The Gondawans going into hiding made sense considering himself and the SFD really only dealt with them directly. Going over old papers on the desk, this bunker had been closed for almost a decade but they final note by the Commander was a To Whom It May Concern note. Thinking, he didn't come home for a minor explosion or the nuke in the Frondal Island chain but too check TI war claim but being here meant fixing past mistakes as he took a seat on the table. Speaking out loud to both Rebecca and Liam, watching his SFs divert the controls to Fleet HQ; "My investigation was for a call to war made by the intelligence agency but being here I see that is just the beginning of my investigation. Liam, your a General with an army coming out of retirement and I'm lacking a Commander for SFs on our newest Battlestar so going to drop you to Commander with Rebecca joining the team. So do pack for once I am able to brief the President then we will head to the Titan."
Watching main power come online, the escort began to pile onto the rear lift as the three of them joined them with the lift taking them to the surface. Hearing the rear of the choppers, he boarded the chopper while the two of them headed for their truck.

Returning home wasn't difficult but he wasn't summoned by the Legion but by former SFs who was being led by an old leader. The man only sent him a text and in this city he soon learned why all the cloak and dagger work. There was hundreds of former SFs, Army, Marines and even Terran pilots who seemed to behind one banner; Terra for the Terrans. This is the outcome of the Colonial/Cylon conflict and with Samos flattened it seemed to fortify the outcry. These wars that the Terrans were getting dragged into...this was the final outcome. Spotting civilians in the street, Samuel could see a newfound respect for them and knew whoever mustered the original rally call had some influence over them.
Picking up a fresh carbine, he walked to the old ONI building to see a tanned figure talking with Generals and Admirals. Loading the rifle, he slowly approach the man with caution before hearing the way he spoke and instantly knew who he was. This was a man who he was told was dead yet he was here leading a movement to free them of the Colonial shackles.

Taking a deep breath, this was a new body for Harperson who left his Tauron assets to find other methods to arrive on Terra. He had seen the destruction from the flattered forests to the now crumbling cities covered in bodies. He knew of the evacuations but saw a spark of hope for a new Terra...a stronger Terra. No longer the Gondawans holding them back but able to revolutionize their technology and lives.
Connecting to his men that has gathered as well as the planetary broadcast network and even through Fleet Command. Harperson knew the time of the old 'Open Door Policy' had to end if Terra was to survive:
Some of you I served with in the Old Wars and briefly through our expansion phase but for the rest of you I am General George Harperson, former leader of the First Special Forces Infantry. Efforts lead under me to colonize those dead Colonies till traitors to Terra and the misinformed Colonials interfered. Through Colonial Leadership, we have lost control of our world and have been forced to integrate both our ways with theirs. We lost the Terran Council three times. We have been endlessly attacked by their enemies in a war we never enlisted in. We have millions upon millions dead while they have more hundreds to thousands. This agreement made doesn't benefit us but instead them. They lied to us about the supernovae. They forced hundreds of millions to colonize a world that is both traitorous and unforgiving till we took over. That Open Door Policy that was made nearly twenty years ago is now closed. All Colonial assets have forty-eight hours to evacuate Terra. All Terran lap dogs have forty-eight hours to leave. All Terran assets are to be left in orbit otherwise actions will be taken to get these assets back. Soon, the war we enlisted into will end and only then can Terra be safe once more.

As Lukana Moldoran, Assistant Secretary of Labor (NPC)
Standing in what now constituted as her office (a tent that was erected on the grounds of the University of Corinth), Lukana stood at the podium, preparing to address the crowd of people before her. She looked at her assistant to make certain they were ready to broadcast. Clearing her throat, she spoke into the microphone.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of Terra, my name is Lukana Moldoran and I am here to announce that your government is still here and we are in the process of rebuilding as I speak. Do not listen to the message of a former member of the military, one how has decided to take by force, the reigns of leadership. General Harperson is not in charge, I am. I hereby declare that any and all persons who take up arms against my duly appointed government and the citizens of this planet, those persons shall be arrested, tried and executed immediately, regardless of who they are. I am also declaring that ALL military personnel and assets are hereby under the control of the newly constituted government. Since our fearless President decided to evacuate herself and her friends from Terra, I am officially assuming the office of President of Terra, complete with all powers and authorities therein. More information shall be provided in the future. Thank you all."
