under better circumstances considering he could never see them falling under such primal instincts. The Terrans were held so high for so long but he knew returning to Kobol would be good for the crew. In just a shot time, the planet has returned to its former glory with magnificent cities but...why did the Admiral shave? Turning his attention back to Michael as he whispered to him; " So why shave?"

On board the Drex Star, far away
As Gretchen Kilari (NPC)
Gretchen stood there, watching the humans interact with one another, going through their routines, wondering if they knew that these seconds, minutes were to be the last. Sher had completed her mission and was now ready to fulfill her destiny. Unlike the others of her kind who were on board, she had no reservations about what she was about to do. Yes, the argument had been made that the war between the humans and Cylons was not their war, that the humans had never done any aggressions against her or her people, that the holocaust on the 12 Colonies of Kobol was wrong. Yes, the Cavils had admitted as much, had stated they regretted the whole nasty affair. But that was then and this was now. The two surviving Cavils had directed, no, decreed that humanity MUST be destroyed, no matter how long it took or how many lives had to be expended to achieve that goal. Most of her people had abandoned the Cavils and their madness, deciding to follow the other Cylon Models and starting a new home on the planet they named Aurora. Her and a few hundred had decided to not follow that fantasy, for as long as humanity existed, there would always be war. No, she had to do this to ensure the peace that the Universe so badly needed. Stepping into the middle of the Command Center, she cleared her throat and spoke loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Humans of this vessel, your precious Drex Star, your time has come to and end. For the Glory of the Cylon Race!"
And with those words, Gretchen pressed the button on the trigger device, sending a signal that detonated fifteen nuclear warheads sitting in the Nuclear Ordnance Armory, in the middle of the ship.
And in an instant, the Drex Star was obliterated and became part of the Universe, all 50,000 plus persons on board perishing with the ship.

Stepping onto the deck, he passed by Bernard who appeared to be focused on personnel files likely from the recent transfers from the Titan to the reserve fleet. Tapping the display on the table to get their Battle group awake once more with Excalibur, Shangri-La, Troy and Majestic to join them for he knew venturing from home meant having as much protection as possible. Turning attention to Ben who stopped his own work to see him busy once more, unbuttoning his jacket as he switched on the standard lighting to active as opposed to conserving power; "Recall the crew and pilots. Contact Kobol High Command, get us SFs and Marines," resting his hands on the table, "get back in uniform too. I'm tired of waiting for the Cylons."
Watching the man nod, Michael began with the Helmsman to get them out of this orbital path and to the refueling/rearming station for they needed to stockpile before even attempting to leave.

Stepping onto the deck with his jacket in hand, Liam had been on the Titan for weeks and in that time had been bringing the Gun Captains as well as Armory Chiefs to one centralized command structure. With portions of defensive arrays on hardened automated systems, the Titan went from a responsive system to a direct action one with his Gun Captains achieving a ninety-eight percent accuracy rating while the Armories have been updated with codes and key cards. Even more they could produce munitions for the small arms and even for the Vipers though now they were heading to the station to fill their stores and reserves.
Putting on his jacket, Liam joined them around the table as he fixed his cuffs with his fingerless gloves on; "Most of my crews are either on board or on Kobol undergoing training in the new War College in Kobol City. Majority of my crews will be returning once we dock to accelerate in resupplying but it'll take time considering twelve ships will be resupplying."

Picking up his jacket, Bernard noticed that the four Frigates were cleared to join their Battle group and even more Marines who will meet them once they have docked. Relying the order to recall the crew from R&R, Ben picked up the PA while an Ensign brought them their black uniform jackets: All hands, standby for docking and rearming ops. All training missions are hereby cancelled and normal operations are to commence. Department heads report to CIC as well as Department Commanders.Strapping his pistol to his thigh, Ben slipped on his jacket as he turned to Michael who appeared to be glancing over intelligence and past the red line; "Cylons?"

"Of course," entering his code to gain access to the intelligence maps for he was looking over sensitive targets such as colonies and stations that the Cylons may have made. Killing civilians, Cylons or not, is a line he was willing to cross for he knew his enemy doesn't care for the rules of war. A battle group such as his own wouldn't draw attention from simply leaving Kobol but if he was to start wiping out Cylon homes and overloading their rebirthing facilities then just maybe it would force the Cylons to seek him out.
Speaking to Liam, he knew they would need more nukes then they were designed to carry considering hitting Cylon planets were always a possibility; "Short of the thirty-two nukes we are designed to carry we need more so set aside store rooms for the reloads and if need be we can store munitions in the recreational spaces."

Handing his G36 to the Marines outside the CIC with his sidearm for new policies established ensured no assassination attempts against the Admiral. Spending time in the jungle made him the first choice by Bernard to fill in for the lack of a Marine Commander thus made him the perfect choice though he made a lot of changes. CIC and the flight pods got his advance units while he worked with Liam and Tom on anti boarding teams.
Setting his helmet down on the table, Jason unzipped his vest as he pulled his gloves before turning to the Admiral; "Most of my Marines are still on board and I'm having our combat Raptors setup but what is the plan?"

Loading the intelligence onto the table, Kobol Intelligence had a high level of confidence on Cylon targets as he turned to the three of them knowing the SFs would follow Liam's lead; "We could wait here and be overwhelmed by the Cylons only for them to nuke humanity out of existence. So, let's change it up. Kobol Intelligence is fairly confident that they have the location of the Cylon home world as well as their various fleet positions so we're going to strike first."
Letting the three of them analyze the intelligence, Michael knew a preemptively striking the enemy meant he could either set the terms for a new peace or restart the war but right now it was a stalemate. Hearing the Helmsman report that they had docked, he leaned back over the table as he whispered to them; "None of this is sanctioned by anyone which means once we leave Kobol, the government can hunt us down and even prosecute us for treason. Even more, we'll have to put maneuver anyone they send after us."
